本文描述了新研制的无机膜除尘器的工作原理和控制要求,针对该除尘器的特点,为了克服以前采用接触器、继电器控制的缺点,采用可编程控制器重新设计了控制系统,经过实践证明,该系统克服了以前的控制系统的控制不准确,电磁阀误动作、易损坏流量计,控制工艺参数设定不方便等缺点,取得了较好的控制效果。  相似文献

针对永磁同步电机矢量控制系统的速度环,通过引入分数阶微积分及滑模变结构控制理论,设计了一种分数阶与滑模变结构复合控制器.该复合控制器通过一个可变的加权因子α将分数阶PIλDμ与滑模变结构控制有效、协调地组合起来,从而达到了既克服滑模变结构在滑动平面原点附近产生高频颤动的缺点,又拓宽了相对于传统比例-积分-微分(PID)控制器的调节范围,使得永磁同步电机控制系统的鲁棒性、快速性、稳定性和抗干扰能力得以提高,对于采用多种复合交叉控制方法来改善电动机控制系统具有参考意义.  相似文献

提出了一种新的基于核ridge回归的解耦方法。该方法具有传统径向基(RBF)神经网络解耦方法对被控对象数学模型依赖性小的特点,同时又能有效地克服RBF神经网络解耦方法对训练样本要求高、噪声敏感和解耦速度慢的缺点,经核ridge解耦器补偿后的控制系统具有被调节量和调节量之间耦合作用小、动态特性好、稳定性强的优点。补偿后的控制系统具有很强的校正能力,对外界各种干扰也有较强的解耦效果和控制质量。仿真试验表明,采用核ridge解耦器的多变量控制系统能够有效地解除系统各变量之间的耦合作用,且结构简单、易于实现,大大增强了解耦控制系统的实用性能。  相似文献

针对冷库控制参数多、管理复杂,目前我国绝大多数冷库还处在采用传统模拟控制器分散控制和人工管理的落后状态的情况,研究和设计了基于MCGS工控组态软件和RS-485总线网络的冷库集散控制系统.该系统克服了冷库采用传统分散控制方式操作管理不方便,控制性能、质量差,能耗大,效率低的缺点,不但能有效地提高冷库的控制性能质量和安全性、可靠性,而且还能节能降耗、提高冷库运行的经济效益.  相似文献

抽气式转杯纺纱机是自排风式转杯纺纱机的更新换代产品。抽气式转杯纺纱机由可编程控制器(PLC)和变频器实现其电气控制,这种控制方式的缺点是需要扩展众多的各类PLC模块,PLC连线较多且复杂,成本高。基于ATmega16单片机的控制系统改造,利用PLC采集整车传感器信号,采用单片机实现单锭状态控制,克服了仅由各类PLC控制时出现的弊端,并且降低了控制成本。在F1605型抽气式转杯纺纱机中,应用ATmega16单片机实现的控制系统改造能够满足纺纱加工工艺的要求。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
