藏山羊生长发育及繁殖性能研究

在青藏高原测定高原型和山谷型藏山羊的生长发育和繁殖性能。高原型藏山羊初生重为１．５３±０，１ｋｇ、母羔为１．４１±０．１ｋｇ，２月龄断奶体重公羔为８．８４±１．４１ｋｇ母羔为８．７１±２．１２ｋｇ，周岁公羊为１２．２０±３．２０ｋｇ，母羊为１０．４０±３．１２ｋｇ，成年公羊为２４．０±６．９ｋｇ，母羊为２１．６±３．８２ｋｇ；山谷型藏山羊相应为１．６４±０．３０ｋｇ，１．５６±０．３０ｋｇ，６．４９±１．２７ｋｇ，６．３３±１．１２ｋｇ，１５．５２±２．７６ｋｇ，１４．８６±３．１３ｋｇ，２７．６０±７．７８ｋｇ，２３．２３±４．１８ｋｇ．藏山羊体格较小，高原型大于山谷型。藏山羊的繁殖规律受分布地区气候的影响。在高寒地区高原型藏山羊母羊８～１０月龄出现性行为，初配年龄１８月龄。在气候温暖地区山谷型藏山羊４～６月龄出现性行为，初配年龄８～９月龄。高原型藏山羊发情周期为１４～２０天，发情持续期为１～３天，妊娠期１４５～１５９天，产羔率为８５．６１％，繁殖成活率５４．２４％；山谷型藏山羊相应为１５～２３天、２～４天、１３６～１５７天、１３５．５３％、和１１８．４２％。     

超大牵伸研究室温湿度自动控制装置

本文叙述了一个小型纺织工艺试验室温湿度调节设备的自动控制装置。对同一控制装置采用不同的控制方法的效果进行了理论分析和实际测定。本装置的准确度为温度升降差异±0.5℃,相对湿度波动差异±4％。文中对所采用的控制装置的机构及作用原理作了描述,还讨论了进一步提高控制质量的方法。     

中缅树鼩静止代谢率的研究

测定了分布于我国云南高原的中缅树（Ｔｕｐａｉａｂｅｌａｎｇｅｒｉ）在不同环境温度下的静止代射率（每小时每克体重的耗氧量，ＹＲＭＲ）和体温调节能力．Ｔ．ｂｅｌａｎｇｅｒｉ的体温为（３７．６±０．１５）℃（冬）和（３８．７±０．１３）℃（夏）；体温受环境温度的影响较大；冬夏２季的下临界温度分别为２７．５和３０．０℃；热中性区内的静止代谢率（ＹＢＭＲ）是（１．５６±０．０３）ｍＬ·ｈ－１·ｇ－１（冬）和（１．９４±０．０９）ｍＬ·ｈ－１·ｇ－１（夏）为体重预期值的１５５．３％和１８２．６％．２季的ＹＢＭＲ没有显著差异；冷压下最低平均热传导（Ｃｍｉｎ）冬夏２季分别为（０．１４４９±０，００２）和（０．１８６０±０．０１）ｍＬ·ｈ－１·ｇ－１·℃－１，为预期值的１７６．９％和１９９．９％，夏季显著高于冬季．Ｔ．ｂｅｌａｎｇｅｒｉ在热能代谢和体温调节方面具有热带小型哺乳动物的特征，同时，又显示出某些适应于高原的特征。     

藏山羊产乳性能和乳酶及乳清蛋白的测定

对分布于青藏高原地区和山谷地区藏山羊的泌乳性能和乳清蛋白组分，及山谷地区域山羊乳酶力进行了测定，结果表明：高原地区藏山羊产乳量平均为２４．０ｋｇ，乳中营养成分含量（％）：乳脂为４．８±１．２、乳糖为４．５９±０．７５、乳蛋白为４．８７±０．６１；山谷地区藏山羊产乳量平均为３６．６２ｋｇ，乳中营养成分（％），乳脂为５．３±１．５、乳糖为４．９９±０．４５、乳蛋白为３．０８±０．４８．山谷地区的藏山羊乳酶，ＬＤＨ、ＡＫＰ，Ｒ－ＧＴ和ＬＰ和活力分别为８１．９±３７．８、７．７±３．５、４３７．４±９３．０、５３２．７±２０２．６单位，ＬＰ在体外可被１０￣（－５）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的硫氰酸根或乳酸根活化，经琼脂糖凝胶平板电脉，可将乳ＬＤＨ分离出ＬＤＨ＿１、ＬＤＨ＿２和ＬＤＨ＿３三条带，各带所占有百分比分别为５０．６±４．５、３１．６±４．２和１７．８±３；３．采用ＳＤＳ－ｐＡＧＥ，乳清蛋白显示出五条区带，即ＳＡ、Ｉｇ－Ｈ、Ｉｇ－ｌ，β－Ｌｇ和α－Ｌａ。乳清蛋组分（％）：高原地区藏山羊ＳＡ为６．６±３．０、Ｉｇ为２２．９±６．５、β－Ｌｇ为４７．５±９．１和α－Ｌａ为２３．０±１０．６；山谷地区藏山羊相应为６．６±２．６、２     

