乳腺肿瘤患者血清中微量元素的测定及相关因素分析

用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定了２１３名健康妇女，３６例乳腺良性瘤和３８例乳腺恶性瘤手术前后血清中Ｚｎ，Ｆｅ，Ｃｕ，Ｍｎ，Ｐｈ，Ｃｄ，Ｃｒ，Ｎｉ和Ｍｏ九种微量元素的含量．结果发现三组血清中有五种元素有显著性差异，其中血清Ｚｎ，Ｃｕ，Ｎｉ和Ｆｅ的含量乳癌患者明显高于对照组，血清Ｍｏ则乳癌患者低于对照组，而且血清Ｚｎ，Ｃｕ，Ｎｉ随病情发展而升高，血清Ｍｏ则相反；乳癌患者血清Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ值（１．４８）高于健康组（１．３０）．     

二(2-乙基己基)膦酸连续多级逆向萃取法精制粗硫酸镍工艺研究

利用二烷基膦酸ＰＩＡ－８的庚烷溶液,考察了Ｚｎ（Ⅱ）、Ｃｄ（Ⅱ）、Ｍｎ（Ⅱ）、Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）、Ｃａ（Ⅱ）和Ｍｇ（Ⅱ）单一金属的萃取行为以及Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）、Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）混合溶液中Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）和Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）的萃取平衡,测定了ｐＨ０．５值以及相对于Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）的ΔｐＨ０．５值。运用连续逆向萃取技术,系统研究了高浓度Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）中少量Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）的萃取分离以及粗硫酸镍溶液的精制工艺,取得了满意的分离效果。     

党参中无机元素的组分分析

本文用电感偶合等离子发射光谱，原子吸收光谱分析了常参「Ｃｏｄｏｎｏｐｓｉｓ Ｐｉｌｏｓｕｌａ Ｎａｎｎｆ」中Ｆｅ，Ｃｕ，Ｚｎ，Ｍｎ，Ｃｒ，Ｍｇ，Ｃａ，Ｓｅ，Ａｌ，Ｐ，Ｂ，Ｓｒ，Ｈｇ，Ｐｂ，Ｂａ，Ａｓ，Ｃｅ，Ｂｅ，Ｎｉ，Ｎｂ，Ｖ，Ｔｉ，Ｃｏ，Ｇｅ，Ｍｏ，Ｃｄ，Ｌｉ，Ｔｅ，Ｗ，Ａｇ，Ｓｉ，Ｂｉ，Ｓｎ等３３种无机元素的组分含量。     

Co（Ⅱ）、Ni（Ⅱ）、Zn（Ⅱ）与三聚硫氰酸的配合物及其衍生物的合成研究（Ⅰ）

本文用ＣｏＣｌ＿２·６Ｈ＿２Ｏ、ＮｉＣｌ＿２Ｈ＿２Ｏ、ＺｎＣｌ＿２·２Ｈ＿２Ｏ与Ｃ＿３Ｎ＿２Ｓ＿３Ｎａ＿３在（ＣＨ＿３）＿２ＳＯ溶剂中反应，得到产物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ；又用Ｃ＿５Ｈ＿５Ｎ与Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ反应，得到产物Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ。经元素分析、ＩＲ谱、ＵＶ谱表征研究，指认Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ为Ｎａ＿３［Ｍ（ＣＨ＿３）＿２ＳＯ（Ｃ＿３Ｎ＿３Ｓ＿３）Ｃｌ＿２（Ｍ－Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）、Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）、Ｚｎ（Ⅱ）；ⅣⅤ、Ⅵ为Ｎａ＿２［Ｍ（ＣＨ＿３）＿２ＳＯ（Ｃ＿３Ｎ＿３Ｓ＿３）（Ｃ＿５Ｈ＿５Ｎ）Ｃｌ］（Ｍ－Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）、Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）、Ｚｎ（Ⅱ））。     

