当前我国人才资源开发存在的四大矛盾

近年来，人才问题一直是社会各界关注的热点，特别是全国人才工作大会以后，人才问题再度升温，从宏观层面考虑，政府尤其要重视人才资源开发在根据产业发展需求做适应性调整时所面临的挑战，解决存在的问题。当前我国的人才资源开发主要存在以下四大矛盾。     

实施"人才强企"战略浅析

结合大同煤炭集团轩岗煤电公司的实践，对企业需要什么样的人才、如何实施“人才强企”战略进行了阐述，包括合理制定人才管理方略、建立切实可行的人才激励机制、创造宽松的人才使用环境、建立客观公正的人才评价体系、加大企业人才的培养力度等。

中国人才生态学研究现状及发展趋势

 人才生态学是中国独创的一门学科，国外学者对该领域的研究主要聚焦于人力资源生态学。当前中国学者针对人才生态环境的建设和评价进行了理论探索和实践应用研究，取得了一些成果。综述了人才生态环境研究的现状，提出了人才生态环境研究在概念界定、构成要素和实证分析等方面存在的局限性。未来应运用生态学的理论方法，促进其理论体系架构、不同人才区分和生态因子识别等方面的进一步研究，为优化人才生态环境提供改革思路。

中国成为新经济人才争夺目标

新经济时代世界范围内的最大危机是人才严重告急．而中国是人才争夺的最大市场。美国微软公司和IDC等两家市场调查公司目前联合进行的一项调查显示，欧洲在信息技术专业人才方面的缺口三年后将达到170万人．三年里因人才短缺而无法实现的工程项目和税收减少所造成的损失合计达3800亿欧元：美国预计2000年新型人才(信息技术)的需求量为160万人，其中有84万个职位由于无法找到技术水平达标者，而处于空缺状态。     

高素质技术技能人才的内涵

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
