光度法测定盐酸利多卡因及其分析应用

酚红(PR)、氯酚红(CPR)分别与盐酸利多卡因(LDCI)作用,形成离子缔合物,溶液颜色发生明显改变,最大吸收波长分别为556 nm5、72 nm,在对应波长处,盐酸利多卡因的浓度与溶液的增色程度呈良好线性关系,从而建立测定盐酸利多卡因的光度法.在PR-LDCI、CPR-LDCI体系的最大吸收波长处,LDCI的浓度分别在2.10×10-6~2.23×10-5mol.L-1、2.53×10-6~2.51×10-5mol.L-1范围内遵守比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数分别为1.30×104L.mol-1.cm-1、1.13×104L.mol-1.cm-1,检出限分别为8.62×10-7mol.L-1、9.71×10-7mol.L-1.方法具有较高的灵敏度和良好的选择性,用于实际药品、血浆及尿液中盐酸利多卡因的测定,结果满意.     

茶碱对美味侧耳胞外多酚氧化酶和纤维素酶活性的影响

本文以美味侧耳为实验菌研究了茶碱对胞外多酚氧化酶和纤维素酶活性的影响.多酚氧化酶活性测定是用邻甲氧基苯酚为底物,用分光光度法测定.纤维素酶活性测定是以微晶纤维素和 CMC 为底物,用 DNS 法测定还原糖生成量.结果表明:当棉子壳培养基中茶碱浓度为0.5～2ppm 时,酶活提高极为显著,这一结果与茶碱促进菌丝生长和子实体形成的效应相吻合.     

吸附溶出催化伏安法测定痕量锗的研究

提出了吸附溶出催化伏安法测定痕量锗的方法。该方法最佳体系为0.15 mol/L KCl+1.0×10~(-3) mol/L 3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(DHB)+2.0×10~(-3)mol/L EDTA+3.0×10~(-3)mol/L V(Ⅳ),pH2.15。其线性范围为1.2×10~(-10)～6.O×10~(-8)mol/L,最低检出浓度为3.6×10~(-11)mol/L Ge(Ⅳ)。     

草酸氧化酶电极的研制及流动法测定草酸

研制成灵敏度很高的具有流通池的草酸氧化酶电极,比较了三种结构不同的氧电极,选择了其中具有φ6.5mm阴极的一种。由达到稳态的电流测定,氧电流的降低与草酸浓度在2×10~(-6)mol/L～4×10~(-4)mol∥L范围内成线性关系。     

丙烯酸丁酯与罗布麻纤维的接枝共聚及产物物理性能的研究

本文以硝酸铈铵为引发剂,研究了丙烯酸丁酯与罗布麻纤维的接枝共聚反应规律及产物的物理性能。当铈离子浓度为6.5×10~(-3)～14×10~(-3)mol/L,单体浓度为0.7×10~(-1)～1.2×lO~(-1)mol/L,氢离子浓度为7×10~(-2)～1O×10~(-2)mol/L,40℃,反应3h,可以得到较高接枝率。接枝纤维断裂伸长比纯纤维有所提高,改善了柔顺性。     

L-半胱氨酸修饰银电极用于测定食品包装塑料中的锡

采用自组装方法,通过L-半胱氨酸分子中的硫与银基底较强的亲和性,L-半胱氨酸在电极表面吸附并定向排列形成单分子层,得到L-半胱氨酸修饰银电极.循环伏安实验表明银电极表面自组装上L-半胱氨酸后,灵敏度明显提高,在0.2 mol/L HAc-NaAc(pH=5.0)缓冲溶液中研究Sn(Ⅱ)的伏安特性,由于Sn(Ⅱ)与电极表面L-半胱氨酸的吸附富集作用,在-37.5 mV产生一个灵敏的还原峰,其峰电流与Sn(Ⅱ)浓度成线性关系,线性范围为5.0×10-10～1.0×10-6mol/L,检测下限可达1.0×10-10mol/L.测定食品包装塑料中的锡,获得与原子吸收法一致结果.     

聚L-苯丙氨酸修饰电极测定对乙酰氨基酚

采用循环伏安法制备了聚L-苯丙氨酸薄膜修饰玻碳电极,研究了对乙酰氨基酚在该修饰电极上的电化学行为,建立了循环伏安法测定对乙酰氨基酚的新方法.研究发现:在pH 7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,聚L-苯丙氨修饰电极对对乙酰氨基酚存在灵敏的氧化作用,氧化峰电位负移50 mV.对乙酰氨基酚的浓度在2.0×10-5~2.0×10-4mol.L-1和8.0×10-7~2.0×10-5mol.L-1范围内与其峰电流呈良好的线性关系,检出限为5.0×10-7mol.L-1.对1.0×10-5mol.L-1对乙酰氨基酚平行测定5次,相对标准偏差为1.6%.该法可用于药品中对乙酰氨基酚的测定,结果满意.     

桑色素-镍络合体系的单扫描极谱法研究

采用单扫描极谱法研究了金属镍与桑色素形成络合物的条件及反应机理.在pH=7.00的B-R缓冲体系中,桑色素与镍络合并在-1.13 V(vs,SCE)处产生1个灵敏的还原波,其峰高与桑色素浓度在8.00×10-6~1.90×10-5mol.L-1范围内呈现良好的线性关系,r=0.996 7,检出限为6.00×10-6mol.L-1.测得镍与桑色素的配位比为1∶2,表观稳定常数为2.22×1011.     

食品中痕量Cu(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)的极谱测定

用单扫描极谱法研究了铜铁试剂(Cup)-六次甲基四胺(C6H12N4)-HAc体系的伏安行为,发现在pH为4.0~4.5,0.4 mol/L的六次甲基四胺中,铜(Ⅱ)、铅(Ⅱ)在铜铁试剂存在下,分别于-0.26 V(vs.SCE)-、0.58 V(vs.SCE)左右产生一尖锐、灵敏的二次导数极谱波.铜(Ⅱ)、铅(Ⅱ)的浓度分别在8.0×10-8~8.0×10-6mol/L、4.0×10-8~8.0×10-6mol/L的范围内与相应的峰电流成线性关系,检出限分别为1.0×10-8mol/L和6.0×10-9mol/L.该方法用于大米、大白菜中铜(Ⅱ)、铅(Ⅱ)浓度的测定,结果满意.     

锗-CPA-pN络合吸附波的研究

在pH4.9~5.5 的NH4AC-HAC缓冲溶液中,可获得Ge(Ⅳ)-CPA-pN络合物的单扫描极谱吸附波。在适宜条件下,波高与锗浓度在1.38×10-7~4.60×10-5mol/L范围有线性关系,检出限为5.52×10-8,峰电位-0.78V(vs.SCE),表观稳定常数为4.7×109。处理样品中籍蒸馏法分离出 GeCl4进行测定,结果满意。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
