为了研究机床主轴系统非均匀温升带来的热位移对轴承预紧力和动刚度的影响,建立了一种机床主轴系统热机耦合模型。在分析轴承摩擦损耗影响因素的基础上,确定了系统热载荷和边界条件,采用有限元方法求解了机床主轴瞬时温升和热变形,根据轴承载荷-位移关系式求解轴承的热诱导预紧力,基于改进的Jones模型计算了轴承径向刚度。最后,实验测定轴承预紧力,分析预紧力影响因素。理论计算与实验结果表明:在定位预紧下,主轴、隔圈、轴承座和轴承热位移会导致轴承预紧力和径向刚度的增加,且随着初始预紧力、转速和环境温度增加,预紧力变化幅值也增加。此外,局部冷却引起热位移的变化,从而改变轴承预紧力和径向刚度的变化规律。  相似文献

本文运用有限元理论,以ANSYS软件为分析平台,建立了螺栓连接的有限元模型,分析了螺栓在预紧过程中各圈螺纹副的受力情况,通过积分求得了螺纹副问的摩擦力矩,确定了预紧力与预紧力矩之闯的关系,并通过实验进行了验证,得到一个可以应用到工程实际中的颓紧扭矩系数值,为提高扭矩法控制螺纹连接预紧力的精度和建立各种型号螺栓连接的预紧力一扭矩关系数据库奠定了基础。  相似文献

高强度螺栓连接广泛应用于钢结构重要部位,螺栓预紧力又是度量连接质量的重要参数;而由于螺栓和被连接件的变形,预紧力很难精确控制;为达到预期的预紧力应施加多大的拧紧力矩成为工程应用中的焦点。在扭矩系数中引入轴力相关系数来考虑扭矩与预紧力的关系,得到了修正的扭矩系数;并通过实验和有限元仿真数据对比,验证了理论推导的正确性,为以后的设计与研究提供了指导。  相似文献

整体性是全预紧组合结构液压机本体设计的关键和共性问题。本文以某厂120 MN全预紧组合结构自由锻造液压机为研究对象,通过数值模拟和1∶15模型实验测试,分析了液压机上横梁和立柱弯曲变形与机架整体性之间的关系,揭示了上横梁和立柱的弯曲变形对机架整体性的影响规律。研究结果表明,上横梁与立柱的弯曲变形对全预紧组合液压机本体结构的整体性的影响是一个不可忽略的重要方面。通常情况下,若忽略弯曲变形的影响,临界预紧力计算值明显偏小,不能满足满负荷工况对液压机整体工作性的技术要求。通过引入弯曲变形加权因子,建立了考虑弯曲变形的全预紧机架临界预紧力计算公式,且与实测结果吻合良好。  相似文献

为防止动车组裙板螺栓预紧力衰减而影响行车安全,本文采用有限元分析方法,研究蠕变条件下螺栓预紧力衰减规律;采用横向振动试验方法,研究螺栓连接件在振动条件下的预紧力衰减规律;采用实车跟踪实验方法,监测运营条件下动车组裙板螺栓预紧力衰减情况.通过仿真分析与试验研究,明确了裙板螺栓连接预紧力的影响因素与衰减规律,提出了合理的控制措施,对指导螺栓防松、保证动车组行车安全具有重要意义.  相似文献

建立兆瓦级风力发电机组偏航过程动力学模型和偏航齿圈与塔架法兰处螺栓联接三维模型并运用Hypermesh软件处理,在ABAQUS中建立螺栓接触模型,取预紧力为屈服极限σp0.2的60%~80%对螺栓联接偏航过程静力学性能进行分析。研究结果表明:通过对比不同预紧力工况下得出的应力强度与疲劳强度,提出可供参考的预紧力Fv取值范围;当且预紧力为0.7σp0.2时,螺栓及其连接件应力应变最理想,在仅受预紧力和加载极限载荷后最大应力分别为712.5 MPa和733.4 MPa,工作应力下的安全系数SF=1.28,满足强度设计要求,为该兆瓦级风力发电机组偏航齿圈螺栓联接及其他连接系统的应力强度校核、疲劳分析等提供参考,便于进一步优化设计。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
