充分就业和经济增长是宏观经济追求的基本目标,也是经济学界一直研究的热点问题。“九五”以来,安徽省经济保持了稳定持续快速增长。经济增长是否有效带动了就业的增长?论文结合安徽省人口就业与经济增长的现状,利用1996-2012年的数据对经济增长和就业进行了回归分析,结果发现经济增长对就业的拉动能力逐渐减弱,进而对产生这种情况的原因进行分析,并针对性的提出了促进就业的政策建议。  相似文献

目前我国经济增长过分依赖出口和投资的拉动,消费对经济增长的拉动作用不足。在国际金融危机过后的今天,我们有必要对我国消费需求做出分析,消费需求不足是我国的经济增长的问题,尤其是农民消费需求不足已成为我国经济增长的最大症结。这种状况决定了提高农民消费水平应成为拉动我国经济增长的根本动力。本文在分析农民消费水平低的原因的基础之上,提出提高农民消费水平,关键在于破解制约农民消费的“资金瓶颈”、“硬件瓶颈”和“软件瓶颈”。  相似文献

通过趋势分解方法,对吉林省经济的产业结构进行实证分析,发现在产业结构中,第二产业特别是工业对经济增长的贡献最大,而且工业增长对经济增长趋势的贡献具有一定持续性,即工业增长加强了经济增长的潜在能力。从投入要素角度的分析可以发现,第二产业的投资及第三产业的劳动分别对经济增长具有即时性和长期性的影响,这说明投资的“质量”有待提高。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
