为了消除高方平筛在停车阶段的共振现象,采用了一种新型的自调偏心距式惯性激振方式,并对系统停车过程进行了动力学建模和数值模拟。考虑电机制动时的机械特性和滚动轴承摩擦,在MATLAB中得到了偏心距不变和偏心距自调2种激振方式下停车过程的数值解,分析了自调式激振器中初始偏心距、刚度和阻尼对停车时间的影响规律。结果表明:采用合适参数设置的自调式激振器能大幅度减少设备停车阶段的最大瞬态振幅和停车时间。该文结果对于提高高方平筛及惯性式振动机械的工作性能和寿命具有参考价值。  相似文献

基于Hamilton原理,得到了杆受横向简谐激振力作用的非线性强迫振动控制方程组.运用Kantorovich平均法将非线性偏微分方程转化成一组常微分方程,考虑一端固定、另一端自由的悬臂杆模型,采用打靶法得到了主共振的数值结果.详细考察了激振力频率及其力幅对主共振响应的影响,发现了悬臂杆的软弹簧特性.  相似文献

研究当舰船设备受外部冲击激励扰动时非线性能量阱的振动抑制效果.首先,建立单自由度主结构耦合非线性能量阱的系统动力学模型,通过数值计算得到了非线性能量阱振动抑制能力与系统初始输入能量等级之间的规律;然后,通过复变量平均法研究了系统慢变动力流特性,阐述了激发靶能量传递现象的主要原因;最后,比较了非线性能量阱与等效线性动力吸振器的振动抑制效果.研究结果表明:瞬态共振俘获是导致靶能量传递现象的内在原因,只有当外部冲击能量超过一定临界阈值时,系统靶能量传递过程才能被激发,从而使非线性能量阱具备较强的振动抑制能力;与等效线性动力吸振器相比,非线性能量阱具备在宽频范围内吸收和耗散外部冲击能量的优势,鲁棒性更佳,能使受冲击激励扰动的舰船设备快速趋于稳定.  相似文献

基于现场观测,对特大跨度悬索桥吊杆风致振动现象进行了定性分析,排除了尾流驰振、涡激共振以及风雨激振的可能性.通过数值模拟和理论分析,表明这是一种主缆抖振引起的吊杆共振现象.随机风场激起主缆的随机抖振,而主缆的抖振含有丰富的模态成份,当吊杆的自振频率与具有一定抖振能量的主缆模态的频率充分接近时会激发吊杆的共振.因此,从来流紊流风场中获得能量的是主缆而非吊杆自身.由于与主缆的模态质量相比,一根或几根吊杆的模态质量很小,因此吊杆大幅振动吸收的能量并不会对主缆的振动带来实质性的影响,从而可形成一个相对稳定的能量供给机制.此外,在主缆上加设TMD抑制主缆在吊杆自然频率附近的振动,对吊杆风振有明显的抑制效果.  相似文献

当风绕过非流线型断面的吊杆时,会产生漩涡和流动的分离,形成复杂的空气作用力,使吊杆出现纵向振动、横向振动或扭转振动。为确保榕江特大桥吊杆的抗风性能能够满足要求,分别建立了三维全桥和吊杆有限元计算模型,然后依据既有抗风评估理论,综合评估了吊杆的抗风性能。通过计算发现:长吊杆的涡激共振起振风速低于设计值,长吊杆的驰振临界风速也不能满足设计需要。计算结果为进一步对吊杆进行风洞试验研究以及设计合适的抗风措施提供数值参考。  相似文献

针对斜拉桥拉索与桥面耦合振动的参激共振问题,区别于弹簧-质量块、拉索-质量块等参激共振模型,建立了索-梁耦合的参激共振模型,推导了无量纲参激共振微分方程组,利用多尺度近似求解方法对系统的参激共振特性进行探讨,并以实际斜拉桥工程中的拉索为研究对象,利用四阶龙格-库塔方法进行了多种工况下的数值模拟分析.研究表明:当耦合系统发生2∶1参激共振时,系统响应对拉索初始位移条件的反应不敏感,而是随着桥面梁端部竖向初始位移的增加而增大,但幅频特性曲线一般为单峰平稳,仅在桥面梁位移激励幅值较大时出现毛刺现象,说明拉索此时发生三维空间振动;特别是当桥面梁端部的位移激励幅值为10-6m量级甚至更小时,仍然能够激起拉索的大幅"拍"振,说明索-梁耦合系统的启动阈值很低,参激共振控制问题不容忽视.  相似文献

用非光滑非线性能量阱(non-smooth nonlinear energy sink,NSNES)抑制转子-叶片系统的振动,NSNES结构采用分段线性刚度梁形式.首先介绍了NSNES的结构和工作原理,然后利用拉格朗日方程建立转子-叶片-NSNES系统的动力学模型,最后采用数值法分析了该耦合系统处于稳态共振时,NSNES对转子振动和叶片振动的抑制能力.在给定参数下,附加于叶片尖部的NSNES在抑制转子振动时,抑振率可达到68%;在抑制叶片振动时,抑振率可达到62%.文中还将该NSNES的抑振能力与具有相同质量线性动力吸振器(linear dynamic vibration absorber, LDVA)的抑振能力进行了对比.  相似文献

为了研究激振摆参数振动中非稳定区的幅时特性和幅频特性,采用matelab软件求解激振摆非线性动力学方程。数值解结果表明,小振幅的激励可诱导大的响应——运动失稳、共振发生。激振摆共振条件是激振频率为固有频率的两倍,是否发生共振以及共振的强度与激振信号的初相位无关,初相位的不同仅导致共振的初始时刻不同。激振信号的振幅、激振摆的阻力系数和固有频率对共振的幅时特性都有影响,加大激振振幅和固有频率都可增加共振强度,而阻力系数增加则抑制共振强度,当阻力系数超过临界值时共振被完全抑制。非稳定区的临界频宽与固有频率无关,但与激振信号的振幅和阻力系数有关,它随激振振幅线性增加,但随阻力系数非线性指数减小。研究结果对于了解参数振动的特性以及防治参数共振的危害具有一定的参考作用。  相似文献

柔性机械臂、大型可展开天线等机械结构的动作精度受运动过程中大变形几何非线性和连接处接触非线性的影响十分显著。以含螺栓连接结构的大变形梁作为研究对象,针对动力学建模和振动特性开展了实验研究,通过数值计算验证了实验发现的非线性振动特性。搭建了含螺栓连接柔性大变形梁的实验台架,开展了敲击和正弦激振的实验测试。实验结果表明,螺栓连接的柔性梁较连续梁的(无螺栓连接)模态频率降低,阻尼增加,反映出随着激励能量增大,模态频率降低的非线性模态特征。改变螺栓连接位置会显著影响结构的模态频率,其变化规律可由求解线性矩阵特征值定性反映。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
