采用弹性立体填料的复合式折流板厌氧反应器处理城市污水 .研究结果表明 ,该装置处理城市污水效果显著 .当进水COD在 87- 32 0mg L范围内 (平均 2 2 7mg L)变化 ,水力停留时间大于 5 .2h ,反应系统的容积负荷小于 0 .86kgCOD (m3·d)时 ,常温下COD去除率大于 6 0 % ,出水COD平均为 81mg L ,SS去除率大于77.8% ,出水SS小于 30mg L ;反应系统在试验条件下温度与溶解性COD去除率成正相关 .试验还得出了系统处理城市污水溶解性BOD去除率随HRT变化的降解动力学模式 .  相似文献

试验研究了兼氧/好氧膜生物反应器工艺对食品废水的处理效果,通过投加粉末活性炭以考察其对整个工艺的影响.结果表明,投加粉末活性炭的兼氧/好氧与膜生物反应器组合(A/O MBR)对食品废水表现出良好的净化效果,化学需氧量(COD)的平均去除率为96%,NH3-N的平均去除率为91%,对浊度的去除率基本达到100%.试验证明,投加粉末活性炭的A/O MBR,在去除NH3-N和COD方面均优于没有投加粉末活性炭的情况,且在一定程度上减轻了膜污染.  相似文献

高效厌氧反应器(EABR)处理生物制药废水的启动和运行试验研究结果表明:EABR反应器处理效率高,启动周期短,经过50 d的运行后,COD的去除率达到90.4%,BOD5的去除率维持在88.5%以上.EABR的最佳运行负荷在18.0 kg·m-3·d-1以下,有机负荷在20.0 kg·m-3·d-1时,COD、BOD5的去除率均有较大幅度的下降.EABR对负荷的冲击承受能力不宜超过50%;出水pH维持在7.0~7.4时,COD的去除率在87.9%~91.4%.  相似文献

研制了将MBR和A2/O工艺相结合的新型MB(A2/O)反应器,研究了MB(A2/O)反应器对城市污水的处理效果,并分析了其性能和机理.结果表明:出水COD小于20mg/L,平均去除率达93.80%;NH3-N质量浓度小于8mg/L,去除率可达88.42%;TN质量浓度小于30mg/L,去除率达46.05%;TP质量浓度小于0.3mg/L,去除率达94.70%.试验表明,MB(A2/O)反应器在保留对其他污染物良好去除效果的同时,对TP有极高的去除率,处理后水质满足<城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质>(GB/T 18920-2002)的要求.  相似文献

分别对平流式、折流式、升流式3种水解酸化反应器的设备运行参数进行优化,获得3种水解酸化反应器用于处理难降解高盐化工污水模拟水样的最佳设备运行参数:(1)平流式反应器搅拌器转速为150 r/min,COD(化学需氧量)去除率达到17%,VFA(挥发性脂肪酸)增长率达到167%,污水的可生化系数由0.30增大至0.42;(2)当折流式反应器导流板倾角为60°时,COD去除率为16%,VFA增长率达到83%,污水的可生化系数由0.30增大至0.40;(3)当升流式反应器内循环比为200%时,COD去除率为20%,VFA增长率达到267%,污水的可生化系数由0.30增大至0.44。试验结果表明:在这3种反应器中,采用升流式反应器所得的污泥性能和传质效率等最好的。  相似文献

以蔗糖为基质 ,采用连续进水的方式 ,研究两相 UASB反应器的相分离 .结果表明 ,控制酸化相 p H值为 5 .5 0~ 6.0 0 ,可得到满意的相分离效果 .运行 80 d后 ,酸化相颗粒污泥直径为 2~ 8mm ,污泥浓度为 73.61kg.m-3,COD去除 的产气率 74 0 .0 m L .g-1,COD容积负荷为 116.0 6kg.(m3.d) -1;产甲烷相颗粒污泥直径为 1~ 3mm,污泥浓度为 5 3.73kg.m-3,COD去除 的产气率 614 .4 m L .g-1,COD的容积负荷为 19.91kg.(m3.d) -1.两相 UASB反应器的 COD总去除率达 93.3%,COD容积负荷为 2 0 .82 kg.(m3.d) -1.  相似文献

文中研究了极低浓度下UASB反应器处理生活污水的可行性 .在停留时间tHR为 5 .33h时 ,反应器的CODcr去除率为 5 7.2 1% ,BOD5去除率为 6 9.32 % ,产气率为0 .0 87m3·m- 3·d- 1;出水中悬浮物 (SS)和挥发性脂肪酸 (VFA)很小 ;反应器内已形成一定数量的颗粒污泥 ,有w =38.9%的污泥粒径大于 0 .2 2mm ,污泥沉降性能良好 ,污泥指数 (ISV)为 2 6 .5mL·g- 1.反应器对冲击负荷有一定抵抗能力 ,短时间的浓度冲击和 pH值降低均不会对反应器产生危害 .  相似文献

研究填料厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)—活性污泥—水生植物的组合工艺处理大蒜切片加工废水的运行特点.结果表明:填料ABR单元的最佳HRT为20 h,有机负荷小于COD 7.8 kg/(m3.d)为宜,在此工况下,COD的平均去除率可达92.5%;活性污泥法单元的最佳HRT为12 h,进水有机负荷宜保持在COD 0.8~1.2 kg/(m3.d)之间,在此工况下,COD的平均去除率为81.0%;水生植物单元的最佳HRT为3.5 d,在此最佳HRT下,COD的去除率为42.6%.该组合工艺COD总去除率保持在99.37%~99.42%之间,出水的COD浓度为38~41 mg/L,出水水质能稳定达到国家一级A排放标准.  相似文献

用菌EH-5所产絮凝剂处理乳品废水及啤酒废水,通过3因素3水平正交试验发现,由EH-5产生的絮凝剂对乳品废水和啤酒废水都有良好的处理效果。乳品废水和啤酒废水COD去除率分别为74.79%和64.15%,色度去除率分别为75.00%和69.57%,浊度去除率分别为93.78%和95.51%。  相似文献

利用IAL-CHS反应器分别吸附单一的微生物Achromobactersp.来降解2,4-二氯酚(2,4-DCP)和吸附复合微生物菌群来处理啤酒废水.通过比较试验表明,单一的微生物和复合微生物菌群均能很容易地在蜂窝陶瓷载体的表面上形成生物膜,并表现出较高的生物活性.在连续降解2,4-DCP时,反应器稳定运行之后,2,4-DCP的去除率达到98%.连续流处理啤酒废水时,在水力停留时间为7h条件下,随着进水的COD浓度逐渐增加,其COD去除率达到95.5%.有机物负荷也逐渐增高,达到3.52kgCOD/(m3·d).  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
