目的:探讨支气管动脉内化疗物灌注(BAI)治疗中晚期肺癌的临床效果,方法:对临床确诊的中晚期肺癌88例病人进行支气管动脉内化疗药物灌注(BAI),化疗药物组合依据不同的病理类型选择不同的化疗药物,结果:本组病例完全缓解(CR)17例,部分缓解(PR)52例,稳定(S)15例,进展4例,病例显效(CR+PR)69例(69/88),有效(CR+PR+S)84例(84/88),结论,支气管动脉内灌注化疗药物(BAI)治疗中晚期肺癌疗效确切,近期疗效显著。  相似文献

目的 对原发性肺癌经支气管动脉联合胸廓内动脉灌注化疗和单纯支气管动脉灌注化疗进行疗效对比,以期对介入治疗肺癌提高认识。方法 对48例经介入疗法治疗原发性肺癌的资料进行回顾分析,对联合胸廓内动脉化疗和单纯支气管动脉化疗分组后进行疗效评估。结果 ①联合胸廓内动脉组共32例,其中部分缓解21例,稳定7例,进展4例;单纯支气管动脉化疗16例,其中部分缓解5例,稳定8例,进展3例;②化疗后胸背部疼痛及避部皮肤红肿、坏死等副反应在联合胸廓内动脉组32例中出现19例,在单纯支所管动脉组16例中出现4例。结论 ①联合胸廓内动脉组化疗后有效率高于单纯支气管动脉化疗组,有统计学意义;②联合胸廓内动脉化疗后胸背部疼痛及局部皮肤红肿、坏死等副反应发生率高于单纯支气管动脉组。  相似文献

对不能手术切除的肺癌目前还没有更有效的治疗方法,全身性化疗血液中药物浓度低.而副作用大.1965年Vialaonte等开始应用支气管动脉选择性药物,随插管技术的发展.在国外已广泛被采用,国内这方面工作起步较晚.近一二年才有个别报告,我院自1986年8月才开始应用.Seldenger法股动脉穿刺插管对5例晚期肺癌患者进行10次支气管动脉插管(其中一例因病情变化而来进行治疗).插管成功率100%.化疗成功率90%.  相似文献

目的 选择更有效的灌注方法,为肺癌的综合治疗提供新的治疗途径。方法 通过术中支气管动脉与肺动脉分别灌注5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU),其靶器官中5-FU的质量浓度,标本用高效液相层析仪检测(HPLG)。结果 5-FU在支气管动脉灌注组的质量浓度明显高于肺动脉组,有显著的统计学意义(P<0.001),血浆中的5-FU的质量浓度甚微。结论 术中支气管动脉灌注化疗可使靶器官含有较高的药物浓度,且全身毒副作用明显小于肺动脉灌注组。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
