94-01假单胞菌（Pseudomonas sp.)94-02气单胞菌（Aeromonas sp.)能以LAS为唯一碳源生长,可以在150mg/L的LAS中生长,在LAS为30mg/L的培养基中培养5d,LAS的降解率分别为96%、99%。该二菌株的生长和降解LAS的最适温度分别是35℃、30℃,最适pH均为7.0。LAS的降解率与菌体细胞的生长率同步。     

高效苯酚降解菌的筛选及其降酚性能

由某钢铁集团公司焦化废水池的活性污泥中筛选驯化出降酚菌株,并经紫外诱变得到一株高效降酚菌Y5.结果表明,该菌48 h可使浓度为2000 mg/L的苯酚溶液降解到47.70 mg/L,降解率达97.61%,同时COD去除率为93.77%.该菌株最适降酚条件为温度25～35℃,pH 6.5～7.5,并且降酚率随接菌量及通气量的增加而明显提高.     

毒死蜱降解菌的筛选及其降解特性的研究

采用富集培养的方法,从农药厂废水处理池污泥中分离到一株对毒死蜱有较强降解能力的菌株TW-1,TW-1能以毒死蜱为唯一碳源生长.研究了外界因素初始pH、外加碳源质量分数、毒死蜱初始质量浓度、培养温度、接种量对降解菌降解能力的影响,单因素试验结果表明:其最适生长温度为30℃,pH为7.5,毒死蜱初始质量浓度为50 mg/L的条件下,历时72 h,毒死蜱的降解率可达73.97%.     

两株有机磷农药降解菌的分离鉴定及降解特性

从长期受有机磷农药污染的种植地土壤中分离到两株降解有机磷农药的细菌M1、M2.对所分离的菌株进行形态特征、生理生化特性和16S rDNA序列分析,初步鉴定M1菌株是恶臭假单胞菌(Pseudomonas putida),M2是Ludwigii肠杆菌(Enterobacter ludwigii).菌株M1、M2对甲基对硫磷、毒死蜱的耐受浓度在含有1%蔗糖的无机盐培养基中达到500 mg/L,对乐果的耐受浓度高达1 000 mg/L.在土壤模拟体系试验中,培养第32天,菌株M1、M2对土壤中甲基对硫磷的降解率分别为85%、93%;培养第48天,对土壤中毒死蜱的降解率分别为71%、81%.     

低温高盐条件下活性污泥降解水中硝基苯的研究

从抚顺石油二厂曝气池中采集活性污泥,在低温高盐条件下,通过硝基苯浓度梯度提高实现对活性污泥的驯化,得到活性污泥A.在不同环境因素影响下,进行单因素试验,并采用还原偶氮光度法测定硝基苯浓度,计算降解率.活性污泥A生长和降解性能试验表明,活性污泥A降解硝基苯的最适温度为15℃,最佳p H值为7,最适接种量为10%,最适摇床转速为150 r/min,盐度为1%~3%;最佳降解条件下,当硝基苯初始浓度为150 mg/L时,活性污泥A培养7 d后,降解率可达71.0%.     

复合菌剂处理深井聚磺钻井液废水技术研究

深井聚磺类钻井液废水中有机物含量高,可絮凝性差,降解难度大.开展了高效复合菌剂处理废水的技术研究,重点分析了复合菌剂优选、菌剂用量、曝气量等因素对处理效果的影响.结果表明:优势菌剂加量为0.5 g/L,曝气量为0.25 L/min,进水ρ(COD)<1 100 mg/L,污泥沉降比(SV)为25%～35%时,24 h后系统COD总去除率大于87%,处理后的水ρ(COD)≤150 mg/L,其他指标均达到《污水综合排放标准》的1级标准.     

三唑磷降解菌的筛选、鉴定及其系统发育分析

从长期施用有机磷农药的土壤中,以三唑磷为唯一碳源和能源,采用逐渐加量的驯化方式,分离纯化到2株对三唑磷有较好降解能力的细菌,命名为TAP-W和TAP-R.其中TAP-W菌革兰氏染色阴性,能够在30℃～40℃范围内和pH 6.0～9.0范围内良好生长,其最适生长温度为35℃,最适pH为7.0.TAP-W菌在含0.1%三唑磷的无机盐培养基中(三唑磷浓度400 mg/L)振荡培养72 h后,对三唑磷降解率最高,达到65.9%.根据TAP-W菌株的形态特征,生理、生化特性和系统发育分析,初步鉴定其为假单胞菌属(Pseudonmonas)细菌.     

三聚氰胺降解菌的分离鉴定及其生物炭固定化研究

从农田土壤中分离筛选出一株能以三聚氰胺为唯一氮源和碳源生长的细菌MB4,经形态学观察、生理生化特征和16SrRNA序列分析,初步鉴定为洋葱伯克霍尔德菌(Burkholderia cepacia).菌株在10d内对30mg/L三聚氰胺的降解率达到81.67%,其最适生长条件为初始pH7~8,温度32~37℃.动力学研究显示,在底物浓度为10~50mg/L时,米氏方程常数Km=2.545mg/L,最大降解速率为1.24mg/(L·h).经过35d实际土壤培养后,生物炭固定化降解菌MB4对黑土中50~400 mg/kg三聚氰胺的降解效率可达52.83%~70.33%,其降解动态符合Logistic方程.     

甲胺磷农药的微生物降解

研究了从受农药污染的土壤中筛选得到一株假单胞菌生2,利用甲胺磷生长的最适条件为pH6.7,t=30℃,ρ=1000mg/L。在有碳源的条件下培养一周,对1000mg/L的甲胺磷降解率可以达到70%。     

苯酚降解菌SZH3的分离及降解特性的初步研究

自上海市苏州河中游分离得到一株兼性厌氧苯酚降解菌SZH3,该菌株能够在以苯酚为唯一碳源和能源的培养基上生长,经形态、生理生化以及16S rDNA序列特性分析,初步将该菌株鉴定为泛菌属(Pantoea sp.).进一步研究发现,在初始苯酚浓度为500 mg,/L时,SzH3的苯酚降解率在60 h内就可达到95.4%.该菌株最高可耐受浓度为1300 mg/L的苯酚,对苯酚最适降解条件为pH 7.0,温度30 ℃,转速200 r/min.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