高纯镁砂中钙镁的测定

本文研究了高镁、低钙的测定。测钙时用乙酰丙酮掩蔽镁,过量的EGTA络合钙,在pH=9～10的硼砂缓冲溶液中,以偶氮氯瞵Ⅲ作指示剂,用钙盐回滴,氧化钙含量<1.0％,准确度为±0.05％,含量在1.0～2.0％,准确度为±0.08％;测镁时用EGTA掩蔽钙,三乙醇胺、抗坏血酸掩蔽铁铝等干扰元素,在pH=10的介质中,用DCTA直接滴定,准确度可达±0.30％,标准偏差0.30％。     

家兔晶状体蛋白质含量的测定

本文采用微量凯氏定氮法测定了家兔晶状体总蛋白和水溶性蛋白的百分含量，结果分别为３３８．１±５０．１ｍｇｇ－１和３０８．９±６３．２ｍｇｇ－１，晶状体水溶性蛋白含量约占晶状体总蛋白含量的９１．４％，这一结果对研究家兔晶状体生理生化变化具有一定的参考价值     

热护式热板仪风道系统的研究

基于热护式热板仪测量服装面料热阻的基本原理,提出热护式热板仪在有风状态下正常测量的自平衡条件.对606E型热板仪的原吹风风道进行了剖析,分析了风扇形成的湍流区对热板表面温度的影响.使用红外热像仪对606E型热板仪表面温度场进行拍摄测量,证实了原606E吹风系统的设计缺陷.设计并制作一种新风道系统,采用由正压吹变负压吸,加长风道、增大风道横截面积、添加风压阻尼层和把环境温度传感器移到风道外部的改进方法,使流经热板表面的风稳定在层流状态.对采用新风道后的热板表面温度场进行测量,发现温度变化平稳线性,能够满足测量热板与热护板之间的自平衡条件.用新装置对海绵标样进行测量,所测数据与海绵热阻理论值相接近,验证了新装置的可靠性和准确性.相较于原风道下的测量,新风道下12块面料的热阻测量值与面料厚度呈现更好的线性相关性,表明改进后的风道系统使606E型热板仪具有更高的测量准确性.     

生物热化学系统的微量热方法研究：Ⅰ.微热量计的研制

本文介绍了一种适于生物热化学研究，结构新颖的微热量计，阐述了热量计的设计原理，并对其结构进行了详细描述，热量计反应池容积为２５ｍＬ，检测灵敏度为０．１２ｍＷ，Ｌ＾－１测试精度≤±１％，恒温水溶控温精度为±０．００１Ｋ。用量热标准物质ＫＣｌ对仪器进行了标定，测得ＫＣｌ溶解热为１７５７１±２１Ｊ·ｍｏｌ＾－１，与文献值吻合。     

X线头影测量分析及计算机处理在正颌外科的应用

根据正颌外科的临床需要，采用自然头颅位拍摄Ｘ线头影测量片，以通过鼻点的真正垂直线为基准平面，充分反映颌面部畸形部位和有助于正颌手术设计的１６个角度及１０个距离为测量项目，对２０名广东籍面容端正、咬正常成年女性的Ｘ线头影测量片统计分析，获得了一系列可运用于临床使用的正常标准值，其中：ＳＮ／ＶＰ（８４．５±３．６）°、ＮＡ／ＶＴ（５．５±２．１）°ＮＢ／ＶＰ（５．３±１．１）、ＮＰ／ＶＰ（４．０±２．１）°、ＥＬ／ＶＰ（１８．８±３．８）°。并建立了一套新的具有颅颌面畸形分析、设计模似手术及术后面型预测等功能的正颌外科计算机处理系统。     

红丝线草醇提水转溶物的降压作用

２０％的乌拉坦麻醉的大鼠静脉注射ＯＬ－Ｗ（红丝线草醇提水转溶物）分别为ＬＤ５０的１／９０，１／５０、１／３０和１／１０后，平均血压分别下降１５．１％±４．１％、１９．７％±３．８％、２６．８％±７．１％和６７．１％±６．６％，清醒ＳＤ大鼠给予ＯＬ－Ｗ０．８ｇ（生药）７／ｋｇ灌胃后，降压幅度为１．２±０．６ｋＰａ，与给药前相比，Ｐ＜０．０１．在降压机理研究中，ＯＬ－Ｗ脑室给药不引起血压下降，表明ＯＬ－Ｗ的降压部位不在中抠；普萘洛尔、苯海拉明、西米替丁、卡托普利等对其降压作用无明显影响；阿托品可显著减弱其降压作用（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示ＯＬ－Ｗ的降压作用机制可能与Ｍ一受体有关；此外，在整体麻醉开胸猫实验所见，ＴＰｖＲ显著降低，提示其降压机制与直接扩张血管等因素有关。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
