中南矿冶学院冶金系继1981年下半年进行的硫化锌精矿与软锰矿直接浸出及锌-二氧化锰同时电解的初步试验之后(详见《中南矿冶学院学报》1982年№1),于1982—1983年又进行了Zn-MnO_2同时电解的条件试验与机理研究,编写了试验报告。1984年4至7月又继续完成了硫化锌精矿与软锰矿直接浸出的各种因素的条件试验及Zn-MnO_2同时电解的全流程试验,获得以下显著效果: 1.采用两段浸出,锌浸出率大于95%,锰浸出率大于98%;采用三段浸出,锌浸出率大于98%,锰浸出率大于99%; 2.浸出液采用先进方法除铁,两段置换净化除杂,获得合格的新液; 3.Zn-MnO_2同时电解,阴极电流效率大于90%,阳极电流效率大于85%。槽电压平均为2.8V,电解节电大于60%。 4.阴、阳极很少析出氢气和氧气,酸雾大大减少。  相似文献

Zn(Ⅱ)-NH_3-NH_4Cl-H_2O体系电积锌工艺及阳极反应机理   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
考察了Zn(Ⅱ)NH3NH4ClH2O体系电积锌过程中温度、电流密度、锌浓度对槽电压和电流效率的影响.发现电流密度和温度对槽电压影响显著.用正交试验确定最佳工艺参数为:温度50℃,电流密度400A·m-2.在保证电流效率大于90%的前提下,电解母液中锌浓度可降到10g·L-1以下.电能消耗2460kW·h·t-1锌,氨耗0.254t·t-1锌.另外,查明了阳极反应为析氮反应,而不是析氧反应.开发Zn(Ⅱ)NH3NH4ClH2O体系电积锌的新工艺对铸锌渣,湿法炼锌除铁渣等含氯或铁高的锌物料以及氧化锌矿的回收利用具有重大意义  相似文献

采用化学修饰和电沉积方法在Ti表面镀覆一层结合牢固的Sn层,从而制成钛基锡电极,该电极和Pb电极比较,对L-半胱民合成反应,具有更高的电催化活性,电流效率大于99.0%,电解收率为98.0%以上,明显优于Pb电极电解。  相似文献

研究了在UO2(NO3)2-HNO3-N2H5NO3体积中,以镀钌钛网为阳极,钛板为阴极电解还原制备铀(Ⅳ)的方法;探讨了电流密度,肼浓度,铀浓度,硝酸浓度以及隔膜等对铀(Ⅵ)电解还原的影响,确定了电解还原制备铀(Ⅳ)最佳的工艺条件;在隔膜电解时,U(Ⅵ)的还原率可达100%,而无隔膜电解还原时,U(Ⅵ)的还原率为62%。  相似文献

采用微电解-水解-好氧工艺进行了硝基苯废水(COD为1200-1600mg.L^-1,色度为300-400倍)处理的试验研究,结果表明:该工艺可有效地去除硝基苯废水中的有机物和色度,COD和色度的总去除率分别达到90%,85%以上,出水水质符合《污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)》中二级标准的排放要求。  相似文献

针对分时供电生产所带来的锌电解过程中酸锌比难以控制问题,研究面向电流切换过程中能耗最小的酸锌比最优控制策略。在分析锌电解过程动态反应机理的基础上,通过优化求解新液流量及酸锌比预调节时间,得到酸锌比最优切换轨迹。针对外界扰动造成实际电解液酸锌比偏离最优轨迹的问题,提出一种酸锌比轨迹偏差预测控制方法。研究结果表明:所提出的控制策略能使电解液实际酸锌比快速、准确地跟踪优化设定值,保证锌电解过程稳定、低耗运行。  相似文献

本文研究了以磷酸氢二铵、硫酸锌、硫酸亚铁和氨为原料制取锌、铁混合缓溶微肥的最佳工艺条件,认为反应温度应控制在90℃,P/(Fe+Zn)摩尔比取1.1,Zn/Fe摩尔比取1~2,反应过程应先加硫酸锌而后加硫酸亚铁。硫酸锌和硫酸亚铁由化肥厂废触媒等制取。由最优工艺条件小试结果表明,磷的转化率大于90%.锌和铁的转化率大于95%。该产品可作烟草专用肥的基础肥料。  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
