丝胶蛋白膜的制备及其物理性能   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
以环氧树脂作为交联剂制备具有一定力学性能的丝胶蛋白膜。用X-射线衍射法研究丝胶蛋白膜的聚集态结构;对丝胶蛋白膜的热水溶失率和力学性能进行测定;并探讨了交联剂种类、比例对丝胶蛋白膜性能和结构的影响。结果表明,交联剂对丝胶蛋白膜的交联作用明显,引起了丝胶结晶形态的变化;并改善了丝胶蛋白膜的物理性能,交联剂PEGO10加入30%左右所制得的丝胶蛋白膜拉伸断裂强度和断裂伸长率较好。  相似文献

从食用的角度出发,对丝纺工业废丝进行脱胶处理,选择安全、廉价的碳酸氢钠作为脱胶剂,并利用计算机SYSTAT软件对脱胶条件进行了优化,得出最佳工艺条件为:碳酸氢钠浓度为0.6%,脱胶温度为88℃,脱胶时间为39min,在此条件下,丝胶脱除率为99.6%,而丝素未受任何损伤,同时,用凝胶过滤色谱测定了丝胶蛋白的分子量分布,发现丝胶蛋白的分子量较大且分布范围较广,从150000至300000,位于外层的丝胶蛋白分子量较内层小.  相似文献

以丝胶、明胶和聚丙烯酸甲酯为主浆料,聚丙烯酰胺、二甲基硅油、渗透剂JFC为助剂,采用混合水平均匀设计及正交设计等方法制定实验方案.通过测试浆料的各种性能,最终确定复配浆料中主浆料和助剂的最优配比,然后将其与PVA淀粉混合浆料进行比较实验.结果表明丝胶复配浆料具有良好的上浆性能,满足毛纱上浆对浆料的各项要求.  相似文献

在克隆家蚕sericin 1基因上游调控序列时,出现多种扩增情况.为了调查其多态性,对野桑蚕、家蚕70个品系基因组进行了PCR扩增,扩增出660bp(DQ354392)、1000bp及660bp和1000bp同时出现的3种类型,序列分析表明:1000bp的条带与NCBI中登录的sericin 1(AB00783)上游调控序列一样;多态性存在于顺式作用元件之前,而顺式作用元件区域是非常保守的.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
