Zusammenfassung Es wurde ein neues Indolsubstrat für die histochemische Demonstration von alkalischer RNase II und saurer RNase II synthetisiert. Dieses Verfahren ist besser, schneller und präziser als die bisherigen Kupplungstechniken.

Summary Electrical activities of the hypothalamic and interpeduncular neurons were studied in vitro in brain slices prepared from the guinea-pig brain stem. Neurons preserved resting membrane potentials comparable to those of neurons in vivo, responded to stimulation of the afferent fibres, and retained stable spontaneous firings for more than several hours.  相似文献

Summary Adult female armadillos were injected with tritiated estradiol. The pituitary gland was removed and processed for autoradiography. Résumé Le principe indigogénique à la détection histochimique des phosphates alcalins et acides a été appliqué. Ces substrates ont l'avantage de permettre une localisation précise de l'enzyme, sans ou avec minime diffusion. C'est aussi une méthode simple et directe pour la mise en évidence de ces enzymes sans passer par une réaction couplée. Un bisindigo très insoluble a lieu apparaît aux points d'activité enzymatique. Le 5-bromo-4-chlorocomposé donne un indigo bleu-vert tandis que le 5-bromo-6-chloro-composé donne un indigo magenta.  相似文献

Microinjection of insulin (0.04–0.12 IU/l) into the anterior hypothalamus or the lateral hypothalamus, but not the vertromedial hypothalamus of the rat brain, caused a dose-dependent rise in blood glucose and in serum insulin. The majority (71.5%) of the glucose-facilitated neurons recorded in the lateral hypothalamic area were excited by intracerebral injection of insulin. The data indicate that insulni acts on the hypothalamic glucose-facilitated neurons to induce hyperglycemia and hyperinsulinemia. Zusammenfassung Die Regenbogenhaut der Maus wurde in einer physiologischen Pufferlösung mit radioaktivem 6-Hydroxydopamin (3H-6-OH-DA) inkubiert. Mit Hilfe autoradiographischer und fluoreszenz-histochemischer Untersuchungen konnte gezeigt werden, dass3H-6-OH-DA in die adrenergischen Nervenfasern der Regenbogenhaut aufgenommen und gespeichert wird. Dieser Befund bringt die direkte Erklärung der durch 6-Hydroxydopamin induzierten Degeneration der adrenergen Fasern.  相似文献

Hypothalamic tyrosine hydroxylase activity is increased 6 and 18 h after bilateral lesioning of the Locus Coerulues, in the Rat. An adrenocortical hypertrophy was observed previously, under the same experimental conditions. The neurochemical and neuroendocrinological implications of theses results are discussed.  相似文献

Horseradish peroxydase was injected intracellularly in some of the medullary neurons which, in Fish, exhibit a passive hyperpolarizing potential after spinal cord stimulation (this indicates that such neurons both electrical and chemical inhibitions of the Mauthner cells). With positive staining, commissural vestibular neurons were identified; their axons cross the midline and they establish connexions with the Mauthner cell and with vestibular neurons of both sides. Thus the existence of a crossed vestibular inhibitory pathway, previously suggested by electrophysiological studies in lower Vertebrates as well as in Mammals, is now correlated with histological evidence.  相似文献
