对宜宾当前农业产业结构调整的几点思考

“十五”期间，宜宾的农业生产结构调整取得了辉煌的成果，为农村经济发展作出了重大贡献。由于宜宾地处我国西部贫困地区，农业基础薄弱，农业产业结构调整起步较晚，层次低、效益不高，结构不合理等问题还没有得到根本解决。最近党中央指出，全面奔小康，重点在农村，关键是完成农业产业结构的战略性调整。根据中共中央国务院“关于推进社会主义新农村建设的若干意见”的指示精神，结合宜宾目前农业产业结构调整的现状，谈几点思考。     

我国农业结构现状分析及其调整对策

解决“三农”问题的关键是农业产业结构调整，调整的思路是：根据需求结构变换和调整农业产品结构；追踪产业结构演变趋势培育农业产业体系；依靠科技创新推进农业结构升级；协同城市化进程调整农村劳动力结构；统筹区域优势培育农业产业特色。

分析了当前农业发展面临的问题，阐述了农业结构调整的特点与目的，从农业产业结构调整应处理好各方面的关系和调整中着重注意的问题两个方面提出了农业产业结构调整的对策建议。

调整陕南农业产业结构的基本思路与对策

农业产业结构调整对促进农村发展，农民增收具有举足轻重的作用。本文通过对陕南自然生态条件，资源优势和农业现状的分析，指出传统农业产业结构是制约当前陕南农村农业经济发展的主要因素，并针对其问题提出了调整陕南农业产业结构的基本思路，方向及应采取的对策。     

基于SUR模型的城镇化与农业产业结构关系研究——来源于山东省面板数据实证检验

农业产业结构调整是提高农民收入、发展农村经济的战略性措施,而城镇化进程的推进为农业产业结构优化升级提供了必要的条件。从理论上分析了城镇化对于农业结构的内在影响机制,选取1990—2011年山东省各地级市面板数据,测算农业产业结构变动系数,建立似不相关回归模型(SUR),从实证上进一步研究城镇化对农业内部各部门的影响程度。结果表明,城镇化对山东省农业结构变动有显著的促进作用,有利于农业资源的合理配置和农业结构的优化升级。     

农民专业合作社发展研究

发展农民专业合作社是解决“三农”问题的一个重要举措，是解决千家万户小规模生产与社会化夫市场矛盾的重要途径，是推进农业产业化经营和农业结构调整，落实国家对农业支持保护政策的一个重要渠道，是增加农民收入的有效途径。

目前，我国农业产业结构调整是农业工作的重点，畜牧业又是结构调整的重要组成部分。国家畜牧业结构调整的重点是稳定发展生猪和禽蛋生产，加快发展牛羊肉和禽肉生产，突出发展奶类和羊毛生产。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
