上市公司财务状况评价的统计和神经网络方法

根据上市公司的财务报表对上市公司的财务状况进行综合评价对投资者的投资和监管部门的监管活动具有重要的指导意义．本文利用主成分分析方法对产生于财务报表的各种财务比率指标进行优化处理，形成新的主成分指标，并以主成分作为输入变量，使用竞争学习网络进行聚类分析．最后用广泛采用的综合评分方法得出每一类企业的财务特征，清晰直观的表达了企业的财务状况．     

运用主成分分析方法评价上市公司经营管理业绩

上市公司的经营管理业绩可以通过一系列的财务指标来反映 ,但这些财务指标只能反映公司经营活动中某时刻某个方面的情况。本文运用主成分分析法 ,对内蒙古 19家上市公司的 8项财务比率进行综合评价 ,得到上市公司财务状况综合评价指数 ,对上市公司的经营管理业绩作实证分析

上市公司财务报表的Fuzzy评价方法

提出一种股票上市公司财务报表的Fuzzy综合评价方法。在深入分析上市公司财务报表内在联系的基础上，借助专家咨询，建立了财务报表Fuzzy评价指标体系，采用层次分析法形成各指标的权重，给出了各指标评价矩阵隶属度的确定方法。实践表明，应用该方法可有效地引导投资者客现、公正地评价上市公司的经营业绩与财务状况。     

主成分分析在企业发展评估的应用

在某国有银行财务报表中选取10个主要指标进行主成分分析,利用SPSS20软件求解出第一主成分和第二主成分的主成分得分和综合得分,并根据综合得分进行了排名。最后,总结出平均总资产回报率、风险加权资产收益率、不良贷款率、拨备覆盖率、一级资本充足率和总权益对总资产比率这6个指标的变化会对该企业的发展产生显著的影响。

将主成分分析和径向基函数神经网络结合,以粗糙集作为预处理器进行指标约简,并以传统财务指标为基础,引入反映企业现实财务状况的现金流量指标,通过主成分分析提取指标和降维,利用径向基函数神经网络作为判别企业财务状态的工具,构建上市公司财务危机预警的RPR模型,实证研究结果证明了该模型具有较高的建模精度和泛化能力。

良好的财务报表分析有利于对企业的财务状况、财务活动进行深入分析,然后基于此基础开展财务预测及决策工作。本文以宁波热电股份有限公司为例,探索如何进行财务报表的分析,并且针对财务报表分析中存在的局限性和影响因素提出了自己的观点。

基于上市公司财务数据的企业信用风险预测Logistic模型研究

随着国际金融市场的发展,多元化的金融工具和衍生工具在资本市场中得以运用和发展.上市公司作为自主经营、自负盈亏、自我发展的市场主体,面临着日益多变的市场环境,随时都要经受财务危机的考验.信用风险研究有助于对企业信用状况进行预测,动态了解企业发展的现状和未来的趋势,及时发现和解决企业财务管理中存在的问题,降低发生信用危机的概率,给投资者与信贷机构提供保障.本次研究选取我国深沪两市74家上市公司2013-2014年的财务报表数据,通过主成分分析降维,将17个财务指标浓缩为5个主成分因子,将5个主成分因子作为自变量建立回归模型.从上市公司的盈利能力、偿债能力、发展能力和营运能力四个角度,全面反映财务状况在企业信用中所起的作用.在选取变量、建立模型后,得到的整体预测水平较高,模型效果良好,可以将该模型运用于我国上市公司的信用风险预测,为投资者与信贷机构提供信用风险防范方面的帮助.     

安徽上市公司财务评价指标体系的主成分分析

根据上市公司披露的财务报表可以获得许多财务指标的数据.由于众多的财务指标在衡量企业经营状况时存在信息重叠的现象,因此通过运用主成分分析法对财务指标体系进行降维处理,从而使每个财务指标具有更大的信息贡献能力,使投资者更方便快捷地了解上市公司的业绩状态,进而进行投资.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
