气相色谱法检测摇头丸中的盐酸氯胺酮

以三氯甲烷提取、气相色谱法测定摇头丸中的盐酸氯胺酮含量 ,线性范围 1.0× 10 -3 — 4.0× 10 -1mg/ml,回归方程为 y =1.40 2× 10 7x +8.193× 10 4 (r =0 .998) ,检测限为 2 .0× 10 -4 mg/ml,回收率 90 .3 %。     

大熊猫电刺激采精及精液冷冻保存研究

对卧龙自然保护区大熊猫研究中心的９只５．５－１６．５岁的雄性大熊猫进行了１７次电刺激采精,其中３只是能进行自然交配并繁殖了后代的种公兽,比较研究了精液离心、不同稀释液和冷冻方法对大熊猫精液超低温冷冻保存后的活力、运动状态、精子和顶体形态的影响。细冷冻是１种较好的超低温冷冻精液的方法。     

粉虱座壳孢对烟粉虱的致病力测定及其时间-浓度效应

本研究用粉虱座壳孢 Aschersonia aleyrodis Webber孢子悬浮液 1× 10 5、5× 10 5、1× 10 6、5× 10 6和 1×10 7孢子 /ml,对烟粉虱 Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius) 2龄若虫进行致病力测定 ,并应用时间 -剂量 -死亡率模型研究了粉虱座壳孢对烟粉虱致死的时间和浓度效应 ,拟合良好。结果表明 ,粉虱座壳孢对烟粉虱的致病力较强 ,接种后第 9d,5× 10 6和 1× 10 7孢子 /ml两个浓度处理累计死亡率达 90 %以上 ;第 10 d的 LC50 和 LC90 分别为 2 .5 8× 10 5和 4 .6 7× 10 6孢子 /ml;在 5× 10 5- 1× 10 7孢子 /ml的浓度范围内 ,L T50 为 2 .6 1- 4.82 d     

化学发光法测定天然水中正磷酸盐

本文报道一种测定天然水中正磷酸盐的化学发光方法,原理是基于磷酸根对钼酸铵氧化Ⅰ~-生成Ⅰ_2的催化作用.检测限达4ng/mLPO_4~(3-),线性范围是1×10(-7)—1×10~(-5)M,对2×10~(-7)M PO_4~(3-)测定(n=11)的相对标准偏差小于±2%.     

糙皮侧耳831原生质体的分离和再生

本试验利用蜗牛酶和溶壁酶处理糙皮侧耳幼嫩菌丝,成功地分离出原生质体,原生质体数量为6.0×10~5～1.07×10~7个/ml;再生频率为1.38%,再生菌株出菇正常,生物学效率多在100%以上。     

嵊泗列岛养殖海区浮游植物、赤潮生物的研究

本文列出了嵊泗列岛养殖海区1990年4月至1991年3月主要生态调查结果。浮游植物密度:0.5m 水层为1.62×10~2——2.51×10~6Cells/L,0—7m 水层为1.8×10~4——3.65×10~8Cells/m~3,八月和十一月出现两次高峰,周年出现浮游植物143种、赤潮生物38种,6—9月是该区赤潮发生季节。此外,还对几种主要赤潮生物的周年变化和发生赤潮时该赤潮生物的衰变特点进行了分析,对两年发生六次赤潮的生物组成、赤潮与赤潮生物密度之间的关系进行了讨论。     

阴离子表面活性剂化学传感器聚合物敏感膜的研制

对阴离子表面活性剂化学传感器敏感膜的种类组成及其比例进行了筛选,确定了增塑剂为磷酸三甲酚酯,其质量分数为55%~75%;电活性物质为十六烷基三甲基溴化铵,其质量分数为0.6%~1%;聚合物基体为聚氯乙烯(PVC),其质量分数为24%~44.4%。实验结果表明,敏感膜机械强度好,其对阴离子表面活性剂的线性响应范围为1×10-7~1×10-3mol/L,阴离子表面活性剂浓度为1×10-3mol/L时,其响应时间为30 s。     

钍(Ⅳ)与对硝基偶氮氯膦显色反应的研究

本文研究了钍(Ⅳ)与CPA-pN的显色反应,表明钍与配体的络合比为1:3,络合物在0—50μg/25ml呈线性关系,此蓝色络合物的最大吸收在680nm,摩尔吸光系数为7.55×10~4cm~(-1)·mol~(-1)·1。在有CTMAB或CTMAB及乙醇存在下,其ε_(680)分别为1.35×10~5和1.75×10~5cm~(-1)·mol~(-1)·1,0—17.5μg/25ml和0—15μg/25ml服从比尔定律。在有过量CTMAB存在下,Th(Ⅳ)与CPA-pN的络合比为1:6。试验了外来离子对钍测定的影响。提出的方法曾用于微量钍的测定,结果满意。     

大熊猫（Ailuropoda melanoleuca）的繁殖研究

通过对最大的大熊猫圈养种群———中国保护大熊猫研究中心的圈养种群的研究 ,总结了圈养大熊猫的繁殖生物学特性 .中国保护大熊猫研究中心的繁殖场现圈养了大熊猫 4 2只 ,雄性 18只 ,雌性 2 4只 .0～ 1岁的 11只 ,2～ 4岁的 12只 ,5～ 10岁的 8只 ,11～ 15岁的 7只 ,16岁以上的 4只 .育龄雌性大熊猫 11只 ,有生育史的 9只 ,育龄雄性大熊猫 6只 ,4只能进行自然交配 ,2只可供采精 .从 1986～ 2 0 0 0年 ,共繁殖大熊猫 3 3胎 ,5 0仔 ,存活 1岁以上的3 6只 ,存活率为 72 %,其中单胎 17胎 ( 5 1 5 %) ,双胞胎 15胎 ( 4 5 5 %) ,三胞胎 1胎 ( 3 %) .大熊猫是季节性繁殖的动物 ,每年春季 3～ 4月发情交配 ,8月 ( 3 0 49%)和 9月 ( 4 8 88%)产仔 ,每胎平均产仔 1 5只 ,圈养繁殖大熊猫的雌雄比为 1 1∶1.大熊猫的妊娠期和幼仔的初生体重变化很大 ,妊娠期平均是 13 7 4± 19 3d ,初生幼兽的体重平均为14 2 6± 3 9 4g(N =13 ) ,最轻的只有 5 3 5g ,最重的 2 16g .即使是同一双胞胎 ,两仔的体重也有很大差异 ,1999年 8月2日大熊猫白雪产一双胞胎 ,两仔的体重分别为 5 3 5g和 15 0g ,相差近 3倍 .性成熟的年龄 ,雌性是 5 7± 1 1岁 ,雄性是 5 8± 0 5 8岁 .     

酵母原生质体融合的研究

本文报道了酵母原生质体的制备、再生及融合过程.培养亲株对数生长早期的细胞(浓度为2.5×10~7细胞/ml),在1.5-2%蜗牛酶及0.1%β-巯基乙醇的作用下,45-60分钟后,原生质体的形成率可达99-100%,在35%聚乙二醇(分子量为6000)和10mMCaCl_2溶液的作用下进行融合实验,可得融合率为2.6×10~(-6)-2.1×10~(-7),它是自发回复突变率的100-1000倍.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
