基于“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的机械专业人才培养模式研究与实践

论更新人才培养的五个观念

观念是行动的先导。人才培养,关键是要更新人才培养观念。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010—2020年）》中明确提出要更新人才培养观念。适应地方经济社会发展需要,地方高校要结合自身和当地实际,尽快树立起全面发展、人人成才、多样化人才、终身学习和系统培养等五个教育观念。     

中西部高教振兴计划与河南高校图书馆的发展

以河南省高校为例,探讨了我国高等教育在发展中存在的区域不均衡的问题,指出河南省各高校应抓住国务院2010年颁布《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010—2020年）》,提出实施中西部高等教育振兴计划的有利时机,加快图书馆的发展。     

地方高校基于“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的工程专业综合改革探讨

专业是高校人才培养的载体,是高校推进教育教学改革、提高教育教学质量的立足点.“卓越工程师教育培养计划”与“专业综合改革试点项目”同是教育部在“十二五”期间实施的重大改革计划项目.通过对地方高校工程专业基于“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的培养方向而进行的专业综合改革问题进行讨论,介绍了高校工程专业发展的现状及存在的四方面问题,重点就工程专业改革中的人才培养模式、实践教学体系、教学团队建设和教学制度保障等方面进行了探讨.     

开拓创新为建设创新型国家做出更大贡献

加强战略研究,科技委工作取得新进展2010年,是认真学习实践科学发展观、推进教育改革深入发展的一年,是《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》实施的第一年,也是第六届科技委开展工作的第一年.一年来,科技委在教育部党组的正确领导下,在全体科技委委员和学部委员的共同努力下,以“三个规划纲要”(《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006-2020年)》、《国家中长期人才发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》、《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010- 2020年)》)为指针,以战略研究为主线,以项目与科教服务社会的特色品牌活动为抓手,认真践行职责,在战略研究、学风建设和特色品牌活动等方面开展了卓有成效的工作.     

中外高校人才培养模式比较研究——以地方本科院校教师教育专业人才培养为视点

国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020）提出,创新人才培养模式.对中外人才培养模式进行对比分析,有利于借鉴别国的经验.中外人才培养模式的差异体现在招生方式、培养方式、教学方式、考核方式等几个方面.在对比分析的基础上,本文对地方本科院校教师教育专业人才培养制度与模式的改革提出了建议.

国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)的实施为高等教育的发展创造了历史机遇,其中的考试招生制度改革和人才培养体制改革为高校人才选拔指明了新的发展方向。高校生源多元化评价将成为高校招生改革和创新的重要环节,有利于推动素质教育的实施和创新人才的培养。本文尝试从多个角度说明多元化评价的必然性,从而分析出实际工作中的理论定位与切入点。     

信息技术在高校数学教学中的应用探讨

结合《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010 -2020年)》的要求,探讨信息技术在高校数学教学中的应用.特别以数学专业的数学分析课程教学为例提出信息技术的应用方案和需要处理的几个问题.

目前经济高速发展中兼具英语能力与专业知识的复合外向型翻译人才紧缺,一方面翻译人才培养脱离实践;另一方面企事业单位熟练技术人员语言交际存在障碍.因此,应基于地方经济发展需要,根据《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》,明确定位外语翻译人才培养目标,规划课程设置与改革教学,从而培养高素质的紧缺的外向型翻译人才.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.
