本文研究了葡萄糖、乙酸盐和碳酸氢钠作为不同碳源时,对钝顶螺旋藻混合营养生长的影响。与无机碳源碳酸氢钠对比,有机碳源葡萄糖和乙酸盐能提高螺旋藻的生长速率,其中葡萄糖使之获得最大比生长速率(u=0.62%d)和产生最大生物量(干重为2.637g/e)这三种碳源对藻蓝蛋白含量的影响基本一致,约为130±10mg/g干细胞重,但是藻蓝蛋白的含量随光照强度从4000lux降为500lux而减少。  相似文献

The effects of plasma-induced graft copolymerization with acrylic acid (AAc) on the structure and dyeing properties of mulberry silk are investigated. Through the transmission infrared spectroscopy(IR) , attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy(ATR-IR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) studies, changes of the surface structure and composition are observed. The results show that plasma-induced graft copolymerization has a different meehanism from that of chemical graft copolymerization. The plasma graft copolymerization brings AAc branch polymers into the surface of silk through the initiation of some kinds of oxygen and nitrogen groups created by plasma. That is just the reason that the dyeing ability and color fastness of plasma-grafted silk for cationic dyestuff increase and its mechanical properties have not been changed significantly.  相似文献

Direct radiation grafting of acrylic acid (AA) and methacrylic acid (MAA) onto polyethylene (PE) films was studied. The investigation of the nature and characters of grafting proceeding was performed. The penetration of grafting onto the thin PE film was studied and the mechanism discussed. This involves an initial stage whereby the grafted surface layer deforms the PE allowing further monomer to penetrate. It was shown that the surface grafting was dynamic controlled and the penetration of monomer depended on the polarity of monomer.  相似文献

The electronic band stucturec of crystalline N Na2RbC60 and Na2CsC60are examined using the three-dimensional crystal orbital method. Our calculation results reveal that ground states of all these three alkali-metal doped fulle.rides from a metalic conducting phase with a rather narrow molecular crystal-like band-stucture and a high density of state near the. fermi-level, which indicate a very high Tc for this newly found molecular superconductors. A monotonic relationship is found between our calculated band dispersion,Fermi-level density of state, and the experimental transition temperature Tc,which is in exceuentt agre.emet with the prediction of the.
