采后河套蜜瓜（Cucmismelocv.Hetao）软化的生理生化研究

采后河套蜜瓜贮存中,呼吸强度和内源乙烯含量均发生跃变,并都在采后６ｄ达到最大值,分别为７６．６ｍｇＣｏ２．ｋｇ＾－１,ｈ＾－１和１８．５５ｎｍｏｌ．ｍｌ＾－１。     

纯品枸杞多糖对小鼠抗疲劳的效果

将纯品枸杞多糖分为５,１０,２０,５０,１００ｍｇ．ｋｇ＾－１．ｄ＾－１等５个不同剂量的实验组,灌喂小鼠,观察其对小鼠抗疲劳的效果。纯品枸杞多糖能显地增加小鼠肌糖原,肝糖原储备量;提高运动前及游泳后９０ｍｉｎ及１５０ｍｉｎ ＬＤＨ总活力,降低小鼠剧烈运动后血尿素氮增量,加快运动后血尿素氮的恢复速度;以１０ｍｇ．ｋｇ＾－１．ｄ＾－１剂量组效果最佳。     

包被微量元素对猪生产性能及在体内存留量的影响

选用７０～８０日龄长本杂种猪２４头，随机分为４组，每组６头，以测定不同添加水平的石蜡包被处理微量元素对育肥猪生产性能及组织器官器中存留量的影响。Ａ组为对照组，不添加微量元素，Ｂ组按日粮中Ｃｕ，４ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１；Ｍｎ，１５．５ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１；Ｆｅ，３９ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１；Ｚｎ，６０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１；Ｓｅ，０．１５ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１；Ｉ，０．１４ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１添加，Ｃ组和Ｄ组几种元素的添加水平分别为Ｂ组的１．５和２．０倍。结果表明，添加包被处理的微量元素能明显促进猪的生长，提高日增重，降低料重比。但试验组间无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。猪组织器官中Ｃｕ，Ｚｎ，Ｆｅ，Ｍｎ４种元素的含量，都随日粮中元素含量的提高，在心、肝、脾、肾、胰、肌肉中的含量有不同程度的提高     

珍珠花丛生芽的诱导及生根条件的研究

诱导珍珠花（Ｓｔａｐｈｙｌｅａ ｂｕｍａｌｄａ ＤＣ）丛生芽的最佳培养基为ＭＳ基本培养基附加ＮＡＡ０．２ｍｇ．Ｌ＾－１和ＢＡ５ＭＧ．ｌ＾－１,无菌苗在１／２ＭＳ培养基中附加ＮＡＡ１ｍｇ．Ｌ＾－１、活性碳０．４５ｇ．Ｌ＾－１、硫胺素１ｍｇ．Ｌ＾－１、蔗糖２０ｇ．Ｌ＾－１能长根形成完整植株。     

黄泛平原砂土钾素状况及钾肥效应研究

通过田间长期定位施肥、室内模拟及大量室内分析对黄泛区砂质潮土进行了研究，结果表明：砂质潮土速效钾含量中等偏低，缓效钾含量高，二者平均分别为７６．４ｍｇ．ｋｇ＾－１和６３１．７ｍｇ．ｋｇ＾－１，各形态钾含量为水溶态钾＜代换态钾＜非代换态钾＜矿物态钾，代换态钾与非代换态钾分别占全钾的０．３２％和３．５％，代换态和非代换钾与土壤物理性粘粒显著正相关，水溶性钾与之成相关，土壤粘土矿物以云母为主，土壤缓效钾

NaHSO3对草莓生理学的影响

在草莓花期喷施２００ｍｇ．Ｌ＾－１的光呼吸抑制剂ＮａＨＳＯ３，经测试，草莓植株叶绿素含量增加，光合速率增强，比叶重提高，硝酸还原酶活性受抑制，单果重增加。草莓果实品质明显改善，可溶性总糖含量增加２１％，提早成熟４－７天，亩产量增加１２％。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
