合成了4,4'-双酚芴二炔丙基醚(DPO-BPF)和4,4'-二苯醚二炔丙基醚(DPO-BPE),将两种芳基二炔丙基醚与含硅芳炔(PSA)树脂通过溶液和熔融法制得改性的PSA。对改性PSA树脂的固化反应、树脂浇铸体的热稳定性和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:相比于PSA树脂,加入两种芳基二炔丙基醚改性的PSA树脂的固化反应起始温度变化小,固化反应峰值温度升高。改性PSA树脂在氮气中的热稳定性随加入芳基二炔丙基醚质量分数的增加而下降,30%(质量分数)的DPO-BPF改性PSA树脂固化物在氮气中5%热失重温度(T_(d5))为559℃,800℃残留率为87%。DPO-BPE和DPO-BPF改性PSA树脂浇铸体的力学性能高于纯PSA树脂浇铸体的力学性能,20%(质量分数)DPO-BPE改性PSA树脂浇铸体的弯曲强度和冲击强度可达51.6 MPa和5.2 kJ/m~2,分别比纯PSA树脂浇铸体的相应值增加了137%和136%;动态热力学分析可知改性后PSA树脂浇铸体在500℃内未发现玻璃化转变。改性PSA树脂力学性能显著提高,耐热性能优异,可用作耐热、结构一体化轻质材料。  相似文献

选用PMMA、PVAc、NBR和聚丙烯酸丁酯(PBA)等线型聚合物增韧乙烯基聚酯树脂。其中NBR和PBA使树脂的拉伸断裂延伸率,由1.47%分别提高到4.58%和6.25%;使冲击强度由11.5 kJ·m~(-2)分别提高到20.3 kJ·m~(-2)、15.0kJ·m~(-2)。利用SEM、动态力学粘弹谱仪等测试了韧化树脂的相结构和动态力学性能。乙烯基酯树脂的增韧,主要靠橡胶相阻止裂纹发展。韧化树脂的固化性能与原树脂基本一致。  相似文献

为解决乙烯基树脂合成反应温度不易控制的问题,同时提高反应活性及韧性,在微反应器中利用甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)对乙烯基树脂进行改性。在环氧树脂中n(环氧基);n(甲基丙烯酸(MAA))=1∶1、催化剂四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)的质量分数为1%、阻聚剂对羟基苯甲醚(MEHQ)的质量分数为0.2%、反应温度为150℃、流速为1.58 mL/min、停留时间为10 min的反应条件下,合成乙烯基树脂。再利用GMA进行改性,增加其双键含量,在n(羟基)∶n(GMA)=1∶1、催化剂三乙胺(TEA)的质量分数为1.5%、阻聚剂MEHQ的质量分数为0.2%、停留时间为15 min、流速为1.053 mL/min下反应,转化率高达90%以上,产物性能较好。通过凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对产物表征,数据表明树脂分子量分布较均匀。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对产物结构进行表征,表明成功制备出高活性乙烯基树脂。通过紫外光(UV)固化发现,与乙烯基树脂相比,高活性乙烯基树脂固化时间短,热稳定性好,柔韧性提高。  相似文献

在水性羟基丙烯酸树脂的合成中引入有机硅氧烷单体进行改性,以提高水性双组分丙烯酸聚氨酯木器涂料的耐水、耐溶剂等涂膜性能.探讨了树脂配方中丙烯酸酯类单体、有机硅氧烷单体的种类以及树脂酸值、羟基含量、玻璃化温度、中和度等参数对涂料双组分相容性、干燥性能和涂膜性能的影响、研究表明,在合成配方中选择较高活性的丙烯酸羟乙酯单体和阻碍性的乙烯基三异丙氧基硅烷单体,选择酸值在35~50mg/g(以KOH含量计)之间、羟基含量在3.5%左右、玻璃化温度在25℃左右并配合60%左右的中和度,所合成的树脂配制成的木器涂料具有优异的耐水和耐溶剂性,其干燥及胶化时间均达施工要求.  相似文献

