用1R-450S型红外分光光度计测量了不同厚度的高电阻率n型单晶硅的透射光谱。计算出波长在2.5-50μ范围内单晶硅的吸收系数α。分别以湿氧热氧化和干氧热氧化法在硅样品表面上生长一层SiO_2膜。实验表明在2.5-50μ范围内,湿氧热氧化S_1O_2膜有三个红外吸收带。在2.5-6.7μ波段内SiO_2膜具有显著的抗反射作用。  相似文献

研究了一种新的永久极化的ATGSP晶体,它是用H_3PO_4部分取代H_2SO_4而得到的改进了的ATGS。ATGSP晶体结构和TGS相同,晶体易于用降温法自水溶液中生长。ATGSP的热释电系数是TGS的二倍。它在室温下的介电常数为30,而损耗在10~2—10~5HZ宽频率范围内低于0.01。新晶体的高自发极化和大的热释电系数可能是由于PO_4~(3-)取代SO_4~(2-)所引起。  相似文献

测量了TGS、ATGSP两种晶体在室温至20K温度范围内的介电常数K_(22)和热电系数p_2。这两种参数都随温度降低而单调下降,不显示相变的迹象。在此范围内的任一温度,ATGSP的热电系数p_2和优值p_2/K_(22)均较TGS的大。优值p_2/K_(22)随温度下降而减小,与自发极化的温度特性不相一致。  相似文献

选用岛津UV-3101PC型分光光度计和岛津IP—460红外分光光度计分别测量200-2500nm和2500-17000nm波段上305胶合剂的透射光谱,并与冷杉胶、甘油、加拿大树胶等几种常见的光学胶合剂的透射曲线进行了比较.经过比较得出在测试波段上,305胶合剂具有高的透射比和宽的透射带宽,具有广泛的应用前景.  相似文献

基于光子晶体结构,利用薄膜光学特征矩阵法,通过计算由碲化铅和氟化钡构建的一维光子晶体复合结构的反射谱和透射谱,研究实现近、中、远红外光与波长为1.060μm和10.600μm的激光兼容伪装的可行性,并通过计算该光子晶体横电波(TE波)和横磁波(TM波)的全向带隙图,探讨入射光入射角变化对光子晶体结构带隙的影响。研究结果表明:经优化设计的一维光子晶体复合结构在入射光正入射时,可以实现近、中、远红外光与波长为1.060μm和10.600μm波长激光的良好兼容伪装;无论是TM波还是TE波,当入射角增大时,在1~5μm和8~14μm的红外波段仍能保持良好伪装效果,但缺陷位置会向短波方向移动,激光伪装效果降低。  相似文献

本文介绍了应用新型混合晶核剂制备透红外A_s-G_c-S_c-S_n系统微晶玻璃的若干问题,诸如晶核剂的选择、玻璃与微晶玻璃的主要性质、诱导析晶时的结构变化等。应用混合晶核剂后所获得的红外透射材料达到了预期的性质。在12.8μm左右的吸收带几乎消失,从而使长波段的红处透射范围可扩展至16μm。所得硫系微晶玻璃的高断裂韧性与断裂能可归因于微小晶体(<1μm)的形成与高的晶化率。在X—射线谱、红外反射光谱与穆斯鲍尔谱研究玻璃与微晶玻璃的基础上,文中提出了A_s-G_c-S_c-S_n系统玻璃的结构模型,同时还讨论了诱导析晶时所引起的一系列结构变化。  相似文献

本文报道了一种用AppleⅡ微型计算机与GDM1000单色仪联机实现分光光度计功能的方法,并根据自适应噪音消除器的原理及Widrow最小二乘方算法,利用软件来补偿由于光源不稳所引起的误差(用于透射测量的最大偏差为± 0.005T)。联机系统保特原有高分辨率(0.5cm~(-1))和高波数精度(2cm~(-1))的优点,可用于测量透射谱、吸收谱、反射谱,可进行谱线累加从而提高信噪比,还能很方便地得到微分谱提高分辨能力。文中还给出一些应用的实验结果。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
