在对负阻元器件特性进行研究和分析的基础上引出负阻效应的概念,对负阻效应产生方式和原理进行了论述。NIC(Negative Impedance Converter)是一种广泛运用于设计的负阻抗器件,提出了两种构成NIC的方式,给出了利用NIC来实现阻抗变换的设计原理和方法。运用由运算放大器构成的NIC对现有的LC阻尼振荡实验进行了改进,并给出了具体的电路,使实验结果更接近理论分析结果,还可使观察到的实验现象更加多样化。对负阻效应在几种实际电子线路中的应用进行了研究和总结。  相似文献

采用分子束外延方法生长了8 nm基区的InGaP-GaAs双异质结材料,研制成具有负阻特性的异质结晶体管.该晶体管可以集成在高速高频的数字逻辑电路中,大大减少了器件数目.讨论了薄基区负阻异质结晶体管的负阻特性及其物理机制.器件负阻特性的产生与其结构密切相关,包括导带势垒尖峰和基区宽度负反馈效应.推出了物理公式,并且使用PSPICE模拟软件建立了电路模型.模拟结果符合制作器件的测量结果.  相似文献

本文基于地空导弹用于导弹续航的二级发动机点火的特殊工作环境和辉光放电的负阻特性,提出了一种串并联谐振DC/DC变换器的电路拓扑.充分利用高频变压器漏感与寄生电容产生谐振谐振,在创造开关管ZVS的条件,提供吸收变压器漏感的能量的路径,减少开关应力的同时,实现了点火装置高功率密度、高效和小型化的优点,满足了不断发展的导弹点火装置的需求.在理论分析的基础上,利用ORCAD进行了仿真,仿真结果证明了理论分析的正确性。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
