综合性大学本科生就业能力与课程设置调查分析

本文以北京地区6所综合性大学——中国矿业大学（北京）、北京林业大学、北京交通大学、北京理工大学、中国人民大学和北京大学2010届本科毕业生为调查对象,对当前大学生的就业能力与学习课程的设置进行了调查分析。主要结论是：学生的就业能力与企业需求有所偏差,综合性大学应对营销专业的学生增设社会实践类课程,对经管类专业学生开设或增设中级营销理论课程,对非经管类专业学生特别是理工科类学生开设营销基础课程,以提高学生的综合素质,增强学生的就业能力。     

学科竞赛对经管类大学生实践能力提升研究

社会对实践型经营管理人才的迫切需求与大量经管类学生的就业困难形成了强烈对比,这种供求失衡说明了我国高校对经营管理专业人才的培养与现实需求存在较大差距。从就业角度来看,经济管理类专业本科生的实践能力还普遍没有达到用人单位的要求。而学科竞赛近年来成为高校大学生实践能力培养的重要切入点之一。通过对各类型高校经管类专业学生参与学科竞赛的调查,了解参赛学生参赛的动机、学生提升社会实践能力的途径、分析学科专业竞赛与大学生实践能力提升的相关度并探讨改善高校学科专业竞赛的组织和激励机制。有助于高校经管类专业人才培养的正确定位,转变重理论、轻实践的人才培养模式。     

基于职业能力培养的经管专业“宏观经济分析综合实训”课程设计与实践

随着社会对经济管理类人才宏观经济分析能力要求的不断提高,如何通过实践教学环节有效提升经管类专业学生宏观经济分析能力成为高校实验教学面临的重要课题;结合重庆工商大学“宏观经济分析综合实训”课程建设实践,以职业能力培养为视角,从教学目标、设计框架、教学模式、考核办法等方面构建课程体系,为经管类专业综合实训平台建设提供参考.     

基于经管类专业学生创新创业能力培养的课程体系构建研究

新时期课程体系的构建,应以创新教学方法和教学模式为基础,尤其是经管类专业更需要培养创新创业能力来提高学生的综合能力,促进学生的就业能力,同时提高高校的教学能力。本文研究经管类专业学生的特点,构建以创新创业能力培养为目标的课程体系。     

安徽地区大学生创新能力调查研究

编制安徽地区大学生创新能力调查问卷,对安徽地区6所不同类型和层次的高校大学生创新能力进行测度。结果表明:安徽地区大学生创新能力大致在中等水平。民办本科高校与公办本科高校大学生创新能力具有统计学上的显著差异;经管文类专业与理工类专业学生创新能力具有统计学上的显著差异。应加强民办本科高校创新能力教育,针对经管文类专业学生还需进一步强化创新实践能力锻炼。     

以创新能力培养为导向的经管类专业实践教学体系构建与实施

当今社会,创新已成为时代发展的主流,培养大学生的创新能力也成为高等教育的重点,而构建经管类专业实践教学体系是增强学生学习主动性,培养学生综合能力和创新精神的重要途径。针对目前高校经管类专业实践环节的现状,在对学生创新能力培养调研的基础上,构建以创新能力培养为导向的实践教学体系,并就如何实施提出了对策和保障。     

提升创业就业能力素质策略研究

为更好地完成高校人才培养的重要任务,培养大学生的创新驱动能力,探索学生研究性学习的实践培养路径,在大学生创业就业能力的提升方面,提出大学生创业就业教育本质上是一种能力素质教育,可以通过专业教学、实践教学和创业就业教育“三位一体”深度融合的方式与途径来实现。多渠道开展厚植创业就业实践基地,构建大学生能力素质建设系统,采用系统化的创新创业实践教学,推动大学生创业实践,有效提升学生科研创新素养和创业就业能力。     

提高大学生就业能力的研究

就业是民生之本,促进就业是安国之策。大学生的就业能力不仅是国际公认的高等教育绩效衡量指标的重要组成部分,也是当今社会普遍关注的问题,如何提高青年学生的就业能力是教育工作者认真思考的问题。高校通过构建课程体系与提高专业技能,培养和加强对大学生实践能力的培养;大学生通过参加丰富多彩的校园文化活动,提高自身的综合素质,使他们走上可持续发展的道路。该文从大学生就业能力的内涵出发,对当前大学生就业能力的现状进行了初步阐述,提出提高大学生就业能力的对策。     

计算机专业全面提高就业能力的实践教学环节的研究与实践

该文在对大学生就业能力进行分析的基础上,结合在建设计算机专业实践教学环节所获得的经验,提出了在实践教学环节中开展大学生的就业能力培养以及通过实践教学过程逐步培养大学生的各项就业能力的具体方法。     

关于培养高校农学类专业学生就业核心能力的思考

大学生就业核心能力是其进入就业市场最具竞争力的能力,是其综合素质的体现。本文从培养目标、培养手段、课程设置及创新创业教育等方面探讨培养农学类专业学生就业核心能力的有效途径。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
