日本基础研究领域国际合作态势的文献计量分析

本文以科学引文索引数据库扩展版收录的、日本发表于2004～2008年的国际合著论文为研究对象,通过对论文在学科领域分布、国家分布、机构分布等方面的文献计量分析,揭示了过去5年来日本在基础研究领域所开展的国际合作的基本表现与特征。

Muscle atrophy following section of the spinal cord in the rat

Zusammenfassung Nach Myelotomie verläuft die Muskelatrophie in zwei Phasen. In der ersten Phase stimmt der Gewichtsverlust der Muskeln mit demjenigen nach Denervation überein. Dagegen erfolgt in der zweiten eine Gewichtszunahme, die durch die analoge Gesamtzunahme des Körper-gewichts erklärt wird.     

Heterogeneity of the Fourth International Standard for Insulin by gel-chromatography on sephadex

Resumen Se sometieron cristales del Cuarto Patrón Internacional de Insulina a gel-cromatografía por Sephadex. Se determinó que previa a la hormona, eluye una zona de proteínas de mayor peso molecular, cuya posición de elución corresponde a proinsulina y compuestos intermedios. Su área representa un 4.5% del área total. Se demuestra así la heterogeneidad de dichos cristales, y se sugiere que el Quinto Patrón sea sometido a gel-cromatografía durante su preparación. Este procedimiento daría a dicho Patrón una mayor homogeneidad y potencia.     

Effects of the spinal cord section and of subsequent denervation on the mechanical properties of fast and slow muscles

Summary The Soleus muscle of the rat, 3–6 months old, becomes significantly faster than in the controls, if the spinal cord is cut at birth. Mechanical properties of Extensor Digitorum Longus (EDL) muscle are not altered by spinal cord section. In cordotomized animals Soleus muscle always remains slower than EDL muscle. Denervation, performed 3–6 months after birth, has the same slowing effects in the Soleus and EDL muscles, both in cordotomized and in the control animals.     

静止卫星的海洋水色观测计划

海洋现象的时空尺度分析表明目前以极轨方式运行的海洋水色卫星遥感不能完全满足沿海及海岸带地区管理和研究的需要.采用静止卫星作为水色遥感观测的平台对沿海和海岸带进行高频率的遥感观测,可以满足海岸带生物物理过程研究和调查所需观测频度的要求,有利于确定潮汐混合条件,建立新的模型,探测短时间尺度的生物物理现象,改变现有的海岸带管理方式,实现海岸带资源的科学管理,具有极轨卫星不可具备的优势.本文简单介绍了韩国预计发射的静止水色成像仪KGOCI和美国GOES-R卫星计划的HES-CW,同时希望我国能早日研制发射出自主的静止水色观测卫星和传感器,为我国漫长的海岸带监测提供利剑.     

基于动态技术差异的国际分工理论及对中国的国际分工地位的启示

技术可以通过改变产出从而影响一国的国际分工地位。基于动态技术差异的国际分工理论是运用经济学中的动态分析方法，强调了技术这一生产要素导致国际分工的一系列理论。本文通过对这些相关理论和模型的综述，突出了由于技术在时间和过程变动中体现出的差异给各国带来国际分工地位的不同，进而阐述了动态技术差异给我国的国际分工地位所带来的启示。

Summary Niclosamide, a well-known antitapeworm drug, caused spastic and/or paralytic actions on the motility of various preparations including parasitic cestodes, trematodes, nematodes, and host isolated tissues.     

急性脑梗死超早期静脉溶栓治疗24例疗效报告

急性缺血性脑血管病起病6h内,脑血管造影发现70～80％的病人,在出现症状的区域内,脑血管有血栓性或狭窄性病变^[1]。所以在急性脑梗死（ACI）超早期,用能溶解血栓及栓子的药物,使阻塞的血管再通,从而挽救缺血的脑组织,是近年达成的共识。本文对2005年10月～2007年12月,对发病6h内的（ACI）患者予以尿激酶（UK）静脉溶栓治疗进行了研究。
