基于经济发展方式转变的生态创新动力机制研究

生态创新是驱动经济发展方式转变的关键,是现代经济的基本特征。文章首先探讨了生态创新的内涵和特征,然后分析了经济发展方式转变的内容,在此基础上分别从宏观和微观层面研究了基于经济发展方式转变的生态创新动力因素,形成了市场机制、政府激励、科技推动、生态竞争四位一体的动力机制,以此来促进经济发展的转型升级。     

Role of the inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor in early embryonic development

There is now considerable literature on the importance of phosphatidylinositol cycle activation in transducing information of various types across the plasma membrane. Though much of the data derives from studies on somatic cells, there is increasing evidence for crucial events related to development, including fertilization, cell cycle progression and dorsoventral axis formation. In this review, focus is directed mainly to the molecular basis of the inositol 1,4,5-triphosphate receptor expressed in oocytes and early embryos of Xenopus. Recent progress in studies concerning the role of this receptor in early embryonic development is discussed.     

我国太阳能光伏产业发展形势和思考

Impact of DNA repair and stability defects on cortical development

Maintenance of genome stability is a crucial cellular function for normal mammalian development and physiology. However, despite the general relevance of this process, genome stability alteration due to genetic or non-genetic conditions has a particularly profound impact on the developing cerebral cortex. In this review, we will analyze the main pathways involved in maintenance of genome stability, the consequences of their alterations with regard to central nervous system development, as well as the possible molecular and cellular basis of this specificity.     

基于SWOT模型的旅游战略AHP分析——以乌镇旅游发展为例

SWOT模型是一种有效的战略分析方法，而这种分析方法通常仅限于描述性解释，而缺少有效的定量化约束。现以乌镇旅游发展为例尝试采用AHP方法对SWOT模型中的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行较全面的分析、评估，为制定更有效的战略措施服务；并对战略措施进行评价、确定权重．以此制定不同时期的发展重点，从而形成更加完善的SWOT模型体系，最终更科学的指导乌镇旅游业的发展。     

交通运输可持续发展体系的评估方法初探

可持续发展是当今交通运输理论的研究热点，本文构造和分析了交通运输可持续发展的理论及其特点，在此基础上提出了一个评价指标体系。最后引入基于重心的模糊综合评判理论对该指标体系进行评价。     

超声波检测技术研究进展

超声检测技术是无损检测领域中的一种非常重要的方法。本文简单介绍了超声检测的方法、基本原理及其应用领域。对非接触超声检测方法进行了比较,对当前超声无损检测技术的应用进行了总结,展望了今后的发展趋势与前景。     

时频分布中交叉项抑制的研究进展

从整个时频分析发展的历史来看,其发展过程是以克服Wigner-Ville分布（WVD）的缺陷为动力的。本文以抑制Wigner-Ville分布中的交叉项为线索,在简要介绍时频分析中已有的一些方法的基础上,综述了近年来在抑制交叉项干扰方面的研究进展,并对现存的有关问题进行了探讨。     

NOX enzymes: potential target for the treatment of acute lung injury

Acute lung injury (ALI) and its more severe form, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), is characterized by acute inflammation, disruption of the alveolar-capillary barrier, and in the organizing stage by alveolar pneumocytes hyperplasia and extensive lung fibrosis. The cellular and molecular mechanisms leading to the development of ALI/ARDS are not completely understood, but there is evidence that reactive oxygen species (ROS) generated by inflammatory cells as well as epithelial and endothelial cells are responsible for inflammatory response, lung damage, and abnormal repair. Among all ROS-producing enzymes, the members of NADPH oxidases (NOXs), which are widely expressed in different lung cell types, have been shown to participate in cellular processes involved in the maintenance of lung integrity. It is not surprising that change in NOXs' expression and function is involved in the development of ALI/ARDS. In this context, the use of NOX inhibitors could be a possible therapeutic perspective in the management of this syndrome. In this article, we summarize the current knowledge concerning some cellular aspects of NOXs localization and function in the lungs, consider their contribution in the development of ALI/ARDS and discuss the place of NOX inhibitors as potential therapeutical target.     

