在分析大学生创新素质和校园文化内涵的基础上，探讨了校园文化与大学生创新素质培养之间的内在关联，分析了当前我国大学生创新素质培养中校园文化建设存在的不足，最终针对上述不足提出加强以培养大学生创新素质为目标的校园文化建设基本思路。

知识经济背景下，大学生创新素质的培养成为高等教育改革的一项迫切任务。而创新型校园文化在大学生创新素质培养中发挥着不可替代的促进作用。因此必须紧紧扣住大学生创新素质培养的核心，围绕校园文化的构成和功能，培养创新型大学生。     

校园文化建设与大学生素质培养

良好的校园文化对于陶冶学生情操，塑造健全人格，促进大学生健康成长和全面素质提高有着不可替代的重要作用。学校通过校园文化建设，营造良好的育人环境，对大学生形成好的品德修养和行为习惯，对培养跨世纪大学生所应具备的素质起着潜移默化的作用。

高校建设和谐校园文化是建设和谐校园,促进大学生全面发展、成长成才的需要,有利于塑造大学生的健康人格,提高大学生的思想道德素质,培养大学生的创新能力和实践精神。当前,我们建设和谐校园文化,必须坚持“以人为本”、“统筹协调”、“继承创新”和“内涵发展”四个原则。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
