近年来,由高职高专院校学生心理障碍导致的不良事件频发,高职高专院校大学生的心理健康已经引起了高校、教育部门和社会的普遍重视。高职高专院校学生正处于一个生理和心理迅速发展的阶段,其心理正迅速走向成熟,而又没有完全成熟。随着生活环境、学习方式、人际交往方式的改变,许多学生出现了不适应的现象,甚至产生了严重的心理障碍,严重阻碍了学生的健康成长,对他们的学习、生活和个人发展造成了不良影响。因此,了解高职高专院校学生心理的特点,正确认识高职高专院校学生心理健康问题并帮助他们解决问题,以促进学生的健康成长,已成为摆在高职高专院校教育工作者和社会面前的一项重大课题。本文从分析高职高专院校学生心理健康存在的问题及成因着手,系统研究高职高专学生心理障碍产生的原因,探索解决高职高专院校学生心理健康问题的应对措施,以促进学生心理的健康发展,从而促进他们健康成长,成才。  相似文献

为了解高职高专院校中家庭经济困难学生与非家庭经济困难学生的思想政治状况及原因,笔者对高职高专院校学生进行思想政治教育问卷调查、访谈,并进行统计分析。发现家庭经济困难学生既有与非家庭经济困难学生共性的一面,也有其个性的一面。因此,单纯的物质资助不能完全解决家庭经济困难学生的思想政治问题,有必要通过采取对家庭经济困难学生针对性强的思想政治教育方法,可提高家庭经济困难学生的思想政治教育水平。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献
