学术国际化与社会科学评价体系——以SSCI指标的应用为例

《社会科学引文索引》(Social Science Citation Index,SSCI)是20世纪60年代美国科学情报研究所建立的综合性社科文献数据库。中国众多高校将在SSCI上发表论文的数量引入社会科学评价体系中,作为衡量教师科研质量与能力的重要指标。这种做法有助于促进社会科学研究的国际化与管理评价的客观化,但也对本土研究造成了一些不利影响。如何看待在SSCI期刊上发表论文,涉及如何客观地看待学术国际化的问题。因此,中国需要建立一套多元化、本土化的评价体系,正确而客观地对社会科学成果进行评价。     

理工科高校人文社会科学研究发展的实证分析*--以浙江理工大学为例

当前对理工科高校发展人文社会科学的讨论日趋白热化,但定量分析却鲜有报道。对浙江理工大学2005—2012年间被CSSCI、SSCI、A＆HCI和CPCI－SSH收录论文进行了统计分析,采取定量分析与定性评价相结合的方法,探讨了人文社会科学的发展趋势、学科分布、国际化水平等,并对人文社会科学研究发展现状进行了梳理,以期为理工科高校更好地发展人文社会科学提供借鉴。     

哲学社科研究成果的特点及评价研究

高校哲学社会科学研究成果具有价值的潜在性、效益的延迟性、理论的时效性、内涵的丰富性等特点。新时期社会对高校哲学社会科学研究成果评价体系提出了更高的要求,改进哲学社会科学研究成果评价机制,是推进哲学社会科学繁荣发展、推进哲学社会科学管理创新、充分调动社科研究人员积极性和创造力的迫切需要。在成果评价过程中,要始终坚持公开、公平、公正的原则,建立全面、客观、科学的评价体系,引导和促进哲学社会科学研究沿着正确的方向快速发展。     

2000～2006年贵州师范大学人文社会科学期刊论文研究状况的文献计量分析与评价

对贵州师范大学人文社会科学研究人员2000~2006年发表的期刊论文,从论文年代分布、核心期刊发文率、各学科领域论文分布、论文被引频次分布、作者被引频次分布、高被引论文、高被引作者、《人大复印报刊资料》系列转载等方面进行了全面的统计分析,比较客观地揭示和描述了新世纪初贵州师范大学人文社会科学研究与发展的基本状况。     

我国体育学学科论著的学术影响——基于CSSCI的分析

本文借助中国社会科学引文索引（简称CSSCI）,对体育学领域里有影响力的研究论文、著作的发表和被引情况进行统计分析,从中可以看出：（1）我国体育学领域较有学术影响的论文有哪些;（2）哪些著作是具有学术影响力的;（3）体育研究基金资助和基金的研究成果。本文完全基于CSSCI的数据进行分析,对产生的学术影响作客观评价。     

SSCI收录我国社科期刊不同文献类型对影响因子的贡献度及其启示

目的:了解SSCI收录我国社科期刊不同文献类型对影响因子的贡献度,为其编辑人员今后组稿、设置栏目类型提供一定的参考.方法:利用WoS数据库和JCR的引证分析功能,分析SSCI收录我国10种社科期刊期刊自引、不同文献类型及高被引论文对其影响因子的贡献度.结果:SSCI收录我国10种社科期刊自引贡献度都比较高,平均为29.56%;SSCI收录的我国10种社会科学期刊发表的文献类型共有7种,而对各刊影响因子起主要贡献的是Article、Review和Editorial Material,其他类型文献对期刊影响因子贡献度极小或几乎没有.SSCI收录的我国10种社科期刊高被引论文除MANAGE ORGAN REV的TOP20%提供不到50%的贡献率,其他9种社科期刊TOP20%对其影响因子贡献率均较高.结论:对SSCI收录我国10种社科期刊发表的不同文献类型对影响因子贡献度的分析结果表明,高被引论文对期刊影响因子的贡献都非常显著.为了提高期刊影响因子,期刊编辑人员应该主动挖掘本学科领域的高被引选题和研究热点、研究前沿,全方位提升我国社科期刊的学术影响力.

近十年我国高等教育国际化研究述评——基于CNKI数据库论文统计分析

通过对CNKI数据库2004-2013年所收录的有关我国高等教育国际化研究论文的刊载期刊、发表年度、高产作者、博士学位论文、文献被引频次等方面进行定量描述与统计分析,发现我国高等教育国际化研究较多的是通过比较研究国外高等教育国际化;多用文献研究法,实证研究较少;研究开展受一定的地缘影响。在未来,我国高等教育国际化研究应该建构高等教育国际化的理论体系;研究方法上多使用实地调研、数据分析;建立一种高等教育国际化的思维。

我国人文社会科学期刊在评价体系研究方面存在评价指标不科学、评价内容分散、评价对象复杂、评价标准不统一等问题,而中国社科院建立的新的人文社会科学期刊评价系统,摆脱了以往的对期刊评价的自我限定和对核心期刊的依赖,在指标设置、评价体系等方面具有一定的创新性。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
