Genetic diversity and relationships of wild goat grass (Aegilops tauschii Cosson) from Iran and Xinjiang, west China, as well as its weedy type from the Yellow River region of Shaanxi and Henan provinces in China were analyzed by simple sequence repeat (SSR) fingerprinting. A high level of genetic diversity in Aegilops tauschii accessions from Iran was observed, and the richness of genetic diversity was followed by accessions from Shaanxi, Henan, and Xinjiang. The weedy type of Aegilops tauschii showed a close genetic relationship with the wild type from different regions in Iran. The results indicated that the weedy Aegilops tauschii found in the Yellow River region was most likely introduced from Iran—the diversity center of Aegilops tauschii. The weedy Aegilops tauschii populations found in the Yellow River region may be brought into the central part of China as a weed species together with common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) from the west during various periods of time in history. This finding has provided strong evidence for the introduction of common wheat from the West into China via the Silk Road, and also demonstrated the important role of the Silk Road in the exchange of agriculture and other relevant technologies between China and the West.  相似文献

The distribution of "molecular fossils" (bio-markers) of steroid compounds in extracts from some spe-cific geologic age in the Tarim Basin have been analyzed andare used as the fingerprints for the oil-source rock correla-tion. Having been affected by maturation, migration, phasefractionation and biodegradation, not any molecular fossilsrelated to source and environment can be used as the finger-prints for oil-source rock correlation. Some special bio-markers widely existed in the extracts from Cambrian andOrdovician rocks in the Tarim Basin and showed obviousdifference in each stratum, including dinosteranes (C30),4-methyl-24-ethyl-cholestanes (C30) and their aromatizedsteroids, C24-norcholestanes and C28 steranes originated fromdinoflagellates and diatom. Few oils such as the heavy oildrilled in the Cambrian reservoir from Tadong 2 well (TD2)correlated well with the extracts from the Cambrian. Theamazing similarity of the relative contents of these com-pounds between the marine oils produced in Tazhong andTabei uplifts and the extracts from the Upper Ordoviciansuggests that the Middle-Upper Ordovician is the very likelymain source for the marine oils.  相似文献

2001~2011年现场调查和监测广西合浦沙田镇附近的榕根山海草床,研究小型海草床的群落演替及其保护和修复.结果发现,从2001年到2005年,榕根山海草床的面积从13.3 hm2增加到17.1 hm2,但是2006年以后海草床的面积开始减少,至2011年面积已减少到不足1 hm2.海草的群落也由矮大叶藻(Zostera japonica)单一优势种群落演替为贝壳喜盐草(Halophila beccarii)优势种群落,引起海草的盖度、生物量和茎节密度明显变化.榕根山海草床衰退主要是由于海水水质变化、互花米草(Spartina alterniflora)入侵,以及鸭子放养引起,保护和修复榕根山海草床要控制海草床周边互花米草扩散和整治岸边的畜禽养殖及污水排放,同时还要加强对海草床的监测和保护及修复研究,探索海草与互花米草的竞争机制及互花米草控制方法,为小型海草床的保护和修复提供理论和技术支持.  相似文献

Solid lithium ion conducting electrochemical cells using LiSiPO as solid electrolyte and Li2CO3 mixed with Au as electrodes were prepared and employed as chemical sensors for the detection of CO2 gas. The EMF of the cell depends on the concentration of CO2 in air according to the partial pressure dependence of Nernst’s law in the investigated range from 100 to 2000 ppm over the temperature range from 473 K to 673 K.  相似文献

The mineral inclusions in zircon from gneisses in ultra-high pressure (UHP) zone of the Dabie Mountains were identified by using a laser Raman microspectrometer. Coesite occurs as inclusions in zircons from all types of gneiss. Other important minerals, such as jadeite, omphacite, aragonite, barite, and anhydrite were also found as inclusion minerals. These discoveries indicate that (ⅰ) gneissic country rocks had metamorphosed at the same time as the enclosed eclogites; and (ⅱ) SO4-2-bearing fluids were present in the UHP metamorphic process, which is manifested by occurrence of barite and anhydrite coexisting with coesite.  相似文献

Nutrients transported from catchments are one of the most important sources for lake eutrophication. In this study, the Honghu Lake Basin, located at the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, was chosen as the study area, and the watershed hydrological distribution model SWAT (Soil Water Assessment Tool) was applied to evaluate the trajectory of watershed nutrient transportation over time. Based on the analysis of driving factors, three experiments corresponding to natural, traditional and modern agriculture processes respectively were designed to evaluate the changes of nutrient inputs from catchments under the three environments. The simulation results showed that there were variations in nutrient production and changes in the range and rate. For three periods of the experiments, TN concentrations have changed as 0.12→0.31→1.15 mg/L, and production as 420→1650→6522 T/a; while TP concentrations changed as 0.018→0.057→0.117 mg/L, and production as 78→303→665 T/a. The nutrient transportation experienced slowly long-term increases during 1840--1950, then showed a relatively rapid increase during the period of 1950-1980s and the period from 1980 to early 1990s, with increasing rate of 1.4% and 2.4% respectively. And from the later 1990s to now, an obviously increasing trend with 15% increasing rate occurred. The effect from human activities on the watershed nutrient transportation increased rapidly, and had become a dominant factor in changes of the nutrient transportation.  相似文献

 分析了2013 年秦俑博物馆(秦俑馆)1 号坑遗址保护展示厅的室内空气质量, 包括微气候条件、气溶胶质量浓度及化学组成的冬、夏季特征, 并通过探讨其在1989 至2013 年间的演化, 评价博物馆的旅游规划和环境改善政策对文物保存大气环境的长期影响。自20 世纪90 年代开始, 秦俑馆内一系列环境措施的实施和旅游条件的建设, 对秦俑馆室内的气溶胶及其组成产生了显著的影响。其中, 夏季室内总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)的质量浓度由1994 年的540.0 μg·m-3降低至2004 年的172.4 μg·m-3, 冬季TSP 的质量浓度由1994 年的380.0 μg·m-3降低至2005 年的312.5 μg·m-3。夏季PM2.5的质量浓度由2004 的108.4 μg·m-3降低至2013 的65.7 μg·m-3, 冬季PM2.5的质量浓度由2005 的242.3 μg·m-3降低至2013 的98.6 μg·m-3。尽管如此, 秦俑馆内的文物依然面临气溶胶酸性组分的长期威胁。  相似文献