四(3-乙炔苯胺)基硅烷(TEAS)具有合成简单、溶解性好、固化温度低且固化后耐热性好等优异的性能,但以其作为基体树脂制得的玻璃纤维增强复合材料的力学性能较低。将双(N-间乙炔基苯基邻苯二甲酰亚胺)醚(DAIE)与四(3-乙炔苯胺)基硅烷(TEAS)以适当的比例混合,制得复合材料基体树脂,即TEAS-DAIE。用TEAS-DAIE与玻璃纤维复合制得复合材料,并研究了该复合材料的耐热性、力学性能、介电性能、吸水性、断面形貌等。结果表明:复合材料具有优良的力学性能,其在常温下的弯曲强度为385.7 MPa,240℃下的弯曲强度达到373.1 MPa,保留率为96.7%,玻璃化转变温度362.5℃;复合材料具有优良的耐水性能和介电性能,常温下材料在水中浸泡96 h,其吸水率为1.06%,介电常数(ε)为3.95,介电损耗角正切值(tanδ)为5.73×10-3。  相似文献

利用液体型超支化环氧树脂HTME-2与双酚A型环氧树脂杂化复合,研究其固化物的力学性能和热性能.杂化树脂的力学性能随超支化环氧树脂的含量的增加先增加后下降,有最大值;超支化环氧树脂的用量为9wt%左右时,能使体系的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度和断裂韧性分别提高17%、20%、177%和70%以上,但玻璃化转变温度下降.利用SEM、DSC、DMA和分子模拟技术研究杂化树脂的增韧增强机理、超支化环氧树脂的结构形态和分子尺寸.  相似文献

用甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(DFHMA)对乙烯基酯树脂(VERs)进行共固化改性,采用FT-IR和XPS分析了固化物结构及表面性能,并采用交流阻抗(EIS)分析了不同氟含量的树脂涂层在质量分数为3.5%NaCl溶液中浸泡不同时间的交流阻抗谱,进行了等效电路、孔隙率及吸水率分析。结果表明,含氟乙烯基酯树脂固化后,氟元素在树脂表面富集;树脂涂层的阻抗值随氟含量的提高而逐渐增加;当DFHMA质量分数为7% 时阻抗值达到最高,且其孔隙率和吸水率均较未改性树脂涂层低;经DFHMA改性的VERs具有良好的抗渗透性和耐蚀性。  相似文献

聚醚醚酮的玻璃化转变温度较低,即使是结晶度很高的聚醚醚酮树脂,其在200℃以上也会发生严重的软化,限制了这类树脂材料在较高温度段的使用性能,可以通过材料改性的方法来提升聚醚醚酮树脂的使用温度,改善其高温段使用性能.聚酰亚胺(PI)由于主链中高含量的芳杂环具有优异的热稳定性和很高的使用温度.其中热塑性聚酰亚胺(TPI)除了具有与一般聚酰亚胺材料相似的耐温等级和电气性能以外,还同时具有良好的热加工性能.将二者进行熔融共混加工成型,测试其力学性能,表明改性树脂的耐热性优于PEEK,可以提升PEEK的高温使用性能.  相似文献

针对甲阶酚醛树脂贮存稳定性低、耐碱性差的缺点,用氯丙烯对其进行改性。通过红外光谱分析(FT-IR)、热重分析(TGA)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、动态力学分析(DMA)等手段表征了改性前后酚醛树脂的基团变化、热性能和动态力学性能。研究表明:烯丙基团成功地接入了酚醛树脂,并使酚醛树脂的贮存期由原来的30 d提高到了102 d;固化物玻璃化转变温度(T_g)从改性前的58℃提高到改性后的122℃;耐腐蚀性和耐热性也均有一定程度的提升,力学性能则随着烯丙基质量的增加呈现先增强后减弱的趋势。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
