新试剂2-(2-氯-4-硝基苯偶氮)-6--异丙基苯酚与钯(Ⅱ)的显色反应的研究

在非离子表面活性剂存在下,研究了钯(Ⅱ)与2-Cl-4-NO2-BAIP的显色反应,在PH＝4.96的NaAC-HAC缓冲介质中,钯与试剂形成12的土黄色络合物,其最大吸收波长和摩尔吸光系数在390mm和1.752×104L@mol-1@cm-1.     

脱脂棉富集分光光度法测定痕量铜

研究了在表面活性剂Tween-80存在下,Cu(Ⅱ)-PAN-碘化物体系显色反应,其λmax=550 nm处,ε550=6.15×104L@mol-1@cm-1,铜含量在0～14 μg/25 mL范围内符合比耳定律.为了提高体系的选择性,本文提出了用脱脂棉富集铜的方法,简便、快速,用于江水、河水、人发及茶叶的测定,回收率为91%～103%,结果满意.     

2,3,7-三羟基-(3,5-二溴-4-氨基)苯基荧光酮与锌显色反应的研究

研究了新显色剂2,3,7-三羟基-(3,5-二溴-4-氨基)苯基荧光酮(2,3,7-trihydroxy-(3,5-di-bromo-4-amino)phenyfluorne,DBAPF)在阳离子表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲铵(Cetyltnimeth-yl ammonium bromide,CTMAB)存在下与锌的显色反应.在pH=10.5的条件下,试剂DBAPF与锌及CTMAB形成三元络合物,其最大吸收波长在574 nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=3.47×104L@mol-1@cm-1.络合物中ZnDBAPFCTMAB=124.Zn2+浓度在0～5.0μg/10 mL范围内符合比尔定律.拟定方法用于婴幼儿及青少年成长发育的营养强化剂葡萄糖酸锌样中微量锌的测定,结果满意.     

依文思蓝褪色光度法测定药物中西地那非的含量

在酸性条件下,西地那非与依文思蓝反应,形成离子缔合物,使依文思蓝溶液褪色,最大褪色波长位于620 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε620为3.2×104L@mll-1@cm-1,西地那非浓度在0～1.5×10-5mol@L-1范围内,遵守比尔定律.本法操作简便,体系稳定,灵敏度较高,选择性好,用于柠檬酸西地那非片(万艾可)中西地那非含量的测定,结果满意.     

用柱后衍生荧光测定法检测食品中土霉素和四环素残留

应用高效液相色谱(HPLC)对动物性食品中土霉素(OTC)和四环素(TC)进行测定，样品经含乙二胺四乙酸二钠的丁二酸钠缓冲液除蛋白后，由SPE-C18小柱提纯净化，经ODS-C18柱分离后，用8％氧氯化锆溶液柱后衍生，与锆离子的螯合物在激发波长(Ex)：406nm和发射波长(Em)：515nm处检测。实验优化了锆试剂的浓度和柱后衍生的条件，提高了栓出的灵敏度，土霉素和四环素的回收率分别为89．59％和92．59％，变异系数(CV)分别为4．98％和6．74％。土霉素和四环素的最低栓出浓度(信噪比5：1)分别为3μg/L和5μg/L，线性范围为0．01～10μg/L，土霉素和四环素的相关系数分别为0．9999和1．0000。     

多元配合物分析应用及结构研究

采用二次回归正交设计法系统地研究了Gr(Ⅲ)-5-Br-PADAP-DEA三元配合物显色反应的最佳条件,建立了测定Cr(Ⅲ)的新方法,ε595=5.7×104L@mol-1@cm-1.将该方法用于合成水样和40号铬钒钢中铬含量的测定,结果令人满意.并通过紫外-可见及红外光谱对该配合物的分子结构进行了研究,推断出该三元配合物的配位情况.
     

用柱后衍生荧光测定法检测食品中土霉素和四环素残留

新试剂MBTAHQ的合成及与镍的显色反应研究

合成了新显色剂5-(6-甲氧基苯并噻唑偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉(MBTAHQ),分子式C17H12N4O2S,相对分子质量336.37,熔点227～228℃.详细研究了该试剂与镍显色反应的条件及分光光度性能.在弱酸性介质中,有非离子表面活性剂存在下,试剂与镍形成21的紫红色络合物,最大吸收波长位于575 nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.46×105 L@mol-1@cm-1.镍的浓度在0～240μg/L范围内服从比尔定律.显色体系灵敏度高,应用于铝合金中镍含量的测定,结果满意.     

9-(3,5-二溴)水杨基荧光酮-溴代十四浣基吡啶分光光度法测定微量钴

详细研究了9-(3,5-二溴)水杨基荧光酮(简称DBSAF) 溴代十四烷基吡啶(TPB)与钴形成三元络合物的显色反应条件和光度性质.结果表明在pH=9.50的Na2B-4O-7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,钴与试剂形成三元络合物,其最大吸收波长在610 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.30×105 L@mol-1@cm-1, 钴(Ⅱ)含量0～6 μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律.用本法测定了维生素B12中的钴,结果较好.     

8-羟基喹哪啶固相萃取光度法测定烟草中的铁

研究了8-羟基喹哪啶与铁的显色反应,在pH为8.0的氯化氨-氨水缓冲介质中,乳化剂-OP存在下,8-羟基喹哪啶与铁反应生成31稳定的蓝紫色络合物,该络合物可被Wate Plus-C18固相萃取小柱萃取富集,小柱上富集的络合物用乙醇为洗脱剂洗脱后用光度法测定,在乙醇介质中,络合物最大吸收波长λmax=595nm,ε=7.85×103L@mol-1@cm-1.铁含量在0.1～5.0μg/mL内符合比尔定律,方法用于烟草样品中痕量铁的测定,结果令人满意.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
