什么样的工作才是好工作?仁者见仁,智者见智。 有人认为高薪的工作是好工作,轻松的工作是好工作;有人认为稳定的工作是好工作,有创意的工作是好工作;有人认为富有挑战的工作是好工作,有成就感的工作是好工作;还有人认为有着融洽人事关系的工作是好工作。有人为名利而工作,有人为理想而工作,有人为了快乐而工作,有人为了生存而工作……好工作的标准很多,每个人的工作经历也不一样,每个人都有着自己的理解。那么在他们心中,到底什么样的工作才是好工作,为此本刊特约记者在北京、深圳、重庆分头进行了采访,也许他们的经历,他们的感悟能够给你有所启迪:     

关于推行档案工作规范化标准化之我见

档案工作规范化、标准化是实现档案管理现代化的重要中间环节，在搞好硬件建设的同时，做好文书处理工作则是实现档案工作规范化、标准化的重要基础工作。日益丰富的工作实践表明，虽然文书处理工作与档案工作各有不同的工作任务，具有相对的独立性，但由于文书是档案的来源，档案是文书的归宿，所以，两者又是文档工作流程中紧密相关的工作环节。因此，我们要强化系统思维意识，树立文书处理工作规范化、标准化与档案工作规范化、标准化同行的工作指导思想，在实际工作中，把住文书处理工作规范化、标准化的入口关，做好实现档案工作规范化、标准化的基础工作。     

工作家庭冲突与自我工作效能感的相关研究

运用工作家庭冲突量表和自我工作效能感量表对贵州企业员工进行调查,考察工作家庭冲突、家庭工作冲突和自我工作效能感的关系。结果表明,工作家庭冲突与自我工作效能感各因子(总体效能感因子除外)呈显著负相关。家庭工作冲突与自我工作效能感各因子呈显著负相关。自我工作效能感能有效地降低工作家庭冲突和家庭工作冲突。     

浅谈高校共青团工作模式创新思路

工作资源对中小学教师工作投入的影响:工作要求的调节作用

以工作要求-资源模型为理论基础,采用工作投入等量表对260名中小学教师进行调查,探讨了工作要求对工作资源与工作投入关系的调节作用.研究结果表明:1)工作资源中的上级支持、同事亲友支持与工作回报维度均显著正向预测工作投入;工作要求中的学生不良行为和升学考试压力显著预测工作投入;2)工作要求中的升学考试压力分别在上级支持与工作投入之间、同事亲友支持与工作投入之间起调节作用.在高工作要求情形下,来自同事亲友的支持对于中小学教师的工作投入具有重要意义.     

档案管理对图书馆的作用

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
