Zusammenfassung Isolierte peritoneale Mastzellen der Ratte wurden in KRG-Puffer mit Reserpin und Guanethidin inkubiert. Beide Substanzen scheinen unabhängig voneinander aufgenommen zu werden, da die gleichzeitige Inkubation mit Reserpin und Guanethidin die Aufnahme im Vergleich mit den Kontrollen nicht herabsetzt.  相似文献

Riassunto È stata studiata l'incorporazione dell'acetato-1-14C nei fosfolipidi, nel colesterolo e negli acidi grassi di sezioni di fegato normale e vacuolizzato di ratto. Essa non è variata, in nessuna delle frazioni lipidiche considerate, nelle sezioni di fegato colpito da degenerazione vacuolare. Summary Rabbit anti-rat plasma fibronectin (pFN) causes histamine release from rat mast cells in the presence of complement. Fibronectin (FN) on rat mast cells, as shown by immuno-electron microscopy, is principally localized on cell folds, so they may play a role of attachment in the matrix of connective tissue.Acknowledgment. Zusammenfassung Es wurde der zeitliche Verlauf des Einbaus radioaktiver Aminosäuren (Phenylalanin-3-C14, Alanin-1-C14, Histidin-2-C14 und Methionin-S35) in die Proteine des Pankreassaftes der Ratte untersucht. Ein Maximum des Einbaus kommt zwischen der zweiten und vierten Stunde nach Injektion der Aminosäuren vor, während in der ersten Stunde praktisch keine radioaktiven Proteine nachgewiesen werden konnten. Die Ergebnisse werden verglichen mit denen früher beschriebener Versuche mit Glyzin-C14.

It was taken up rapidly in vesicles in the terminal axons at the neuromuscular junctions. Injection of albumin-colloidal gold conjugates resulted in an insignificant uptake. The results indicate that uptake of extracellular macromolecules into the terminal axon of the neuromuscular junction may be greatly enhanced by binding to gangliosides at the presynaptic membrane, and that it may occur without association with vesicular recycling related to transmitter release.The study was supported by grants from the Swedish Medical Research Council (proj. Summary Fusion of rat mast cells and Ehrlich ascites tumor cells was mediated by HVJ. Compound 48/80-induced degranulation occurred in the fused cells formed from two mast cells and one tumor cell, but not in the fused cells from one mast cell and two or more tumor cells.I am grateful to DrK.
