采用直接交换法和预焙烧法合成了交联蒙脱土催化剂 ,并利用偏振塞曼原子吸收分光光度法 (AAS)和X射线粉末衍射 (XRD)研究了金属组分的担载条件对铝交联蒙脱土交联结构的影响。在不破坏交联蒙脱土的交联结构的情况下 ,采用预焙烧法可以使蒙脱土担载较多的活性组分 ,因而这是担载活性组分较为有效的方法。采用交换法和预焙烧法合成的交联蒙脱土催化剂都具有较高的十氢萘转化活性。十氢萘转化率与催化剂的乙醇酸量之间存在一定的线性关系 ,因而 ,催化剂的乙醇酸量可能是影响催化剂十氢萘转化率的主要因素之一。以C110为催化剂时 ,在氢气初压为 5 .0MPa、反应温度为 35 0~ 36 0℃及反应时间 0~ 6 0min的条件下 ,十氢萘在高压釜中的加氢裂化反应为一级反应 ,其表观活化能约为 6 9kJ/mol。  相似文献

对交联蒙脱土不同载金属方法的产物进行了X射线衍射分析、比表面和金属分散度测定,以及活性评定。提出了一种适合于交联蒙脱土的新的载金属方法——预焙烧法。还研究了预焙烧温度和金属含量对催化剂的影响。结果表明,交联蒙脱土经350℃预焙烧2小时,再用交换法载上钯所得的催化剂,对正辛烷的临氢异构化具有较高的活性和选择性。  相似文献

纳米银/蒙脱土催化剂的制备及对亚甲基蓝的催化降解   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
以层状蒙脱土为载体及抗坏血酸为还原剂合成出了纳米银/蒙脱土催化剂,在剥离后蒙脱土片层上均匀分散着粒径为30-40 nm 的银颗粒。该催化剂具有优异的室温降解亚甲基蓝的活性。通过不同温度下对催化剂的热处理和催化活性的评价,并用X光衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和原子吸收光谱(AAS)等进行了结构表征,结果表明纳米银在蒙脱土上的分散性和负载量是影响其催化活性的主要因素,在低于200℃的焙烧温度下催化剂仍具有较高的催化活性。  相似文献

在固定床反应器上研究了Ag-NaY分子筛催化剂常压气相催化氧化乳酸乙酸乙酯合成丙酮酸乙酯的反应。运用X射线粉末衍射法(XRD)、扫描电镜法(SEM)、比表面及孔容测定法(BET)等手段表征了催化剂的物理和化学性质,结果显示500℃焙烧,载银质量百分数为64.2%的催化剂具有最好的活性和稳定性。  相似文献

采用铈钛共交联剂对蒙脱土进行柱撑,制备铈钛共交联粘土(Ce-Ti-PILC),并以其为载体,制备了应用于C3H6选择还原NO催化荆Cu/Ce-Ti-PILC.考察了(Ce Ti)/clay比、制备方法、活性组分、Cu含量、催化剂焙烧温度等对催化剂性能的影响,并用比表面、N2吸附/脱附等温线、XRD、孔径分布及TPR等表征方法对载体和催化剂进行表征.结果表明,(Ce Ti)/clay比为15 mmol·g-1,采用浸渍法,活性组分Cu负载量为3(wt)%,催化剂焙烧温度为500℃,空速25 000 h-1时,Cu/Ce-Ti-PILC在250℃使NO转化率达到最大值71.21%.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
