电子束蒸发a—Si1—xCrx薄膜的电导特性研究

本研究了电子束蒸发的掺过渡金属元素Ｃｒ的非晶硅基薄膜ａ－Ｓｉ１－ｘＣｒｘ的变温电导特性。实验结果表明，Ｘ≤１０ａｔ％的组分范围内，室温电导率由８．７×１０＾－６增大到７．２×１０＾－１Ω＾－１，ｃｍ＾－１，在２９０Ｋ到５００Ｋ的范围内，薄膜的电导机制为载流子激发到导带扩展态的传导导电和ＥＦ附近的杂质定域态的载流子热激活的跳跃导电。Ｃｒ＾３＋离子在非晶薄膜中的存在形式，它对硅悬挂键的补偿以及掺Ｃｒ     

阿霉素的荧光测定研究

提出荧光法测定阿霉素的新方法。阿霉素在硫酸介质中发生脱水反应生成强荧光的脱水物，反应产物荧光强度在７．３×１０＾－１０～２．２×１０＾－８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ浓度范围与阿霉素含量成正比，检出限为２．１×１０＾－１０ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。用于测定血清和尿液中阿霉素的回收率分别为８９％～９５％和９６％～１０１％，体液中常见金属离子，如Ｆｅ＾３＋、Ｃｕ＾２＋、Ｍｇ＾２＋、Ｃａ＾２＋、Ｍｎ＾２＋等，不干扰测定结果。     

钨酸盐和碱性染料光度法测定铜

报道３个光度法测定铜的新方法。在聚乙烯醇存在下，铜与钨酸盐和碱性染料殂成离子缔合物，离子缔合物的最大吸收分别位于５７０和５８０ｎｍ，表观摩尔吸光系数ε值分别为２．２２＊１０＾６，１．６６＊１０＾６和１．５３＊１０＾６Ｌ．ｍｏｌ＾－１．ｃｍ＾－１。方法用于天然水，头发、胡罗卜和黄连中铜的测定，结果满意。     

ASM-CN模型中主要动力学参数的测定研究

灵敏度分析表明，ASM-CN模型中的异养菌衰减系数(bH)、异养菌最大比增长速率(μmH)和自养菌最大比增长速率(μmA)对活性污泥系统的性能有显著影响，着重研究了这3个参数。试验结果表明，在20℃时bH的平均值为0.48d^-1，μmH的平均值为5.7d^-1，μmA的平均值为0．449d^-1。此外，还对这3个参数测定过程中的影响因素进行了分析。     

水溶液中β—环糊精与苯甲酸雌二醇包络反应的光谱研究…

在硫酸酸性人质和溴化十六烷基三甲铵存在下用紫外吸收，荧光光变法对β－环糊精与苯甲酸雌二醇的主客体包络反应及协同增敏作用机理进行了研究，提出了水溶液中测定ＥＢ的荧光光度新方法、灵敏度高，检出限为４．９×１０＾－９ｍｏｌ．ｌ＾－１，其线性范围为５．３×１０＾－９－２．０×１０＾－６ｍｏｌ．Ｌ＾－１，方法的相对标准偏差为１．３％。应用本法于苯甲酸雌二醇注射液样品中ＥＢ的测定，结果满意。     

陕甘宁异地水氡含量与电导关系

分析研究了已经报导的陕（西）甘（肃）宁（夏）异地水氡、土氡含量的变化，发现水氡含量随着水的电导值增大而增加，且呈现出良好的线性关系。即Ｑ＾（１）Ｒｎ＝－１．３３８５＋０．０１Ｇ其中Ｑ＾（１）Ｒｎ表示水氡含量，以Ｂｑ／Ｌ为单位；Ｇ为水的电导值，以μＳ／ｃｍ为单位，此式的线性相关系数ｒ＝１．０００，由此式所得计算结果与实验值的相对误差小于６．１０％。     

北海市南部近岸局部海域细菌变化研究

选取北海市南部的北背岭村和大墩海村附近海域共2个站点,于2004年6~8月用平板计数法对水体的异养菌和弧菌进行计数,并用SPSS软件进行相关性分析,根据海域异养菌总数评价等级标准评价海域的污染状态。结果表明,北背岭站点的异养菌数量变化为1.15×103~1.33×104cfu/m l,平均为4.85×103cfu/m l,6月中旬至7月份异养菌数量变化幅度大;弧菌数在103cfu/m l以内,平均为1.48×103cfu/m l,7月中下旬变化明显,异养菌与弧菌的相关系数为0.62。大墩海站点的异养菌变化范围为7.35×102~1.23×104cfu/m l,平均为3.54×103cfu/m l,6、7月份变化比较平缓,8月份变化幅度大;弧菌数主要在1.00×102~2.50×103cfu/m l之间的较低值变化,平均为8.22×102cfu/m l,变化趋势与异养菌相似,异养菌、弧菌的相关系数为0.84。北背岭站点海域处于中污染状态,大墩海站点海域处于轻污染至中污染状态。     

低频方波脉冲磁场方向对电厂循环冷却水中异养菌杀菌率的影响

通过螺线管磁场方向与循环冷却水流方向"同向"和"反向"的对比实验,研究了低频方波脉冲磁场对电厂循环冷却水中异养菌的杀菌效果.实验结果表明,当水流方向与磁场方向相同时,杀菌率大于"反向"时的杀菌率.从蛋白质的电偶极矩及异养菌细胞的抗磁性角度,分析了产生这一现象的原因:异养菌中含有抗磁性物质,当水流方向与磁场方向相同(相反)时,异养菌受磁场力的作用做减速(加速)运动,所以通过螺线管时的"同向"移动时间小于"反向"移动时间,从而在宏观上表现出"同向"时的杀菌率大于"反向"时的杀菌率.     

安眠酮的吸附极谱波研究

在ｐＨ４．５缓冲溶液中，安眠酮在－１．１７Ｖ处产生一灵敏吸附极谱波，利用此波可测定微量安眠酮，线性范围为１．０×１０＾－７￣１．０×１０＾－６ｍｏｌ·Ｌ＾－１，检测下限为９．０×１０＾－８ｍｏｌ·Ｌ＾－１，所提出的方法用于片剂及血清中安眠酮的测定，结果满意。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
