葡萄籽原花青素提取物抗氧化作用研究   总被引:16,自引:2,他引:16  
为研究葡萄籽原花青素提取物(grape procyanidins extract,GPE)抗氧化和对DNA氧化损伤的保护作用,我们采用七种生物化学发光体系,检测了GPE 对O2-、OH、H2O2、ONOO-和全血嗜中性白细胞“呼吸爆发”产生的多种活性氧的清除作用,以及对OH引起的DNA氧化损伤的保护作用;采用Fe2+诱发脂蛋白多不饱和脂肪酸过氧化比色体系,检测了GPE对脂质过氧化分抑制作用。结果显示,GPE 能有效地清除O2-、OH、H2O2、ONOO-和全血嗜中性白细胞“呼吸爆发”产生的多种活性氧而抑制体系 发光,并有效抑制脂质过氧化,半抑制浓度分别约为0.2ug/ml、90ug/ml、0.5ug/ml、10ug/ml、130ug/ml、70ug/ml;25ug/ml的GPE对DNA氧化损伤的抑制率誉为70%。提示GPE 能有效清除多种自由基,保护DNA免受·OH引起的氧化损伤,嗜良好的抗氧化剂。  相似文献

本文阐述一个测定植酸含量的方法。测定结果与光度法相符。测定植酸中总磷和无机磷的变异系数(n=5)分别为0.66%和0.75%;回收率分别为99.7%—100.2%和99.3%—100.8%。在选定的最佳条件下,磷浓度在0.5~50ug/ml范围内与第一氧化峰电流值呈线性,检测线低于0.5ug/ml磷。  相似文献

本文用单扫描示波极谱法研究了铜一双硫腙络合物吸附波。在1.2×10~(-5)M双硫腙—0.5M NaOH—0.01M EDTA底液中,铜浓度在0.01—0.2ug/ml范围内与波高有线性关系,检出下限0.005ug/ml。大多数常见离子无干扰,Fe~(+3)的干扰可用0.01M酒石酸盐来消除。应用本体系测定人发及铝合金中微量铜,结果良好。  相似文献

建立了化妆品中5种合成麝香的气相色谱—质谱联用检测技术.样品采用正己烷于40℃下超声提取20min,采用佛罗里硅土柱净化,其中柱容量为100mg/L,采用气相色谱质谱仪同时检测化妆品中5种合成麝香.5种合成麝香在0~10mg/L范围内线性关系良好,检出限为0.2~100ug/kg,空白样品在10mg/kg加标水平下回收率为94.62%~96.73%,相对偏差为1.19~2.25%.本方法简便,快捷,可同时检测化妆品中5种合成麝香成分.  相似文献

目的 :探讨纤维蛋白原 (Fg)和D—Ⅱ聚体(D -dimer)浓度变化在心肌梗塞中的应用价值。方法 :纤维蛋白原 (Fg)定量采用CA530型血凝仪 ,D—Ⅱ聚体定量采用AU560型全自动生化仪 ,其结果与患者和对照组水平做对比分析。结果:AMI患者溶栓前Fg浓度为4.42±0.36(g/L)、D -dimer浓度2.48±0.92(ug/ml)及阳性百分率为68.6 %。溶栓期 ,Fg浓度1.32±0.18(g/L)、D -dimer浓度4.16±0.89(ug/ml)及阳性百分率为86.8% ;恢复期 ,Fg浓度2.73±0.24(g/L)、D -dimer浓度1.18±0.62(ug/ml)及阳性百分率43.3 %。各值与对照组Fg浓度2.95±0.48(g/L)、D -dimer浓度0.29±0.23(ug/ml)及阳性百分率5.0% ,有显著性差异 (P<0.01)。结论 :血浆Fg浓度和D -dimer浓度及阳性百分率水平升高是AMI发病的重要危险因素 ,与AMI的发生和发展密切相关。在溶栓治疗监测中纤维蛋白原浓度和D -Ⅱ聚体浓度及阳性百分率变化成为重要的临床生物学指标。  相似文献

本文用火焰原子吸收法测定牙釉质中铜、锌、铁含量。测定健康者26人,铜、锌、铁平均值分别为16.4±6.5ug/g,325.8±84.8ug/g,34.7±9.1ug/g;龋病患者54人,铜、锌、铁平均值分别为16.1±5.4ug/g,269.9±63.5ug/g,38.7±10.0ug/g。测定结果表明,龋病患者牙釉质中的铜略低于正常者,锌明显低于正常者,而铁略高于正常者。该方法的回收率铜为98.25~103.3%,锌为97.0~101.5%,铁为97.2~102.4%;相对标准偏差铜小于2.79%,锌小于2.60%,铁小于2.10%。  相似文献

利用阳极泥样品经火试金富集,形成含有铂钯的合粒,合粒经王水溶解后,通过电感耦合等离子体光谱仪同时测定溶液中的铂含量和钯含量。检出限为铂:0.015ug/ml;钯:0.020ug/ml(K=3)。该方法准确度高,精密度好,操作简便,条件易掌握。  相似文献

研究碳源、氮源和通气量对红酵母(Rhodotorula sp.)RY-2001产类胡萝卜素的影响,并通过正交试验优化其产类胡萝卜素的培养基组成。结果表明,RY-2001产类胡萝卜素的适宜培养基:蛋白胨4%、葡萄糖2%、MgSO40.1%、酵母膏1%。摇瓶装量为50ml/250ml,28℃培养48h,在上述条件下,红酵母中类胡萝卜素含量为81.465ug/g。  相似文献

为探讨小鼠在体肺灌注制样方法体重依赖的最适灌注量。通过采用在体肺灌注制样并根据体重从0至0.2ml/20g探索灌注量,固定后进行切片HE染色观察固定效果。结果表明在0.2ml/20g,肺组织灌注均匀,切片后组织结构清晰,人为假象较少。可见小鼠在体肺灌注制样灌注量为0.2ml/20g可取得良好的组织固定效果。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