Cu（Ⅱ），Pb（Ⅱ），Zn（Ⅱ），Cd（Ⅱ）痕量金属离子的浮选分离法研究

以焦磷酸根（）为配体，十六烷基三甲溴化铵（ＣＴＭＡＢｒ）为鼓泡剂，对Ｃｕ（Ⅱ），Ｐｂ（Ⅱ），Ｚｎ（Ⅱ），Ｃｄ（Ⅱ）等４种金属离子的浮选分离进行了研究。探讨了ｐＨ值、氮气流速、的浓度、ＣＴＭＡＢｒ的浓度、金属离子浓度对浮选率的影响．找到了其最佳分离条件，对Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）－Ｃｄ（Ⅱ），Ｐｂ（Ⅱ）－Ｃｄ（Ⅱ），Ｚｎ（Ⅱ）－Ｃｄ（Ⅱ）等二元组分进行了较好的分离。     

蚯蚓过氧化氢酶的纯化及性质

赤子爱到胜蚓组织匀浆抽提液经硫酸铵盐析、透析浓缩后，用大柱制备电泳纯经得到两个过氧化氢酶，均为糖蛋白，Ｍｒ分别为３９００００、４０００００。用氧电极法测 得后者的表观Ｋｍ值为１４３ｍＭ，最适ＰＨ值８．０左右。     

隆安县不同地层岩石与土壤中的元素自然含量特征

对隆安县２１个地层的２０个岩石、２１个土壤３１种元素含量分析，结果表明，该区土壤中Ｆｅ、Ａｌ、Ｚｎ、Ｖ、Ｎｉ、Ａｓ、Ｓｅ含量高于世界土壤元素背景值，Ｍｎ、Ｃｕ、Ｂ、Ｍｏ、Ｃｏ、Ｃｒ、Ｇａ与世界土壤背景值接近，Ｓｉ、Ｐ、Ｋ、Ｎａ、Ｃａ、Ｍｇ、Ｓ低于世界土壤背景值，Ｆ和Ｂｒ含量均小于１５μｇ／ｇ，Ｓｎ小于０．０９μｇ／ｇ；岩石元素变异系数较大，土壤元素分布相对集中；土壤元素含量与其母岩之间多数相关不显著；多数元素在成土过程中富集；土壤Ｎｉ／Ｃ０比值与其母岩之间显著正相关     

等色染料离子对──溴酚蓝·亚甲蓝体系在测定某些二价金属方面的应用

研究了溴酚蓝（ＢＰＢ）·亚甲蓝（ＭＢ）等色染料离子对在萃取光度法中测定Ｆｅ、Ｃｏ、Ｎｉ、Ｚｎ、Ｃｄ、Ｃｕ及Ｈｇ的应用。将二价金属离子和邻二氮菲及溴酚蓝形成三元络合物Ｍｅ（ｐｈｅｎ）３·ＢＰＢ〔１〕，并用二氯乙烷萃取分离，把有机相中的三元络合物用酸解析并反萃入水相，加入与溴酚蓝等色的亚甲蓝溶液继续萃取，萃入有机相的等色染料离子对因双显色协同作用和增敏效应而提高了测定方法的灵敏度，所测Ｆｅ、Ｃｏ、Ｎｉ、Ｚｎ、Ｃｄ、Ｈｇ的摩尔吸光系数均在１０５Ｌ／ｍｏｌ·ｃｍ以上。     

N，N′－双（8－喹啉基）和N，N′－双（2－羟基苯基）丙二酰胺金属配合物的合成及物化性质研究

合成了配体Ｎ，Ｎ’－双（８－喹啉基）丙二酰胺（ｑｍａＨ＿２），Ｎ，Ｎ’－双（２－羟基苯基）丙二酰胺（ｈｐｍａＨ＿４）及其金属配合物［Ｍ＝Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）、Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）、Ｃｏ（Ⅲ）、Ｐｄ（Ⅱ）、Ｚｎ（Ⅱ）］。并采用元素分析，’ＨＮＭＲ、ＵＶ－ｖｉｓ、ＩＲ、ＭＳ、摩尔电导、熔点测定进行了化合物的结构表征对配体ｑｍａＨ＿２的金属配合物作了荧光测定。结果表明：配体ｈｐｍａＨ＿４与Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）和Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）配位时，酰胺分别非去质子化和去质子化；配体ｑｍａＨ＿２与金属离子生成类芳香性配合物。由于金属ｄ电子参与芳环π电子的共轭，表现出芳环紫外吸收峰蓝移和荧光性质，尤以Ｚｎ（Ⅱ）配合物最佳；配体ｑｍａＨ＿２与Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）配位时表现出吸氧特性，生成μ－过氧键配合物。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
