将农用地分等成果应用于征地区片综合地价中的农用地等别调整法.表明农用地分等是确定征地价格补偿的重要因素.对用等别调整法划定的区片级别与最终确定的征地区片级别进行相关性分析,结果表明,两者呈高度正相关,因此农用地等别调整法可以作为划定征地区片级别的一种方法.  相似文献

以陆域典型地区为对象,基于“三线一单”管控单元划定基本规则,针对优先保护管控单元划定具体方法进行研究。“三线一单”优先保护管控单元是综合性的管控单元,由涉及的生态、水、大气、土壤环境优先保护区叠加而成。本研究首先从生态、水、大气、土壤等环境要素优先保护区的划分方法开展论述,进而探讨了优先保护管控单元的划定方法。“三线一单”优先保护管控单元划定的探讨有利于支撑地方“三线一单”成果的编制和应用,有利于指导相关行政部门管理国土空间,规范开发建设行为,对区域空间开发和生态环境保护具有重大意义。  相似文献

【目的】考察颜色标记对鲫(Carassiu sauratus)幼鱼个性的影响及颜色保留时间。【方法】在(25.0±0.2) ℃实验室条件下,将30尾实验鱼随机分为对照组和标记组,测定不同时间实验鱼的勇敢性、活跃性和好斗性,并在实验末期观察颜色掉落情况。【结果】1) 对照组和标记组勇敢性的潜伏时间随测定次数的增加呈下降趋势(p<0.05),但标记组和对照组在测定Ⅰ(颜色标记前)的潜伏时间与测定Ⅱ(颜色标记后)均无统计学意义上的差异。2) 标记组活跃性(如游泳速度、运动时间比及运动总距离)在3次测定间均无统计学意义上的差异,但有趣的是对照组活跃性的游泳速度随测定次数的增加呈下降趋势,该组的运动时间比及运动总路程却呈增加趋势(p<0.05)。3) 标记组和对照组好斗性如警告次数、追随次数、冲咬次数在3次测定间均无统计学意义上的差异。4) 鲫幼鱼的活跃性和好斗性在本实验中保持较高的重复性(p<0.001),但勇敢性在整个实验中重复性较差;鲫幼鱼在整个实验过程中标记的颜色掉落较少。【结论】颜色标记对鲫幼鱼的勇敢性、活跃性和好斗性均无明显影响。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