Cardiovascular development: towards biomedical applicability

Advances in our understanding of cardiac development have fuelled research into cellular approaches to myocardial repair of the damaged heart. In this collection of reviews we present recent advances into the basic mechanisms of heart development and the resident and non-resident progenitor cell populations that are currently being investigated as potential mediators of cardiac repair. Together these reviews illustrate that despite our current knowledge about how the heart is constructed, caution and much more research in this exciting field is essential. The current momentum to evaluate the potential for cardiac repair will in turn accelerate research into fundamental aspects of myocardial biology.     

我国农村金融发展与农民增收的实证研究——以H省数据为例

三农问题的核心是农民问题,而农民问题的关键又是收入问题。农村金融制度作为农村经济发展中最为重要的资本要素配置制度,无疑是农民增收的一个重要支点。近年来,H省农村金融制度的改革使得农村贸易条件大为改善,农业产出迅速发展,农民收入大幅提高,农村金融剩余以较快的速度增加;相应地,随着农村经济结构和农业组织形式的演变,农村金融体制也出现了变动。农村金融发展和农民收入之间出现良性互动的线性关系,本文旨在探讨我国农村金融发展与农民增收的内在关系,并提出相应对策和建议。     

Cutaneous wound healing: recruiting developmental pathways for regeneration

Following a skin injury, the damaged tissue is repaired through the coordinated biological actions that constitute the cutaneous healing response. In mammals, repaired skin is not identical to intact uninjured skin, however, and this disparity may be caused by differences in the mechanisms that regulate postnatal cutaneous wound repair compared to embryonic skin development. Improving our understanding of the molecular pathways that are involved in these processes is essential to generate new therapies for wound healing complications. Here we focus on the roles of several key developmental signaling pathways (Wnt/β-catenin, TGF-β, Hedgehog, Notch) in mammalian cutaneous wound repair, and compare this to their function in skin development. We discuss the varying responses to cutaneous injury across the taxa, ranging from complete regeneration to scar tissue formation. Finally, we outline how research into the role of developmental pathways during skin repair has contributed to current wound therapies, and holds potential for the development of more effective treatments.     

Adhesion molecules and animal development

In recent years considerable progress has been made in the identification and characterization of molecules that mediate cell adhesion during animal development. This review attempts to pick out from the vast amount of information in this rapidly expanding field some of the key features of adhesion molecules, to present ideas about their role in development, and to indicate the directions in which the field is now moving.     

区域经济一体化:中国参与世界经济活动的主要方式

经济全球化是我们在世纪之交面临的一个重大发展趋势。受这一趋势的影响，我国理论界也开始了对经济全球化的研究，并主张中国应积极参与经济全球化。笔者在分析经济全球化的特点和我国经济发展状况的基础上认为，我国当前应侧重于对区域经济一体化的研究与利用。

Summary By reason of their different development out of the hypodermis, the regenerates of the imaginal wing discs may be divided in 4 groups. Within group A they show the normal imaginal wing discs development, in group B this process is modified and in group C they show a more primitive type of imaginal wing disc development. An imaginipetal tendency of the initial development is manifested in group C and D.     

Computational inhibitor design against malaria plasmepsins

Plasmepsins are aspartic proteases involved in the degradation of the host cell hemoglobin that is used as a food source by the malaria parasite. Plasmepsins are highly promising as drug targets, especially when combined with the inhibition of falcipains that are also involved in hemoglobin catabolism. In this review, we discuss the mechanism of plasmepsins I–IV in view of the interest in transition state mimetics as potential compounds for lead development. Inhibitor development against plasmepsin II as well as relevant crystal structures are summarized in order to give an overview of the field. Application of computational techniques, especially binding affinity prediction by the linear interaction energy method, in the development of malarial plasmepsin inhibitors has been highly successful and is discussed in detail. Homology modeling and molecular docking have been useful in the current inhibitor design project, and the combination of such methods with binding free energy calculations is analyzed. S. Bjelic, M.
