本文从我国IP电话发展情况、IP电话种类、IP电话网关设备的功能和类型三个方面对IP电话技术进行了阐述。同时，结合我国公安领域通信网络现状，对如何应用IP电话技术达到语音、数据二网合一的目的提出了四个方面的方案。

近年来,Internet发展迅猛,已成为当前世界除公众交换电话网(PSTN)以外的第二大国际通信网络。随着用户容量增长、网络覆盖范围扩大、网络渗透密度与深度不断加大、网络业务不断繁荣发展;以及网络本身传输容量不断扩大、网络技术不断得到创新与发展。IP电话技术已经成为一种利用Internet进行话音通信的通用技术,巨大的市场需求促进了IP电话技术的高速发展。但是随着IP电话的应用及迅速普及,电信运营商对电信级的IP电话设备提出了更高的要求,而增值业务的出现也成为IP电话系统取胜的强有力的优势。据调研,1998年到现在,出现了许多新兴的增值业务。如:IP800号业务、通用个人通信、虚拟专用网、呼叫转接、呼叫前转、呼叫保持、呼叫等待、号码显示/限制、呼叫完成、呼叫意图、呼叫插入、IP电话会议、短消息业务、点击拨号(CTD)、点击发送传真(CTF)、网络互动游戏、可收听网页等等。正因为如此,IP电话技术将成为未来的电话技术。

近年来,IP电话在语音通信业务中的市场份额逐年增加,发展前景十分广阔,但制约IP电话发展的相关问题也比较突出.本文阐述了IP电话的实现原理及相关技术,着重讨论了影响IP电话发展的语音质量问题、标准化问题和安全问题,并就这些问题的解决给出了建议.

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
