通过对双质体振动系统的理论分析,得到了振动系统对基础的力传递系数和工作质体的特征幅值与系统动力学参数之间的关系.提出了参振物料系数、临界频率比、临界频率比差和特征幅值增幅度的定义.通过数值分析,确定了满足力传递系数小于10%的参数设计空间.结果表明,隔振频率比越大,力传递系数越小,工作质体的特征幅值越大;当工作质体质量比大于0.57时,特征幅值不会随参振物料增加而增大;工作质体质量比越小,实现低传递系数、高特征幅值及增幅度的参数设计空间越大.最后提出了保证隔振效果、特征幅值及增幅度的动力学参数确定方法.  相似文献

分析了物料的运动方式及对上质体作用形式.基于输送物料对反共振振动机上质体的冲击作用,完善了反共振振动机的动力学模型.应用谐波平衡法对系统动力学方程进行求解,得出了上、下质体动力学放大因子的幅频响应曲线.以一试验台实际参数进行仿真,得出了试验台上、下质体的位移时间响应曲线.分析表明:考虑物料冲击作用与未考虑物料冲击作用相比,反共振频率变小,且在反共振点附近上、下质体振幅变大.  相似文献

针对智能振动压路机在水平激振下恢复力与物料之间的对称滞回特性,采用双线性对称滞回模型,建立压实系统的二自由度动力学模型,一次近似的前提下,利用谐波线性法将非线性作用力线性化为等效刚度和等效阻尼.通过数值仿真方法,研究压实进程中土壤参数、激振力幅和激振频率对振动轮动响应的影响特性.结果表明:压实进程中应根据土壤实际压实状况,合理调整激振参数,从而减小压实力,抑制打滑现象,保证压实质量和提高压实效率.  相似文献

以振动沉桩机为例,研究了振动摩擦在沉拔桩机这一典型机械中的应用.建立了非线性动力学模型,采用龙格库塔法对振动沉桩机进行了数值仿真,得到了系统的动力学特性.仿真结果表明:随着激振力幅值和频率的增大,桩的振幅有一定的增大;随着激振力幅值的减小,桩的振幅有一定减小;随着激振力频率的减小,桩的振幅变化不大;改变系统刚度,桩的振幅有明显变化.  相似文献

针对反共振振动机上质体的振幅对激振频率和物料量波动比较敏感的问题,提出了一种能使反共振振动机振幅稳定的参数选择方法.这种方法的中心思想是把反共振点选在两共振点正中间,并且两共振点之间的距离要离得足够远.这时共振点附近的幅频响应曲线比较平坦,从而使上下质体的振幅稳定性基本上达到实用要求.在需要振幅精度比较高的场合,也只需小范围调节即可实现.最后通过计算机仿真证明了这种方法的正确性和可行性.  相似文献

建立了非对称弹性支承下,带有基础松动-碰摩耦合故障的双跨转子系统弯扭摆耦合非线性动力学模型.应用数值方法研究双跨转子弯扭摆耦合振动下的动力学特性,利用分岔图、幅频特性曲线图、相图及幅值谱图,分析了摆振对于双跨转子系统的影响,揭示了不同结构参数下该类转子系统的典型非线性特征,为该类转子系统故障诊断提供依据.结果表明:摆振对双跨转子系统的运动影响显著;具有松动故障的转子系统非线性幅频特性曲线呈现不光滑的多个波峰  相似文献

为了研究激振摆参数振动中非稳定区的幅时特性和幅频特性,采用matelab软件求解激振摆非线性动力学方程。数值解结果表明,小振幅的激励可诱导大的响应——运动失稳、共振发生。激振摆共振条件是激振频率为固有频率的两倍,是否发生共振以及共振的强度与激振信号的初相位无关,初相位的不同仅导致共振的初始时刻不同。激振信号的振幅、激振摆的阻力系数和固有频率对共振的幅时特性都有影响,加大激振振幅和固有频率都可增加共振强度,而阻力系数增加则抑制共振强度,当阻力系数超过临界值时共振被完全抑制。非稳定区的临界频宽与固有频率无关,但与激振信号的振幅和阻力系数有关,它随激振振幅线性增加,但随阻力系数非线性指数减小。研究结果对于了解参数振动的特性以及防治参数共振的危害具有一定的参考作用。  相似文献

为了减小高速电梯在起制动过程中惯性力和曳引轮旋转失衡产生的激振力对运行中电梯垂直振动的影响,改善电梯的舒适性和安全性,以曳引比为2∶1的某型号高速电梯为研究对象,建立七自由度电梯垂直振动系统动力学模型,对电梯垂直振动系统进行动态特性分析,得到电梯垂直振动系统的7阶固有频率及轿厢瞬态响应;以电梯垂直振动系统中5个部件的刚度作为设计参数,采用多目标遗传算法对电梯垂直振动系统中的结构参数进行优化,对比电梯轿厢优化前、后的振动响应。结果表明,多目标遗传算法能成功抑制高速电梯运行过程中的垂直振动。  相似文献

为揭示多层缠绕卷筒的振动特性及矿井提升系统相关参数对其动力学响应的影响,以矿井提升机实验台的双折线卷筒为研究对象,利用变质量完整力学系统Lagrange方程建立圈间过渡激励下质量慢变卷筒的含耦合项振动方程.对所建模型进行了数值分析和实验验证.结果表明:推导出的方程较好地反映了卷筒的振动特性;卷筒两个方向的加速度幅值略有差异,卷筒两方向的振动加速度幅值都存在波动,且具有同步性;讨论了卷筒转速、卷筒非对称角、卷筒折线区圆心角、钢丝绳直径、密度等系统参数对卷筒振动加速度幅值的影响规律.研究成果有利于优化卷筒结构,对系统安全运行具有一定参考价值.  相似文献

压缩机曲柄连杆机构产生的不平衡惯性力是产生振动和噪声的根源。减小不平衡惯性力,是降低压缩机振动噪声的重要途径。建立了偏心式曲柄连杆结构的物理模型和数学模型,理论分析得出,平衡块质径积和曲轴偏置是影响惯性力的主要参数。建立了制冷压缩机多体动力学模型,得到了加速度频响曲线,分析了平衡块质径积和曲轴偏置对振动的影响,给出了最佳取值范围,通过实验验证了仿真结果的正确性。采用多体动力学仿真与振动实验相结合的方法,为压缩机曲柄连杆机构的参数设计,降低压缩机振动噪声,提供了新的途径。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
