黄埔发电厂脱硫系统工艺及运行状况介绍

本文主要介绍了黄埔发电厂石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫（FGD）系统的工艺流程,针对火电厂应用石灰石／石膏法烟气脱硫中遇到的实际问题进行分析研究;对电厂同类脱硫系统实际运行中重要参数控制提出合理的建议,以提高脱硫效率,降低脱硫成本。     

燃煤机组脱硫系统设置烟气换热器利弊的探讨

目前国内燃煤电厂石灰石—石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统采用烟气换热器(GGH)方案的做法较多。然而根据成熟电厂的实际情况看,GGH容易堵塞,导致GGH阻力偏大,增压风机长期运行在最高扬程区域,造成厂用电增加较多,另外GGH运行易造成吹灰系统烟气的泄漏腐蚀。本文以某在建1000MW燃煤机组脱硫工程为背景,探讨设置烟气换热器利弊。

FGD装置烟气系统是发电机组与脱硫系统的接口部分,而烟气系统的重要节点设备是旁路挡板门与增压风机,旁路挡板门与增压风机将直接对主机安全运行造成影响,本文围绕旁路挡板门与增压风机对火力发电厂的安全性进行分析,既不能让FGD保护误动作旁路挡板门打开影响脱硫达标率,又不能使旁路挡板门拒动影响机组安全,从中找出薄弱的环节,并针对性的加以优化改进,以达到燃煤电厂主机与脱硫装置共同连续安全经济运行的目的。

石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫技术在燃煤电厂脱硫中占有重要的地位.介绍了石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫技术的流程与涉及到的化学反应.通过对石灰石粒径、反应活性、烟气流量、入口二氧化硫体积分数、入口烟温、含尘量、浆液p H、钙硫比、液气比、固体停留时间及氯离子质量分数对脱硫效率影响的分析,为脱硫系统运行优化,降低运行成本,提高脱硫效率提供依据.     

沙角A电厂脱硫装置GGH堵塞成因及运行控制方法

沙角A电厂#1～5机组均采用石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺,配置气-气换热器（简称GGH）。自投运后,GGH存在结垢及堵塞严重的情况,严重影响脱硫率及FGD投运率,影响机组的安全运行。针对GGH堵塞的成因,笔者作为运行部管理室的负责人,主要从运行角度提出控制方法,达到了延缓GGH结垢及堵塞、提高FGD投运率及脱硫率的目的,实现了可观的经济与社会效益。     

火电厂燃煤锅炉烟气处理系统分析及应用

介绍了火电厂燃煤锅炉装设独立的烟气FGD,SCR及静电除尘器的组合脱硫脱硝除尘烟气处理的三类典型系统,分析比较了三类系统的特点,并对存在的问题提出了相应的对策。概括总结了低低温电除尘系统的适用条件及实际应用中选用烟气处理系统时应考虑的主要因素。     

FGD控制系统中热工自动化系统设计研究

本文基于笔者多年从事电厂自动化控制及石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺的研究经验,以FGD控制系统中热工自动化系统设计为研究对象,探讨了系统方案的硬件和软件设计思路,重点分析了系统功能和系统工艺参数的检测与控制,全文是笔者长期工作实践基础上的理论升华,相信对从从事相关工作的同行能有所裨益.

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
