阿霉素的荧光测定研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
提出荧光法测定阿霉素的新方法。阿霉素在硫酸介质中发生脱水反应生成强荧光的脱水物,反应产物荧光强度在7.3×10^-10~2.2×10^-8mol/L浓度范围与阿霉素含量成正比,检出限为2.1×10^-10mol/L。用于测定血清和尿液中阿霉素的回收率分别为89%~95%和96%~101%,体液中常见金属离子,如Fe^3+、Cu^2+、Mg^2+、Ca^2+、Mn^2+等,不干扰测定结果。  相似文献

以石墨电极为基体制成碳糊电极,研究了马钱子碱在该电极上的测定方法,在0.01mol·L^-1H2SO4底液中,选择阳极电位为0.35V,峰电流与马钱子碱的浓度在1.0×10^-7-1.0×10^-4mol·L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,该法的检测下限为5.0×10^-8mol·L^-1,回收范围为95.8-105.9%中变量的取值和相对标准偏 3.3%。本方法准确、快速、简便。  相似文献

试验表明,在0.01mol·L^-1 NaAc-HAc(pH5.0)底液中,环丙沙星能增强Ce(Ⅳ)氧化Ru(phen)2/3+检测限为4.4×10^-8g·mL^-1,其相对标准偏差分别为2.8%和3.3%,该法用于片剂中环丙沙星含量的测定,获得满意结果。  相似文献

研制了生物碱(秋水仙碱或毛果芸香碱)-半导体场效应传感器,并测得了器件的浓度线性范围:2.50×10^-^5-4.00×10^-^3mol/L(秋水仙碱);9.90×10^-^5-5.05×10^-^3mol/L(毛果芸香碱)。该传感器可应用于药物制章占秋水仙碱的测定,方法简便,效果良好。  相似文献

在硫酸酸性人质和溴化十六烷基三甲铵存在下用紫外吸收,荧光光变法对β-环糊精与苯甲酸雌二醇的主客体包络反应及协同增敏作用机理进行了研究,提出了水溶液中测定EB的荧光光度新方法、灵敏度高,检出限为4.9×10^-9mol.l^-1,其线性范围为5.3×10^-9-2.0×10^-6mol.L^-1,方法的相对标准偏差为1.3%。应用本法于苯甲酸雌二醇注射液样品中EB的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

研究了磺基水杨酸铁同植酸的转络反应所引起溶液颜色的变化,并把该转络反应用于植酸含量的比色测定。溶液酸度为PH2.5-3时,平衡混合物最大吸收波长为500nm,植酸浓度为0.1515×10^-3-0.1515×10^-5mol/L区间内的光吸收符合朗伯比尔定律,该法回收率为100.67%。  相似文献

茂钛络合物,以纳米NaH为助催化剂催化苯乙烯氢化,初速率为3.7×10^3-8.3×10^3mol/(mol.min)(H2/Ti),催化效率为6.4×10^3-18.5×10^3mol/mol(H2/Ti),均高于文献的其他2茂钛催化体系,考察了不同温度对催化反应的影响,反应温度在275-315K时,活化能为20.3kJ/mol,与催化体系活性高一致。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
