浅谈我国竞技体育的可持续发展

本文运用文献法、逻辑分析法,旨在辩证的分析在社会转型时期,我国竞技体育可持续发展中面临的问题,探讨竞技体育可持续发展的途径。文章试从以下几个方面探讨我国竞技体育的可持续发展:1)竞技体育管理体制的可持续发展;2)竞技体育后备人才的可持续发展,包括:①竞技体育后备人才竞技能力和竞技潜力的可持续发展;②竞技体育后备人才科学文化素养和健全人格的可持续发展。建议如下:1)明确我国目前竞技体育体制的管理主体,对症下药,责权明确;2)用可持续发展的眼光看待竞技体育发展问题,把长期目标和短期目标相结合,合理、健康的开发竞技体育资源;3)辩证的看待竞技体育举国体制与竞技体育市场化以及体教结合的问题。     

竞技体育社会评价指标体系构建研究

为实现竞技体育的可持续发展,有必要对竞技体育进行社会评价、根据“资源配置--运行--效益”模式,科学构建竞技体育社会评价的指标体系,有利于竞技体育的良性运行,有利于奥运战略的完成和竞技体育的可持续发展、     

内蒙古竞技体育可持续发展战略研究

采用访谈法和文献资料法，对内蒙古竞技体育的可持续发展进行了研究．分析了内蒙古竞技体育的发展现状．提出内蒙古竞技体育的近期与长期发展目标及可持续发展的主要措施．内蒙古竞技体育应通过宏观调控，建立与市场经济体制相适应的竞技体育管理体制，实现竞技体育与群众体育及社会经济协调发展，走依托社会办竞技体育的发展模式．     

竞技体育可持续发展的人力资源研究现状

可持续发展的本质是把包括竞技体育在内的整个现代发展建立在节约资源、增强环境支撑能力及生态环境、良性循环的基础之上,实现经济和社会的可持续发展,既满足当代人的需求,又不对满足后代人需要的能力构成危害。竞技体育是我国社会主义事业不可分割的组成部分,竞技体育的可持续发展在很大程度上取决于竞技体育人力资源的合理开发和配置,以及人力资源的数量和质量。竞技体育的人力资源开发主要包括运动员、教练员和管理人员等方面。我国竞技体育50余年的发展在人力资源开发上有过许多成功的经验,但也存在大量亟需解决的问题。特别是进入社会主义市场经济时期以后,这些问题不解决,竞技体育的人力资源会出现危机,竞技体育的可持续发展就无从谈起。     

试论竞技体育"举国体制"的可持续发展

竞技体育的"举国体制"模式对中国社会的进步及融入国际社会交流起到了巨大的作用.在市场经济体制的进程中,各种利益主体的需求已成为构建和谐社会不容忽视的内容.持续运用并发挥竞技体育"举国体制"的模式,使其在国际社会中仍能凸现其优势显得尤为重要.从竞技体育的"举国体制"模式作可持续发展的探讨认为:竞技体育"举国体制"的可持续发展,基点在于,1)从粗放型向集约型转变是竞技体育"举国体制"可持续发展的必由之路;2)优化内部与外部系统的关系是竞技体育"举国体制"可持续发展的机制力量;3)做好社会体育、学校体育工作是竞技体育"举国体制"可持续发展的情感基础.

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法等研究方法,对新疆竞技体育重点项目后备人才现状进行深入、细致的调查与分析,找出影响新疆竞技体育可持续发展因素,完善以学校为中心的三级训练网络,不断改进该系统发展条件、克服限制因素,寻求新疆竞技体育重点项目后备人才培养的可持续发展道路.这对于提高竞技运动水平、实现新疆竞技体育的可持续发展具有重要的现实意义.     

河南省高校竞技体育可持续发展研究

本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法对我河南省高校竞技体育的现状进行了调查、分析和研究,认为当前影响高校竞技体育可持续发展的主要原因有:教练员因素、运动员学习和训练因素、管理因素、后备人才选拔和培训因素等。针对竞技体育发展中存在的问题,提出应对措施,为我省高校竞技体育的发展提供理论依据,实现竞技体育的可持续发展目标。

在参阅文献研究和实际调查的基础上,从可持续发展的角度分别从"科教兴体"战略、完善后备人才培养、科学的选拔有潜力的运动员、加强教练员队伍建设、积极推进竞技体育的社会化和产业化四个方面概括分析了新时期安徽竞技体育的可持续发展的对策,为安徽竞技体育的可持续发展提供参考。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
