论述了磁性氧化铁牺牲阳极生产的必要性、工艺技术条件 (压块压力、烧结温度、烧结时间 )及产品性能等。该阳极的化学成分为 90 %mol (以Fe2 O3 表示 )的Fe3 O4和 10 %molMe1O混合物 ,粒度 <16 μm。研制出的磁性氧化铁牺牲阳极样品结构致密 ,电阻率小 (0 .0 0 7Ω·cm) ,在 2 0 %HCl溶液中腐蚀失重率为 0 .72 % h。结果表明 :采用粉末冶金法生产此种磁性氧化铁牺牲阳极可以做到工艺顺利、牺牲阳极的结构致密、电阻率小、抗腐蚀性能良好。其中以 11# 牺牲阳极的性能为最好。其工艺条件为成型压力 1 2t cm2 ,烧结温度 110 0℃ ,烧结时间 5h。  相似文献

分别以p型体硅和p型薄膜微晶硅为阳极, 以掺入MEH-PPV的PFO为发光层, 以透明金属Sm/Au为阴极, 制作了顶发光白光器件。器件结构是: 硅阳极/PEDOT:PSS/MEH-PPV:PFO/Cs2CO3/Sm/Au。通过调节MEH-PPV在PFO中的质量百分比, 改进了白光器件的发射色度。当MEH-PPV的质量百分比为0.13%时, 发光在白光范围, CIE色坐标为(0.372, 0.391)。研究了器件发光效率对体硅阳极电阻率的影响, 当体硅阳极电阻率为0.079 Ω•cm时, 器件电流效率和功率效率都达到极大, 分别是0.191 cd/A和0.131 lm/W。以金属Ni诱导硅晶化的薄膜微晶硅为阳极, 通过调节Ni层厚度, 优化器件效率。当Ni层厚度为2 nm时, 薄膜硅阳极器件的电流效率和功率效率分别达到最大值: 0.371 cd/A和0.187 lm/W, 相对于最佳电阻率体硅阳极器件分别提高了94%和43%。  相似文献

为了发展惰性阳极炼铝新技术,选用氧化锡为基体,并添加ZnO、CuO、Fe_2O_3、Sb_2O_3和Bi_2O_3等几种改性剂,用烧结法研制成惰性阳极。此类阳极的表观密度为6.10~6.73g/cm~3,电阻率(1000℃时)为0.00208~1.99Ω·cm。在冰晶石-氧化铝熔液中,它是电化学惰性的,并具有较强的抗腐蚀性。采取适当的阳极电流密度,降低电解温度,减少阴极存铝,应用V形阳极及较佳的阳极组成,能够使腐蚀速度降至0.00010g/(cm~2·h)。  相似文献

所研制的电极在电解温度下的电阻率为(0.6~1.4)×10~(-3)Ω·cm,比碳素阳极低得多,腐蚀速率为(0.5~3)×10~(-3)g/cm~2·h,在0.6~1.0A/cm~2的范围内析氧超电压为0.1~0.2V,小型电解实验的电流效率为86%~88%。本文还讨论了SnO_2基惰性阳极在工业上应用的前景及经济性问题。  相似文献

阳极炭块优化处理的目的是降低炭块孔隙率,提高其抗氧化性能,降低极消耗;提高阳极炭块的导电率,降低电耗,提高经济效益和改善环境质量。溶液浸渍处理法:阳极炭块先用AlCl3溶液浸渍,再用氨水浸渍,然后在950℃进行焙烧处理。研究表明:影响阳极炭块优化处理质量的主要因素是焙烧时间、溶液浓度和浸渍时间。采用AⅡBⅡCⅢ条件优化处理的阳极炭块与空白阳极炭块相比,填充率达到19.06%,电阻率降低幅度高达34.24%。  相似文献

利用水流量平板法测定阳极涂层分别在820,870,920和1 020℃时的高温热导率,使用X线衍射仪分析经高温烧结后阳极涂层的物相组成;基于ANSYS计算平台,以电流为400 kA的铝电解槽为计算模型进行研究,建立应用阳极涂层的铝电解槽电-热场耦合计算模型,准确追踪炉帮位置并分析涂层对铝电解槽温度场分布的影响。研究结果表明:涂层在820~1 020℃时的热导率为0.2~0.4 W/(m·K),随温度升高而增大;应用阳极涂层的铝电解槽电-热场耦合计算模型后,熔体区槽壳平均温度下降11.3℃,主要原因是涂层使流经阳极侧部电解质中电流路发生改变,次要原因是炭渣量减少和电解质电阻率降低;阳极涂层的应用可以降低阳极毛耗,延长阳极使用寿命1 d;侧部温度槽壳的平均温度仿真结果与某铝厂实验结果基本一致。  相似文献

为研究Cu2+含量不同对重塑土的抗剪强度影响以及剪切过程中电阻率变化,进行了室内直剪试验。制取含量为0mg/kg、5 mg/kg、50 mg/kg、500 mg/kg、5 000 mg/kg的五种Cu2+污染重塑土,对其进行直剪试验和电阻率试验,最后处理并分析数据。结果表明:随Cu2+含量增加,电阻率减小,且电阻率浮动变小,电阻率随剪切位移增大呈减小的趋势,含量500 mg/kg时的电阻率浮动小,规律明显;Cu2+污染土剪应力随剪切位移增大不断增加,没有明显的屈服点;Cu2+含量小于5 mg/kg时,Cu2+污染土抗剪强度随Cu2+含量增加而增加,Cu2+含量大于500 mg/kg时,Cu2+污染土抗剪强度随Cu2+含量增加而减小;同一含量下的污染土在不同垂直压力下的抗剪强度与电阻率呈负相关,Cu2+含量越大抗剪强度变化对电阻率越不敏感;定义了电阻率角、初始电阻率,电阻率角反映电阻率对土体结构变化的敏感程度,初始电阻率为土体在没有垂直压力作用下时的电阻率。  相似文献

通过对多种阻挡层特性的分析,选定了熔点高、化学稳定性好、电阻率低的TiN薄膜作为门极换向晶闸管阳极的阻挡层.采用磁控溅射技术生长的TiN,经俄歇电子谱仪分析表明,TiN阻挡层系统能有效地阻挡硅和铝的相互扩散,可作为门极换向晶闸管阳极理想的阻挡层材料.  相似文献

在采用碳纤维水泥基材料作为铺覆式阳极的条件下,用实验的方法,研究了对三层排布的钢筋混凝土结构进行阴极保护时的保护电流分布问题.讨论了钢筋初始腐蚀状态、混凝土电阻率以及不同外加电流密度对电流分布均匀性的影响.结果表明,钢筋初始腐蚀速率和混凝土电阻率均对保护电流分布有较大影响,而不同的电流密度仅对腐蚀较严重的钢筋内的电流分布造成影响.该研究对于现场条件下的钢筋混凝土结构的阴极保护提供了有价值的信息.  相似文献

针对库尔勒市的气候、土壤等自然条件,为了保护埋入地下的天然气管道不被腐蚀,经现场测算,选择高电位的镁合金牺牲阳极进行保护。文章从牺牲阳极参数的如何选择、计算、安装进行详细的论证。经实地检测,采用浅埋式牺牲阳极的防腐技术,因地制宜,解决了干旱地区土壤电阻率过大的难题,保证了天然气管线的安全运输,取得了显著成效。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
