大豆蛋白复合纤维针织面料舒适性能的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
测试了大豆蛋白复合纤维针织物与棉针织物物理性能,同时对其针织内衣进行了穿着对比实验,并主观评价了两种面料的穿着舒适性能.认为大豆蛋白弹性针织物的服用舒适性能良好,其优良的接触舒适性和热湿舒适性都在一定程度上好于棉针织物,是加工贴身针织内衣的理想面料.  相似文献

运用织物组织结构变化和色纱配置开发出一款竹原纤维男式衬衫面料.介绍了竹原纤维的微观形态,面料设计,上浆和后整理等工艺,最后对面料进行了基本服用性能测试.实验结果表明,竹原纤维制成的衬衫面料,具有良好的透气性和悬垂性,同时手感柔和,色泽明亮.  相似文献

PTT(聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯)纤维凭借其优良的性能在针织内衣、休闲服中得到了广泛的应用,但在针织毛衫领域的应用优势却被忽视.PTT短纤维与其他纤维进行混纺,可以充分体现各种组分的优良性能,提高服用舒适性.为此,测试了5种不同种类的PTT混纺织物的服用性能,并用模糊数学的方法进行综合评判,为PTT混纺针织毛衫的开发提供帮助.  相似文献

为了解新型聚酯纤维PTT(聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯)经编弹力泳装面料的弹性,用PTT纤维织制的经编弹力泳装面料,与锦纶(PA)和涤纶(PET)织制的经编弹力泳装面料进行对比研究.实测了它们15N和5次及25N和9次定负荷的拉伸性能,比较了它们的弹性回复率、塑性变形率和拉伸弹性伸长率;为进一步寻找3种面料的弹性回复率变化规律,列出了它们弹性回复率的回归方程式.结果显示,PTT经编弹力泳装面料断裂强力较小、伸长率较大,具有优异的弹力回复性,是制作泳装的理想面料.  相似文献

对防缩羊绒与未防缩羊绒加工的针织物起球进行测试,分析了起球等级差异的原因.通过用JSM-5800扫描电子显微镜观测毛球结构形态与纤维表面鳞片结构形态,以及对防缩羊绒与未防缩羊绒纤维拉伸性能的比较,得到羊绒针织物毛球随着起球测试时间延长逐渐紧密纠缠,防缩山羊绒纤维鳞片薄、摩擦效应小、毡缩性小,不容易产生纤维纠缠成球;同时断裂伸长率小、断裂时间短是容易形成毛球脱落的原因之一.  相似文献

为探究纤维阶段测试织物弹性的可行性,选用不同厂家生产的3种规格相近的PTT(聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇脂)/PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)自卷曲长丝,通过试制针织物和机织物证明3种长丝弹性存在明显差异.采用正交实验法设计了纤维的9种干热处理条件,长丝经干热处理后测试其弹性.数据分析证明,在100℃干热环境下施加0.02cN/tex的预加张力处理8min以后,所测试的长丝弹性伸长率与织物弹性伸长率的相关系数高达0.996,完全可以表示纤维对织物弹性伸长率的贡献,该试样预处理条件比其他3个相对有效的处理条件更容易控制,可用于该类长丝的弹性测试.分析了不同预处理条件对纤维弹性的影响,确定了能够产生最大弹性的PTT/PET纤维热处理条件:干热处理温度为100~120℃,预加张力为0.01cN/tex,处理时间为5~8min.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
