研究传统名贵傣药龙血竭中有效成分龙血素B在大鼠体内重要组织的分布情况,同时探讨长期模拟失重效应对龙血素B分布的潜在影响.将SD大鼠分为正常重力组和模拟失重效应组,采用21 d大鼠尾悬吊方法模拟长期失重效应,单次灌胃给予大鼠25 mg/kg龙血素B,于给药1 h后收集心、肝、脾、肺、肾、胃、肠、脑、睾丸和骨骼肌10种组织,采用HPLC-MS/MS方法测定各组织中龙血素B质量分数.在正常重力组中,龙血素B在肝、胃分布较多,其次是肾、肠、心、脾、骨骼肌和肺,脑中最少.与正常重力组相比,模拟失重效应组大鼠肝中龙血素B的质量分数显著升高47.7%(p<0.05),脑中质量分数上升5.4倍(p<0.05);在肠和肾中质量分数显著下降52.7%和22.0%(p<0.05);在大鼠胃、心、肺、脾、睾丸和骨骼肌中质量分数无显著变化.龙血素B的分布具有明显组织特异性,长期模拟失重效应显著改变龙血素B在大鼠肝、肠、脑、肾等重要组织的分布.   相似文献

目的:研究新藤黄酸纳米囊(NGA-NC)在小鼠体内的肝靶向性.方法:HPLC法测定NGA-NC试验组与新藤黄酸(NGA)对照组小鼠心、肝、脾、肺、肾及血浆中NGA的含量,比较两组小鼠体内药物分布特点,进行靶向评价.结果:NGA-NC试验组与NGA对照组比较,在肝脏的分布差异有显著性,NGA-NC组能显著增加NGA在肝脏的分布.结论:NGA-NC能增加NGA的肝靶向性.  相似文献

目的探索K粉和摇头丸合并滥用后,亚甲基二氧甲基苯丙胺(MDMA)和氯胺酮在急性中毒大鼠体内的死后再分布特点。方法大鼠48只,随机分成4组,分别为A组(氯胺酮组)、B组(MDMA组)、C组(多药滥用组)、D组(对照组),每组12只,A和B组按120 mg·kg-1剂量灌胃,C组按A和B组剂量灌胃,24 h后处死,于死后不同时间(0 h、4 h、12 h、24 h、48 h)取心血、心肌、肝、肾、脾、肺,用固相微萃取法提取后,采用高效液相色谱质谱联用法检测其中MDMA和氯胺酮的含量。同时,D组灌胃生理盐水进行对照。结果氯胺酮和MDMA在大鼠死后存在死后再分布现象。死后0 h,A组和C组各组织氯胺酮的浓度分布基本一致,依次为:肾、肝、脾、心肌、肺、心血(C组的肝浓度稍高于肾浓度)。死后0 h,B组和C组各组织MDMA的浓度分布基本一致,依次为:肝、脾、肺、心血、心肌、肾(C组的肾浓度稍高于心肌浓度)。随着死后时间的延长,A组、B组和C组的大鼠各组织均呈现一定的变化。结论本实验得出的氯胺酮和MDMA以及两者混合滥用的大鼠死后再分布规律可以作为毒品滥用研究的参考。  相似文献

探讨了不同浓度二硫苏糖醇(DTT)对急性运动小鼠心、肝、肾组织脂质过氧化水平的影响。108只昆明种系雄性小鼠随机分为安静对照组(A)、运动对照组(B)、运动加五种不同浓度DTT组(分别为C、D、E、F、G)建立急性游泳训练模型。结果表明,运动后即刻,随着DTT浓度的升高,心和肾组织中MDA含量呈现出先上升后下降的趋势。肝组织中呈现出先上升后下降又突然增高的趋势。但运动后即刻F组心、肝、肾组织中MDA含量均低于A、B组。24h恢复后,随着DTT浓度的升高,心、肝、肾组织中MDA含量都呈现出先下降后上升的趋势。不同浓度DTT均具有抗脂质过氧化作用,但不同浓度DTT对不同组织在不同时期的脂质过氧化水平影响不同。  相似文献

目的:考察铁皮石斛改善记忆功能及整体衰老状态的作用.方法:给药10周后,通过迷宫实验及跳台实验,观察铁皮石斛榨汁液(体积分数为1 g·kg-1)、多糖(体积分数为0.32 g·kg-1)对初老小鼠记忆功能的改善作用;HE染色观察心、肝、肾、肺、脑等组织病理学变化;检测血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平及丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果:铁皮石斛榨汁液及多糖能明显减少初老小鼠走出迷宫的时间(P0.05);延长跳台实验中的潜伏期,减少错误次数(P0.05);对肝、肾、肺等重要脏器衰老病变均有不同程度的改善作用(P0.05);增加SOD水平并降低MDA含量.结论:铁皮石斛具有辅助改善小鼠记忆及延缓重要脏器衰老病变的功能,从整体上改善衰老的状态.  相似文献

采用自主研发的气动雾化法装置,模拟自主呼吸条件下暴露于污染大气环境的真实状况,探讨大气可吸入颗粒物(空气动力学直径≤10μm)不同暴露时间对小鼠肺、脑、心、肝、肾、睾丸等靶器官组织损伤程度及可吸入颗粒物暴露导致小鼠的氧化应激效应.结果显示,可吸入颗粒物经气动雾化法暴露后导致小鼠肺、肾、肝、心等多组织发生病理性损伤,诱导肺组织发生明显的氧化应激,肺组织可作为可吸入颗粒物毒性机制研究的靶标组织.  相似文献

研究了不同剂量~3H-藻酸双酯钠(PSS)在小鼠及大鼠体内的吸收、分布,排泄及药物代谢动力学参数.无论口服或静注小鼠组织分布较广,12h 以肝、肾最高,脑,脂肪、骨骼较低,大脑、小脑、脑干放射性分布未见明显差异.静注72h 自小鼠尿排泄60%,粪排泄20%.大鼠口服24h 由胆汁排泄15.3%.小鼠及人血血浆蛋白结合率24h 为98%.PSS 0.8%CMC 混悬液口服的绝对生物利用度为75.6%,具有吸收好,分布广,排泄快等特点.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
