利用有源方向图法对X波段Vivaldi天线阵列互耦问题进行了分析,提出了加载DGS结构的Vivaldi天线阵的去耦方法,分析了互耦对阵列天线方向图增益、波束宽度、副瓣电平等特性的影响.理论分析和仿真结果表明,该方法可以有效地减小Vivaldi天线阵列的耦合,对天线阵列设计有一定的实用价值.  相似文献

采用单层方环和圆贴片的复合结构作为微带平面反射阵列天线的单元,利用Ansfot HFSS仿真软件分析了单元的相移特性,并以此为阵元设计仿真了一个X波段49单元微带反射阵列天线。仿真结果显示,在中心频率10 GHz处,阵列天线的增益达到19.5 dB。在(8.5—11.5)GHz的频带上增益跌落小于3 dB,半功率波瓣宽度为13°,实现了高增益和宽频带性能。  相似文献

提出了一种非均匀排列超材料结构.通过理论计算,该结构在Ku频段内的等效相对介电常数可以控制在0到1之间.该结构可用于天线罩提高天线的增益.分别对单个微带天线、2×2微带阵列天线、4×4微带阵列天线3种情况加载超材料天线罩的效果进行仿真.仿真结果表明:超材料天线罩对提高天线及天线阵增益的效果随着天线单元数的增加而减弱,如单个微带天线增益可提高6dB,而4×4微带阵列天线增益的提高只有1.6dB.  相似文献

在实际应用中要求微带天线具备高增益、低副瓣、波束控制等特性。基于角馈方形微带贴片阵列天线的理论分析,采用中心短路、边缘馈电的方式设计了低副瓣ku波段单脉冲微带平面天线阵列。经测试所设计的10×10单元单脉冲微带天线阵的副瓣电平达到了-19.5dB。结果证明该设计方法对高增益单脉冲天线设计是有效可行的。  相似文献

以微带阵列天线的空腔模型分析法为基础,完成了LS波段的4元线极化微带阵列天线的设计。利用HFSS仿真软件构建了阵列天线的物理模型.利用HFSS宏定义优化了天线的尺寸参数.通过数据后处理得出了驻波比、反射系数、增益方向图和电场方向图等曲线。仿真设计结果表明.该4元微带阵列天线各项性能良好,满足天线工程的需要。  相似文献

基于电磁波极化合成理论,设计了一种Ka波段变极化单脉冲微带阵列天线.该天线可由多个顺序旋转的线极化子阵组成,通过改变各个子阵的激励相位实现极化捷变.仿真和实测结果表明,三子阵及四子阵的圆极化纯度较高,和波束波瓣宽度内交叉极化大于20dB,轴比小于3dB;差波束双峰不平度小于1dB,零值深度大于30dB.  相似文献

微带阵列天线的馈电方式有微带线馈电和同轴馈电两种方式,本文利用HFSS软件对微带阵列天线进行了研究,分析了两种馈电方式的传输损耗及其对天线方向图的影响,利用模块化的设计方法实现了一种基于同轴线馈电结构的多元矩形微带阵列天线。在HFSS仿真设计环境里对天线进行了物理建模,该微带阵列天线的方向图特性良好,工程上实现比较方便。  相似文献

为了提高汽车雷达天线阵列的增益,使形成窄波束辐射,设计了一款工作在24.000 GHz的阶梯阻抗谐振器(stepped impedance resonator,SIR)微带阵列天线。天线阵列采用两级低损耗T型结功率分配器和四分之一波长微带阻抗变换器馈电,将四个SIR线阵单元组成天线阵列。通过增加SIR微带贴片的数目来提高阵列天线的增益,调整SIR的尺寸以控制工作频带,利用功率分配器进行阻抗变换和波束宽度控制。天线阵列的峰值增益可达到21.67 dBi。在中心频率24.125 GHz上,XOZ面的主瓣宽度为10°,YOZ面的主瓣宽度为17°,旁瓣抑制度为11 dB。该阵列天线面积小、增益高、波束窄、旁瓣电平低、后向辐射小,适用于汽车雷达系统。  相似文献

应用于WiMAX的高增益微带阵列天线,该天线由128个阵子组成。阻抗带宽频率在3.25GHz~3.82GHz之间,回波损耗小于-15dB,驻波比小于1.43。频率为3.8GHz时测得天线的最高增益达为25.15dBi。量测结果显示天线宽带匹配阻抗,稳定高增益。无论是在E面和H平面阵列天线测量和模拟结果是一致的。  相似文献

 基于矩量法分析FRC(fractal rectangular curve)分形天线,并用Designer 仿真软件进行验证,两者结果基本吻合,对比FRC 分形前后的性能,在驻波与辐射性能相同的情况下,FRC 分形有效减小了天线尺寸。设计32 个单元的微带阵列天线,该阵列天线采用泰勒分布、不等相馈电,实现了高增益、低副瓣的扇形波束,并使波束指向偏离法线47°。经过测试,微带阵列天线波瓣宽度为5°,副瓣低于-20 dB,交叉极化低于-20 dB,验证了矩量法的分析结果。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
