国内外现代项目管理学科体系的发展

现代项目管理学科体系的发展给管理组织带来了变革的活力,从而在各种组织中得到了广泛应用。本文对国内外现代项目管理学科体系的发展进行了综述,介绍了几种国际上具有代表性的、典型的项目管理学科体系及其发展,包括PMI的PMBOK和OPM3、英国CCTA的PRINCE2、IPMA的ICB、PMRC的C-PMBOK以及国际标准化组织的ISO10006。     

项目管理软件的发展状况及其应用分析

本文从项目管理的基础理论研究出发，结合计算机软件发展趋势，明确指出了我国项目管理及其管理思想的载体——项目管理软件在实际应用中的瓶颈，多角度分析了现有问题的症结所在，并联系项目管理发展趋势从宏观角度提供了解决问题的方法和途径。     

基于对比分析的项目管理成熟度模型应用研究

项目管理成熟度模型作为评估和改进组织项目管理能力的重要手段,已得到国外众多项目型组织的认可和应用。本文从等级划分思想、模型构架等方面对比分析了国外目前主要的几种项目管理成熟度模型及其应用情况,旨在为我国项目型组织应用成熟度模型提升自身项目管理能力提供选择的参考。同时,结合我国实际情况,提出了我国企业应用项目管理成熟度模型的基本流程,并对应用过程中应注意的问题进行了分析,并作出结论和展望。     

多层次灰色评价法在复杂产品系统创新评估中的应用研究

复杂产品系统创新对于国家竞争力具有重要影响，本文针对复杂产品系统创新评估尚缺乏有效定量研究的现状，从项目层面上构建了复杂产品系统创新网络模型和评估指标体系，运用多层次灰色评价方法对其进行评价，评价过程采用了熵技术对主观赋权进行调整，使评价更为科学、合理。实例结果表明该方法在复杂产品系统创新项目论证和评估中具有一定的实际意义。

Summary The development of EEG in 8 male rats from 4 to 16 weeks age were studied chronically. Theta band had the highest power at 5–16 weeks. Especially after 11 weeks, theta band presented a signigicantly higher peak than that of 4-week-old. In contrast to this, delta band, which had the highest power at 4 weeks, was markedly decreased.

Observability of States in Non-Linear Systems

In this paper we define two new properties—linear observability and L-observability—to aid the study of overspecification and unidentifiability in quasi-linear and non-linear state space time series. Various equivalence results are proved and illustrated and some general properties of observable and unobservable processes are derived. The results are often proved by using graphical methods (influence diagrams) for manipulating conditional independence statements embedded in the new definitions. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
