学习与记忆有着非常密切的关系，所有的外语学习都包含着记忆——从外语语音、语法到词汇，从听说到读写，无不包含记忆。科学记忆则关系到记忆的效果，根据心理特征进行的外语记忆是非常行之有效的。     

经济全球化：外语人才培养的机遇与挑战

在世纪之交、世界经济朝全球化方向迈进的今天，中国外语人才的培养迎来了难得的发展机遇，但也同时面临着历史性的挑战：传统的教育观念、人才培养模式和教学方法已不能适应时代的发展。中国外语人才的培养如何适应时代发展的需要已成为一个十分紧迫的问题并引起了学术界的广泛关注。本文针对世界经济全球化的趋势，从新时期社会对外语人才需求的变化、外语人才培养所面临的挑战及当前外语教育所应采取的对策进行了分析和探讨，阐述了笔者对上述问题的思考。

外语教师在推动和理解外语教学中发挥着核心作用,外语教师作为外语教育改革的实践者、参与者,其专业能力事关外语教学改革的成败。因此,深化外语教育教学改革必须从外语教师自身教育发展抓起,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质教师。

改革开放以来，我国政治经济科技文化等领域的发展证明，社会对外语人才的需求已呈多元化趋势，单一外语专业知识和基础技能型人才已不能满足社会的需求。外语的工具性、应用性特征愈加明显，外语对社会的服务面也越来越宽。本文从温州近年来的外语人才的需求进行分析，从培养复合型外语人才入手，以市场需求为导向，来满足温州未来外语人才市场需求。

当前，随着社会经济不断发展，用人单位对外语人才的需求已呈多元化趋势，单一外语专业知识和基础技能型人才已不能满足社会需求。外语的工具性应用性特征愈加明显，外语对社会的服务面越来越宽。因此，延用了多年的传统的外语教学模式已不适应当前经济和社会的发展需要。为了适应社会需求，应该深化外语教学改革，培养新型外语人才。本文从近年来的外语人才市场供变化情况进行分析，提出以市场供求为导向的高校外语人才培养方式，以满足未来外语人才市场需求。     

信息技术与外语课程深层次整合研究现状

本文简要回顾了近年来信息技术与外语课程整合方面的研究著作与论文，认为尽管近年来研究者就信息技术与外语课程主要集中于理论构架设想方面，具体的涉及外语课程要素的实证研究很少，在此呼吁研究者就一些具体的问题展开实证调查研究，以期对我国教育提供借鉴。     

高校外语广播电台的建设与思考

外语听力教学在外语教学中占很大比重,利用校园外语广播电台,营造学英语听英语的环境和氛围,把外语听力课堂延伸到学生校园活动中,随时随地对学生进行听力训练。

论述了外语在公共图书馆工作中的重要性,分析了公共图书馆特别是广西壮族自治区图书馆外语人才的现状,探讨了外语在公共图书馆工作中的具体应用。     

独立学院外语教师专业发展现存问题与对策研究

本文把外语教师专业发展理论和独立学院外语教师专业发展实际状况相结合，以浙江省某独立学院外语教师为研究对象，采用问卷调查的方式，对独立学院外语教师专业发展现存的问题进行研究，并提出了独立学院外语教师专业发展的合作发展途径和个人发展途径等可行性对策。     

略论外语学习中的母语教育

母语不但反映一个人的思想、情操和文化修养，而且反映一个国家、一个民族的精神面貌和社会风尚。应正确对待母语教育与外语学习的关系，充分认识母语在外语学习中的作用。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
