对学校推进"阳光体育"的解读及其实施举措探析

采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法，对“阳光体育”在学校推进目的、背景及其原因进行了解读，并对具体的实施举措进行了深入的探讨。提出了学校推进“阳光体育”运动的六点具体的实施举措：建立学校体育的督导制度；作好学校阳光体育运动工作的评价；营造“学校、社区、家庭”三位一体的体育锻炼环境；引进时尚前沿的体育课程学习内容；适当建立俱乐部式的体育课组织形式；发动从基层做起，建立长效机制。     

美国"择校"教育改革的新框架

“择校”政策的出台是美国社会各界面对公立学校教育危机所进行的教育改革。文章将家庭学校纳入这项改革之中 ,从而更加系统地分析了这个改革产生的过程、内容和效果 ,目的是勾画出清晰、全面的美国择校教育改革图景。     

"后进生"成因分析及教育举措

就“后进生”的心理特征、“后进生”的成因,对“后进生”的教育举措等问题进行简要分析,并强调在实施素质教育中,要以树立良好的师生关系、诱发学生内在潜质为核心,通过学校、家庭乃至全社会的共同努力,使“后进生”的角色彻底得到转变;使素质教育的全新理念根植人心.     

树立"健康第一"指导思想推动学校健康教育

学校体育学科正进行着为适应素质教育体育教学重新定位的改革。“健康第一”指导思想的提出，为体育教学指明了方向，同时给学校体育教师的教育思想、教育观念、教育价值观的改造提出了更高的要求为此，笔者就体育教师如何促进学校体育与健康教育结合的问题进行了探讨。     

浅谈大学生“家庭--学校”德育体系构建

大学生德育教育是高校教育的根本，是科学发展观和社会发展趋势的必然求。当前社会和家庭往往把大学生德育教育的责任完全归咎于高校，而忽视了自身在教育中的作用。通过对大学生的问卷调查，结果显示家庭、学校对大学生德育教育的作用在不同方面作用的效果是不同的，是各有侧重，相辅相成，缺一不可的。“家庭——学校”德育体系的构建对大学生德育教育有着至关重要的作用，是大学生德育教育发展的客观求。     

学校文化是支撑"名校"的根本

支撑一所“名校”的根本是学校的文化。学校文化反映学校的精神内涵,是学校教育的灵魂。“文化立校”也就是用文化来管理学校。学校发展由“制度治校”上升为“文化立校”不是一蹴而就的事,要经过长期的文化积淀和传承培养,至少要产生两次飞跃,一次是学校的主干规章制度升华为学校文化,第二次是学校制度文化升华为学校精神,从而达到“无为而治”、“大道无形”之境。     

家庭教育与学校教育的合作关系

家庭教育与学校教育的密切配合，通力合作，对子女的健康成长有着不可低估的作用。如今，在教育中，家庭、学校、社会三者的联系愈加紧密。学校教育需要家庭教育的密切配合，加强家庭与学校的合作，统一整合对孩子的教育影响，才能保证良好的教育效果。家庭方面，要树立正确的教育观，了解掌握孩子情况，主动了解学校教育，积极学习掌握科学的教育方法。学校方面，要做好与家庭方面的联系，促进家校沟通，办好家长学校，搞好家长资料中心，发挥家长委员会的作用。     

北京"人文奥运"理念下学校体育之反思

人文是中华民族传统文化的基本精神。北京2008年奥运会的“人文奥运”理念一经提出．便积极顺应了新世纪奥林匹克运动的人文倾向，即“以人为本，人的全面合谐发展”，此乃体育的终极价值取向。而现行学校体育中存在种种悖离人文精神的现象，如目标单一化、体育教学内容竞技化、体育教学过程技术化、教学组组织追求一体化、教学评价上片面追求达标等；重构学校体育人文精神应转变观念．在教育教学过程中关照人的发展，制定全方位的教学目标；优化教学方法，突出学生的主体性：转变传统教材观和教学内容；教学评价要超越裁定，定位于学生的发展。     

独生子女社会化问题初探

当前独生子女教育问题已引起社会的广泛关注，而使独生子女接触社会，使之认识社会，了解社会，这对于他们的成长具有十分重要的意义。同时，家庭、学校等教育机构，也应对“独生子女”社会化问题引起足够的重视。     

论教师教育的"U-S合作模式"及其中介

在师范教育下，教师受教学校与任教学校分化成价值取向、结构和功能歧化的两极，造成教育理论与实践的结构性断裂。师范教育向教师教育转型的重要趋势是大学与中小学由二元分离走向整合，形成“U—S合作模式”。这种合作的核心是建立教师教育的中介系统，为教育理论与教育实践的联系和转化搭建桥梁。为此大学与中小学之间应保持必要的张力，实现两种学校文化的价值统整、两种教育系统的功能整合、两种教育体系的结构链接。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
