一种新的PWM整流器电感上限值设计方法   总被引:5,自引:2,他引:3  
从PWM整流器网侧输入正弦电流在过零处最大变化率与其所能承受最大功率的关系出发,分析了在电流过零处一个PWM采样周期内输入电流变化率与各开关导通时间的关系,提出了一种PWM整流器网侧电感上限值的设计方法.同时在Saber仿真平台上进行了仿真实验,得到了不同电感值情况下系统输出直流电压和输入电流的变化波形,结果验证了这种设计方法的正确性和可行性.  相似文献

在脉冲功率源系统中,隔离硅堆起着模块间隔离与保护的作用。分析隔离硅堆的动态特性有助于在硅堆出现故障时推测其原因。结合实验数据,利用软件仿真分析硅堆上电压与电流的曲线;并探究波形变化原因。结果表明,隔离硅堆内部存在电容效应,且结电容会使与后触发电容相连的二极管上出现较大反压,可能影响硅堆的正常使用。结电容值越大,二极管上电压的过渡过程越长,与后触发电容相连的二极管的反向电压过冲越高;对应的反向电流峰值越高,反向恢复时间越短。  相似文献

为有效监测电容储能脉冲功率源装置中晶闸管从触发到导通时间内两端的电压变化情况,设计出一种分压器+数字存储示波器电压采集方案。建立电阻型分压器的集中参数模型。从理论上分析杂散电感、对地杂散电容、纵向电容等分布参数对低压输出波形幅值、响应时间、相位误差的影响。并通过软件仿真分析。根据分析结果提出设计分压器的相关参数,采用玻璃釉膜电阻制作分压器。经过实验验证,该分压器方案能实时、准确地监测电容储能脉冲功率源中晶闸管两端的阶跃高压信号。  相似文献

分析了水下冲击大电流放电等效回路的微分方程;根据其中的电压方程,采用信赖域算法对测得的储能电容器放电电压波形数据进行数值计算,获得冲击电流的衰减系数,进而通过电流方程间接获得电流波形。该方法不影响脉冲功率装置的工作状态,避免了在水下放电电极之间接入罗科夫斯基线圈而带来的电感额外增加问题;也避免了罗科夫斯基线圈的防水密封问题,获得的电流波形数据反映了脉冲功率装置在水下的真实放电状态,可作为水中等离子物理研究的间接测量手段。  相似文献

低压电感电路当电感大于95mH时,最小点燃电流MIC与电源电压无关;当电感小于95mH且电源电压小于20V时,MIC随电源电压不同而呈现不同的直线关系;若电源电压大于20V且电感小于0.2mH时,MIC与电感量无关。本文利用放电电流线性衰减模型和抛物线衰减模型分析了低压电感电路最小点燃电流和电感之间的这种关系,给出数学关系式,并分析了误差原因。  相似文献

针对串联型直流电弧故障产生时伴随着高频分量,提出了一种基于并联电容电流时频特性的串联直流电弧故障检测方法。搭建了直流电弧试验平台,测量流过直流源内部滤波电容支路的电流,检测电容电流中随电弧故障产生的高频电流。在PSCAD/EMTDC软件中建立电弧检测仿真模型,利用Nottingham公式将直流电弧等效为非线性电阻。在仿真平台中对串联电弧产生时的并联电容电流时频特性进行分析,结果表明,串联电弧产生时,并联电容电流出现突变,电容电流频谱中5~50kHz频带范围内的积分值增加。对不同回路电流、电极材料等工况时的并联电容电流进行试验,研究发现,电容电流变化率与回路电流成正比,与电极材料沸点成反比;而电容电流频谱积分差值与回路电流成正比,与电极材料沸点成正比。  相似文献

为集成多模块的脉冲功率电源和改善电流波形,该文建立了汇流排的3D有限元模型和Maxwell方程,采用棱边有限元法直接求解磁场强度,在边界处使H连续,在划分的单元中产生连续的磁场解,接着进行误差分析,对误差较大的单元自动进行细化处理,再继续求解,直至误差满足预定的要求.通过计算磁场能量得到汇流排的自感和互感,仿真结果与经验公式进行了比较.结果表明:增加导体的宽度或减小导体间的距离,均可有效地减少汇流排的分布电感,有限元方法应用于多形状汇流排的电感计算是切实可行的.  相似文献

两相短路后,传统方法是切除故障线路,但这可能导致系统潮流大转移并可能引起系统不稳定,造成大面积停电事故。为此提出一种新型的故障电流控制器及与之对应的控制方法。故障电流控制器由串联变压器、并联变压器、2个可调电感以及有载调节开关构成,嵌入在线路的两端,工作时等效于电压源和电感的串联。两相故障后,改变与并联变压器原边相连开关的位置,将改变故障电流控制器等效电压源电压的相位,使故障相线路发送端(接受端)的电压源电压与超前(滞后)于故障相的电源电压同相,再协调控制2个可调电感,能独立控制其等效电压源电压的幅值和电感值,适当地控制这2个分量,能控制故障相间的线电流等于正常电流,该状态下线路的故障电流不仅为0,同时故障线路的电流也等于其正常运行时的电流,并在此基础上提出了两相短路故障电流的控制策略,建立了与之对应的控制系统。该方法能保持故障线路的继续运行,提高了线路供电的可靠性。实验证明了故障电流控制器能控制故障线路上的电流,使其等于正常运行电流,同时理论分析和仿真结果也证明了提出的故障电流控制器以及与之对应的两相短路电流的控制原理、控制策略的正确性。  相似文献

根据太阳电池直流模型和最大功率点数学条件,推出短路电流、开路电压、最大功率点电流和电压 以及填充因子随日照强度变化的数学关系式;并选取2个电池分别计算出在不同日照强度下上述电池参数随日 照强度的变化率。验证了短路电流和最大功率点电流是近似跟日照强度成正比,开路电压和最大功率点电压是 近似跟日照强度的自然对数成正比。并提出了填充因子随日照强度的变化关系不具有简单的函数形式,而对不 同的太阳电池其变化关系也迥异。最后用Multisim的模拟结果检验了理论分析计算的正确性。  相似文献

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献
